I signed up for Fitwalls to get in shape for my wedding and this place got me into the best shape of my life and then I loved it so much I couldn't stop. The classes & the format is unmatched. Absolutely love that each class really helps build muscle while working on form and you can set your own goals for each set. I don't have much time to set aside for workouts so it's nice to jam out a quick workout and be able to enjoy the rest of my day. The classes can be tough when you first start out but you build up your endurance really fast and they are so much fun.

This gym and community rocks! I completed the 30 day challenge and continued with my membership because truly, this gym rocks. Every trainer is so supportive, helpful, and most importantly, make the workouts FUN! Working out is a hard habit to build but the 30 challenge is a great way to kick-start a routine, diet, meal prepping, etc to start feeling your best self! Oh, and the workouts are 40 mins…so it fits right in with a busy lifestyle! Seriously, stop in if you are interested and ready to start feeling your best and lose a couple inches/weight along the way! :)

Workouts were less than an hour but powerful and efficient. I took a year off because of a brain injury before getting back into it again and it was fun fun fun to watch the changes happen. Yeah, they got me at 'fat loss' (because people w recent brain injuries aren't running marathons duh) but that goal transformed, as I improved each week. It transformed into 'strength gain'. Fitness gain. Movement gain. Body-awareness gain. Accomplishment gain. I'm not at an absolute 100% --who knows how long that will take after a brain injury-- but Fitwall got me 100% at a very good start to get back into what I used to do and love. Probably the biggest improvement of all, sleep! Exercise helped me sleep and therefore heal.

This gym and the 30-day weight loss challenge they offer is incredible! I’ve tried to get into the habit of meal planning so many times before, but with their help I was able to get into a groove and lose the weight while having fun. Fitwall is great because it incorporates body weight exercises, CrossFit moves, and dynamic stretches. Amazing team! I've gone to every different kind of class and trained with the majority of the instructors at this location. All offer personalized adjustments to excercises for whatever level of your fitness journey you're on, and whatever physical limitations you may have. Everyone is incredibly motivating, friendly, and more than happy to answer any questions during or after class. Emily at the front desk always greets you with a smile and checks in with you to see how youre doing in class. Steph is incredible at brain storming with you one on one for alternative moves just like Amanda with her great eeccomendations on stretches. And yoga is only once every other week, but Billie gave me the best yoga sesion I've ever had.

I found Fitwall - Wash Park on an Instagram ad promoting their 30 free fat loss challenge. The only stipulations are you have to pay $199 down, attend 12 classes, post 4 times on the private Facebook page, write a review during the 30 days and if you lose either 10 lbs or 3 inches cumulative off of the body you get the $199 back, making the challenge free. I decided to give it a try and I fell in love with Fitwall! The workouts are short enough to fit into any schedule and hard enough to gain strength and endurance. I am definitely keeping my membership regardless if I lost the weight!

I did the 30 day challenge here and it was amazing! I lost 4 inches and 7 pounds in 30 days and it was only because of these workouts and following their diet plan. The coaches are all great (especially Dieter 😊) and are so encouraging throughout the workouts. I’ve never received such amazing support throughout the entire 30 days including encouraging text messages from the entire staff on a regular basis! If you are looking to improve physically/mentally - this is the place to go. I usually burn out or become bored after 6 months at a place, but I have been going to both locations for almost a year now. Classes are 40 minutes long, target different areas, and are switched up every 3 weeks. Many trainers, so that is varied, too. Options given if need low impact, or if you want to push yourself. Super fun with a great staff and friendly members. Highly recommend.

Ok listen. Before Fitwall, I had never stepped foot in a gym. I get it- it's terrifying to try something new and step into a new community where you don't know anyone. BUT Fitwall is SO welcoming and SO supportive and you'll be one of the regulars in no time. The trainers are great -- friendly, and they know what they are doing -- a perfect workout every time. I signed up for a 30 day weight loss challenge and feel AMAZING so I signed up for 6 more months at a very reasonable cost. Even though I am 61 years old and really out of shape, I could make it through the workout -- 40 minutes is perfect and they take you through it a bit at a time so it goes quickly! I am looking forward to how I will look and feel in 6 months. I will keep you posted, but in the meantime, I would highly recommend you give Fitwall Washington Park a try!

Clean studio, friendly staff. I did the 30 day challenge to get my conditioning back up after an injury that left me benched for 2 months. I think it's better than nothing and is good for beginners or general fitness but it doesn't serve any of my long term fitness goals, personally. I feel in the quest to be everything (strength, cardio, mobility) the classes fall short in all areas. It was fun, but most of the wall moves were novel and not better than the foundational moves they were based off of. I also feel they need to have a registered dietitian involved before they disperse any more of the seriously flawed meal plans, especially the "vegan"/vegetarian plan that was clearly an after thought.

