Flow Vault and its coaches are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! This is one of the best non-traditional βsportsβ you can do for your kid. The coaches are encouraging, engaged, and hold the kids accountable while helping them strive for their best. My child has gained confidence, strength, and this is one activity he begs to come do. I cannot rave enough about this place. Thank you!! They also have fun adult classes!

Flow Vault is the absolute BEST gym! The coaches are enthusiastic, caring, focused, and knowledgeable. They may learning parkour and ninja warrior fun! Safety is a huge priority so your child will not be doing anything they are not ready to do. We started here when my son turned 5. He fell in love with the sport AND the coaches. You want to be a real life super hero? Learn parkour!
My son is now 12 and has been on the competitive teams since he was 8. Such an amazing environment to train and grow!

I cannot emphasize enough how amazing this place isβmy kiddo LOVES coming here and looks forward to every class! The coaches are all incredibly patient and skilled, and there is an obvious dedication to the kiddos to help them be their own best person. The emphasis is very much on meeting each athlete where he or she is at and encouraging them to challenge themselves to meet their potential but not in a pushy or demanding way. There is also a perfect blend of having fun while also remaining safe. I seriously cannot recommend Flow Vault highly enough!!

Did not feel welcome at all! I came only once to check out the open gym because I enjoy checking out different parkour gyms throughout Colorado, and I practiced some of my tricks. One of which was a front flip onto the trampoline (which I am trained to do and made sure nobody was in my way) and instead of walking up to me and talking to me about it like any other coach would, Coach Jason screamed at me like a lunatic and humiliated me in front of a whole gym of people with no warning or consideration. This gave my girlfriend a panic attack in the process, so yeah, very unprofessional and unnecessary behavior on his part. I know that it was only one visit, but this experience alone left a poor taste in my mouth and convinced me not to come back. The gym itself wasn't that great anyway, so no thanks.

Our son has been going here for ninja warrior classes for 2 years (started when he was 6). I cannot stress how amazing the instructors are. There have been times where he has had 10 kids in his class, and there have been times when itβs just him or him and one other kid. They put the same effort and time into classes regardless of how many kids attend. My daughter (age 10) also attends every now and then, and they are great at adapting lessons for both my son who knows what heβs doing and my daughter who doesnβt. The coaches (Jason, Aric, Jeremiah) are a great combination of pushing/challenging and empathetic/encouraging. We moved away for 6 months and couldnβt find a comparable ninja gym (despite some being ninja recommended) because of the amazing staff. We are so glad to be back. (My husband and I also appreciate the punk remix soundtracks that Jason plays during lessons as thatβs the music we loved in college and beyond, but thatβs beside the point). I highly recommend flowvault. Itβs worth the drive from Denver.

We are so happy with our choice to throw our sonβs birthday party at this gym! Jeremiah did an incredible job of engaging and teaching the 10 kids in attendance who were a variety of ages from 5-14 and an ability-diverse group. It was super easy and entertaining for the parents, and all of the kids had a ton of fun. We highly recommend Flow Vault for a birthday party!

It's a smaller facility, my daughter did a mixed class with both younger and older kids definitely would recommend finding age appropriate class seems like it would have been more fun if not catering to multiple ages and skill levels all in one class

Jeremiah was awesome at the kids birthday party I attended. He had the kids full attention the whole time. They played so many games and he was adding rules all the time which helped keep the games fresh and the kids engaged. Fun place. I am sure we will be back.

My kids have been doing parkour here for over 5 years and love the place, even the adults can get in on the action here too! They enjoy learning all the new skills and have even joined the parkour team. All of the coaches have been awesome that they have had at the different levels, each one just really great with kids and and working with their abilities. Jason, Jeremiah, Eric, Will, Lorin plus some new additions to the group, canβt go wrong with any of them.

After our previous Parkour gym closed down during COVID, my son and I decided to check these guys out. Coaches are friendly, knowledgeable, and approachable. They do great work with the kids and my son is loving being back in a Parkour gym. They also offer training for Ninja warrior but we haven't done any of those classes so far. The only real challenge I've had is it is difficult to see the full weekly schedule on the website. They do provide paper copies at the gym though.

