What a great little community and a wonderful gym! The owners clearly care (which is awesome), all coaches have been encouraging & helpful, and there are plenty of class times to choose from. It's clear that each class time has its own vibe too, so you can find something that works for you. In any case, it's impressive how much fitness they can pack into 45 minutes!! The app to book classes can be a little clunky at first but easy enough once you figure it out, and with the free trial class there's no reason not to check it out :)

The workouts are great and we have a variety of workouts with weights and cardio throughout the week! Now they even offer boxing classes! 🥊

I highly encourage you to give this gym a try, even just one trial class - you won’t be disappointed! Every workout is different and challenging, and having a scheduled class time holds me accountable vs finding motivation to go to the rec center or plan a workout on my own. The instructors and members are welcoming to all fitness/strength levels. I’ve been going for over a year and I look forward to every class!

Ashley and Fitness Underground are fantastic! She has made a community here in Erie and it’s unmatched! She takes the guess work out of fitness programming and all you have to do is show up ready to work. And trust me, you will work! Def check them out!

The weights don’t get lighter. You get stronger. There was a day that the 12-pound weights were switched for 15 pounds, and then those were replaced by 20 pounds. I’ve been going to the gym for about 10 months, and I’ve never felt as physically strong as I do now. It’s also been the longest stretch of time that I’ve stuck with a weekly workout routine. The class structure really works for me, and Ashley and the other instructors are the best. Ashley is fun, funny, energetic, and says the most encouraging things to keep me coming back for more. I highly recommend this for the person who likes small classes, a good community, and a flexible workout environment. You versus you.