I cannot recommend this gym enough! I joined the 30-day fat-loss challenge that some of you may have seen on Facebook. Over the past month, I have established a new routine that allows me to prioritize my fitness goals and have created new food habits with the help of numerous online resources and the coaching team. Most importantly, I feel like I have made these changes in a safe and sustainable way. I have spent the past 10 years dealing with a back injury and have often found myself at a gym that unsafely pushes me to the point of reinjury, creating a cycle of injury, physical therapy/recovery, then having to build new habits again. At Fitwall, the coaches know that I have a back injury and check in with me to see how I’m doing. They provide modifications, both to make things easier and more challenging, so that everyone in the class is appropriately challenged. Additionally, they have classes offered at times that work for me - the 5:15am group is amazing! Classes are 40 minutes long, but I always leave feeling like I worked hard and am already seeing results. Plus, this community makes getting up before 5am something I look forward to, and that’s saying a lot! :)

I've been going to Fitwall for a couple of months now (started w/ the 30 day challenge) and I love it! Apologies for sounding like an infomercial, but I've tried a ton of workout classes and Fitwall has been my favorite.

1) The instructors are awesome - they take the time to explain each move, provide corrections to your form in a quick and helpful way, and their energy is quite motivating.
2) The workouts are different every day of the week and the moves are switched up every 3 weeks. It's a perfect blend of variability and consistency - you can get comfortable with new moves over the 3 week period, but you still work different muscle groups in new ways over the course of each workout.
3) I can't do this at home - I feel like I'm getting my money's worth because I truly cannot easily replicate the workouts at home or at a regular gym. (I've tried to do my best to mimic a typical Fitwall workout and I burn way less calories and am nowhere near as sore the next day. Also, I obviously do not have access to their wall/ladder thingy.)
4) It's full body! Even when a workout focuses on a particular muscle group, there are still moves that work other areas of your body. It also blends strength, cardio and mobility moves into each workout. It's an "easy" way to stay balanced. (By "easy" I mean that you don't have to painstakingly plan out your own workouts to make sure you hit everything.)
5) The 30 day challenge was very difficult... but also super rewarding. I felt stronger, had more energy and was also able to see my hard work pay off. I was able to get back to my pre-pandemic fitness level (perfect timing too, I wasn't looking forward to buying new jeans for the colder months).

I had never been a “gym guy” before. I was an athlete growing up, I always felt fit “enough” but I was blown away with the change that fitwall has made in my life.

Two coaches in particular (though they’re all pretty great and one of them is still the queen bee at Wash Park) helped me not only get through the pandemic but also changed my approach to fitness and what a daily routine could really be.

Anyways, my long winded personal story aside. It’s 40 minutes (you can do anything for 40 minutes). It is never easy (if it is you didn’t push yourself). The music and technology is fun but it’s the people and the coaches that make it special.

I found Fitwall and the 30-day weight loss challenge through an ad on Instagram and impulsively decided to sign up, knowing very little about what I was getting into. On Day 1, Hannah walked me through the meal plan and answered my questions at the initial weigh-in, then led my first class.

I got lucky because Fitwall turned out to be the kind of workout I've been looking for, where you work different muscles while resting others, keeping your heart rate up the entire forty minutes of class. I appreciate the efficiency and variation of the workouts throughout the week (and month), as well as the supportive, yet challenging, environment the trainers I experienced (Hannah, Dieter, and Alyssa) cultivate.

Although I didn't meet the weight loss challenge goals (I realized quickly that low-fat is not for me!), the meal plan provided me with a framework to evaluate my diet and adjust my eating habits without feeling like I'm compromising. I lost enough weight that I feel healthier and stronger in my body, and I'm hoping I can continue that progress while I keep attending Fitwall classes. I guess I'm hooked!

I have loved my experience so far at fitwall. When in studio they are following all guidelines, checking temps, wearing masks, constant cleaning etc. But my favorite has been their offerings outside of the studio with park workouts. I personally find myself focusing on my mask during the in studio workout so it has been nice to be able to work our at the park spaced out without having to worry about the mask. All of the coaches are super friendly and encouraging of your goals. Best part is I have lost 5” off my stomach in the first month!

Wash Park Fitwall has been a game changer for my overall health and happiness… not to mention my abs! Participated in the 30 day weight loss challenge, lost over 6 inches and gained incredible confidence! After seeing the results, and being surround by this supportive fitness community, becoming a full time member was an easy decision. Each trainer’s knowledge, support, and enthusiasm for the program helped me exceed my goals! The workout routines are a blast, the music choices are on point. By the end of class I’m drenched in sweat and smiles. Highly recommend this gym!