A great facility to train at!! This gym feels highly appropriate both for seasoned pros and the greenest of newbies (like me lol). I first came to train Ninja at the beginning of this year, and Lorin has been amazing to work with. He is definitely a teacher and understands both how to show you the subtle nuances of a move in a way that transforms the strange into the familiar, as well as how to slowly level you up to a move or motivate you to full send if itβs just a mental block. As a lifelong athlete, that teaching skill is very uncommon, and I feel blessed for his experience at this gym!! Jason, one of the parkour teachers, is equally as knowledgeable and brings an amazing and fun-loving, welcoming atmosphere to every session. Together theyβve helped me feel very much at home here from day 1. The facility has a slew of great obstacles and set ups at their disposal, and I feel the staff always has their ear open to new perspectives. You feel a part of the team even just training a couple times a week! I feel proud to train at Flow Vault and look forward to more fun and meeting more new people!!

If you are looking for a great atmosphere to train in. You have come to the right place. Lorin and Jason are amazing coaches. They are very helpful with whatever questions you may have. Lorin is very knowledgeable in every department and he truly cares and wants to help you succeed in every way. He is always friendly, professional, and very positive.
Jason is very much the same way. I am happy that there are more adults here to train with because you don't see that in a lot of gyms. So, thank you both for always being very welcoming and helpful!

The guys at Ninja Brand Parkour are experienced, knowledgeable, and great educators of all levels of parkour. The gym has many obstacles found on American Ninja Warrior and is constantly rearranging obstacles to create new courses to always challenge you. You can drop in on open gyms or sign up for classes for structured learning and progression. Definitely recommend you give this gym a shot if you've ever been interested in parkour or American Ninja Warrior.

First time visiting Lorin Ball's gym Ninja Brand...been meaning to go for a while since they opened. Lorin greeted me when I walked in signed me in super easy. He showed me around and space was bigger then I expected. Everything was layed out in a very functional and free flowing way. I'm an OCR guy looking for different places to train on occasion. I need work on flexibility, grip strength ect...This gym fit the bill perfectly. Lorin is super knowledgeable and his gym is on point. Thanks for great experience.

We had a birthday party here for our 8 year old daughter today. The fees were reasonable and the coach (Jason) was very engaging and well organized. The party starts off with a review of the ground rules for the gym followed by a warm-up/stretch routine which included the safe ways to jump/fall from different heights. Following that all of the different obstacles were described and then the kids were cut loose. Jason continued to walk around the gym engaging the kids and ensuring everyone was staying safe. After that the coach ran through an obstacle course that was setup. Each kid was able to run it individually with Jason by their side to make sure they got through it safely. 12 kids total attending the party with no injuries and all of them were given plenty of time to get well worn out. My daughter had a great time and we look forward to our next opportunity to attend the gym!

I have a nine year old son with autism. He doesn't have great coordination but he's enthusiastic. The coaches are encouraging during classes, taking extra time to work with him when he needs it, understanding and not pushy when he just isn't ready for something that seems too scary, and proud of him when he faces his fears and tries new things. They take an interest in him as a person and talk to him. During open gym coaches will take a minute to give him tips and encourage him or cheer him on. He's made friends here. He loves open gym, watching the grown-ups and older teens inspires him; seeing that they fall down too, encourages him.
They have great equipment and obstacles, cool ninja warrior training classes for all ages, parkour for all ages, and (my son's favorite) a trampoline. But what keeps us coming back multiple times a week is the community. Very lucky to have found such an awesome spot and such awesome people.
PLUS! He gets to brag that one of his coaches has been on American Ninja Warrior!

I saw Meagan Martin here! We had a bachelor event here and she just happened to be working out here. So cool! The employee with us was very relaxed and chill to be with and he helped give us tips on completing an obstacle course that was very challenging but great fun! Having just arrived from SoCal that morning, I was pooped by the end because of the high elevation. Go here for fun!