Also during this COVID-19 situation, Fitwall has gone above and beyond for its members to keep classes going virtually on Facebook, and Instagram. Even allowed members free equipment rentals from the gym while stuck at home. This has allowed me to stay in shape, and most importantly stay sane. Thank you!

Want a gym that cares about you and your fitnesses goals? Fitwall is the gym for you! I love all of the classes and how they get more difficult as the weeks progress. The instructors are friendly and knowledgeable. They're super helpful in class and make you feel really good about your progress. I joined the 30 day fitness challenge and met my fitness goals and then some! All in all, this is an incredible gym with such an incredible community. I really can't recommend them enough!

Y'all this gym. So, I did the 30 day fat/weight loss challenge. I went 4 times a week for 4 weeks...and here are my thoughts.

1. Workouts. Amazing. Super tough and unlike anything I've ever tried before. I've done personal trainers, hot yoga, kickboxing, beachbody, sports all my life...this is the toughest workout I've had in a 40 min time period. The mix of weights, working up and down the wall, cardio, HIIT, and using general body weight is a really awesome challenge and builds muscle fast. I feel such a difference in my shoulders/arms and legs. It's all set to fun music to workout to, and it makes such a difference being in a class setting with a coach vs being at home. You definitely push yourself harder, and the coaches push you to try things you wouldn't necessarily try weight lifting wise. (Though they definitely give modifications if you have any injuries.) It doesn't matter your skill level because you can always go up or down intensity levels, but the idea is to push yourself as hard as you can for 40 min. Being in the class setting with fun music and hard moves that you don't get bored with or tired of are what makes it a fun and tough workout. Obviously, you go to a gym for the workout, and I give that an A+.

2. Cleanliness. Awesome! Any gym I've ever been to where you use any kind of mat is gross. It smells. You feel like you're at a gym and you want to wash your hands immediately. This one is SUPER clean. Students wipe down their entire station and then the staff cleans the whole gym afterwards. No smell and I don't feel gross after leaving. A+

3. Trainers. Amazing! I honestly thought every trainer was amazing. They obviously all practice the workouts themselves, so they knew which parts were hard and where to push. (Does that make sense? They were connected to the workouts so you feel like you're in good hands because they've done it themselves...) They knew great modifications for any moves you weren't sure about. Upbeat, fun, nice, friendly, hardworking, super in shape, welcoming, informative, funny......do you need more?? A+

4. Perks. They bring you cold (clean) towels to lay on your head after the workout. Like, what?! And they have a nice smell! lol What more could you want? A+

To wrap up, I would definitely recommend this gym. For my 30 day challenge, I went 4 times a week for 4 weeks and lost 5.5 inches and 6 pounds. I feel stronger and my pants fit better. An overall win!

The community is really great, everyone is nice and welcoming. The amenities and the facility are great as well. The workouts are good as well, nice that they are only 40 mins. The trainers are great at adjusting to make it harder or easier based on your needs. There are short breaks between the different exercised. If you want to gradually build up your grip strength the wall is a great tool. I didn't find the cardio days, hard enough and get my heart rate up enough. Everyone else said they were killer. I run a bit so could be why didn't get the heart rate level I was looking for.

If you read the other reviews, you will know that this place is amazing. Its taking work outs from a 2D (ground) to 3D (wall). The coaches are what make this place amazing. The community is what keeps you coming back. Love this place and I am grateful for a place with passionate trainers and a welcoming community. Tip top you guys. Really.
oh and the cold towels at the end of class are a great touch.

I participated in Fitwall's 30-day Fat Loss Challenge. The criteria: $200 deposit, 3-classes per week, nutrition plan, weekly grocery posts to the Facebook Group, and lose either 10 pounds or 3 cumulative inches. I was looking for a way to keep myself accountable and this challenge was perfect for that. I passed and I'm excited for continuing with my fitness goals.

Definitely recommend Fitwall to anyone who is looking for a group class or a new way to reboot their workout routine.

I just finished the 30 day $200 deposit challenge. For four weeks we had to post pictures of our groceries, attend 3 classes weekly and ultimately loose 10 lbs or 3 inches cumulatively off of our measurements. Thankfully, I passed. This gym is full of supportive and friendly staff. The only problem I had here was dealing with one shower. I prefer to workout in the morning and head directly to work. Some mornings, getting to the shower first was competitive. Other than that I'd definetly recommend to someone who is already somewhat active and ready to get healthy.

I have started taking classes at Fitwall Wash Park and after just 1 week I am HOOKED!

Some of my favorite things about this studio are its very clean, classes aren't crowded, friendly instructors, and you even get a cold towel after your workout to cool down with!

I am in the process of a FREE 30 day challenge they offer and I can't wait to see how my body progresses even more than it already has!

The FitWall Challenge was a great experience. I loved the accountability of the workouts and the full-body progression throughout the week. I came away a lot stronger after a month! For those with injuries, be sure to mention that you'll be modifying upfront with the trainers or ask them for modifications along the way. The trainers are super helpful! It would imagine it works particularly well for people who are new to the fitness world and want a step-by-step routine with a unique option.

Amazing classes that work your whole body in so may different ways in 40 minutes! I regularly work out on my own, but there are so many moves I have never seen or thought of before and I really like how Fitwall's workouts have different emphases on strength, cardio, and flexibility throughout the week. The coaches are also amazing and are there to help with anything you need-inside or outside of Fitwall. All the members are also great and it's a really friendly environment.

I did the 30-day challenge (which is FREE) and lost 4 inches & 5 pounds, and have gotten so much stronger! I didn't have to change my eating very much since I already eat pretty healthy, so I know those inches are all coming from the workouts! 6 stars out of 5!

The workouts are definitely tough in the beginning, but the week is set up to help you recover. Drew is the man - he taught most of my classes and he's a great instructor.

When a place -- and the people running it -- can make your New Year's resolution and your dreams come true -- that's something special. Great and challenging -- but not impossible -- workouts combine with an easy-to-follow meal plan and supportive enthusiastic trainers at this place.

For me, it resulted in losing 13.6 pounds in 26 days and feeling better than I have in a long time.

Great structured workouts - the forty minutes fly by! I love that the days aren’t rotated by body part but by type of workout - strength in the beginning of the week tapering to cardio at the end. The studio also has a shower which is nice for workouts early in the morning before heading to the office. Very supportive instructors and staff!

I was really nervous about joining Fitwall because I had knee surgery 9 months ago and although I am rehabilitating it well, it was still weak and I needed to modify certain twisting movements. 12 classes later my leg is tremendously stronger and I feel more empowered and capable than I imagined. I love the 40 minute classes and the support from the team. I'd highly recommend trying it out. Fitwall is also a nice change of pace from other gyms. Thank you Fitwall, I'm very grateful!

Fitwall Wash Park is a great gym! I participated in a 30 day fat loss challenge & lost 12 lbs by following their nutrition plan & going to 3 classes/week. I would highly recommend anyone looking to change up their routine and want to make impactful changes in their lives to give Fitwall a try! I’ve been working out at Fitwall Wash Park for one month and I love it! The instructors and staff are very friendly, especially Cliff and Drew. I really appreciated the fact that after telling Cliff about not being able to work a certain muscle group during my first class, that he actually remembers every time I come in and gives me suggestions on how to modify moves. It’s conveniently located and within walking distance of where I live and has plenty of street parking. The workouts themselves are challenging and go by so quickly which is awesome! I like that each days workout has a different focus but you get to continuously track your improvements as the workouts continue for three weeks.

Great gym, loved the fat loss challenge. The 30 day fat loss challenge was a big success for me (lost 10 pounds and 3" off my gut alone!). All the recipes were really tasty and I really never felt hungry despite the calorie deficit. This was my first weight bearing exercise since surgery and treatment for a bone disease. The instructors were very supportive, fun, and offered great modifications when needed.

The fat loss challenge was exactly what I needed to kickstart my health. I feel it retrained my brain from eating and drinking poorly and taught me much healthier practices, which I have kept up with. While the workouts were a bit intense for my joints currently, I really enjoyed them and feel so much stronger and clear-headed than I have in months. I plan to keep coming to fitwall while mixing in other workouts to help my bones. They have an exceptional team (so fun!) and I really enjoyed the challenge with them.

I love Fitwall. The workouts are effective and the trainers are so fun, and clearly enjoy what they do. I was happy they opened up a new spot in the Wash Park area, but parking at the new location is a nightmare. It's a real turn off, and sometimes kills my mojo right before a workout.

I love working out at this location! The staff and trainers are so wonderful and I get the best workout in 40 minutes. Sometimes parking is a little tricky, so I make sure to show up early just in case, but otherwise, this location is perfect for me. I highly recommend!

I joined Fitwall when I saw one was opening two blocks from my house. I saw one of the Rockies' wives workout at the Highlands location on her Instagram and was always intrigued about the workout. It's easy to feel comfortable there - the instructors are incredible and really help motivate you, not matter what level you are at. I've been going to the same 7:15am class and it's usually the same motley crew which helps support you throughout the class. Workouts are constantly changing and using different muscle groups, so you don't get bored. I am so, so happy they moved into the Speer/Wash Park area, I'll be a member for a long time to come!

I am so glad there is a new Fitwall location. I moved away from the other location in the Highlands, so I am so excited to be doing fitwall again. It is a great work out and even I feel comfortable doing it. So grateful that it is not all cardio or all weightlifting, instead it is such a solid combo. The trainers are so nice and helpful! So excited to make this my regular gym 🙌🏼
