I have practiced yoga for years and attended countless studios, and Flow yoga is truly special.

This studio has been a home and safe space for me for a few years now. It’s such a unique and special studio space. The teachers bring their own voice and style, each class feels fresh and different with each teacher. The students who practice here are all so diverse, kind, and welcoming as well. I’m heartbroken to be leaving the state for a while, and a lot of those feelings stem from leaving this special studio. I will be back to practice whenever I visit, that’s for sure!

As I mentioned, every teacher here is incredible. But a huge should out to some teachers who made it extra special for me. Jamie! Your Wednesday evening classes were just what I needed when I needed to zone out and have an invigorating, fun flow. Bonus point for awesome music!! Anjali, your yin classes held space for me when I was going through some really difficult times last year. Claire, thank you for being a rock in every. single. one. of your classes- teaching me to love slow and grounding flows. I leave thinking about life from a different perspective after your classes, so thank you for challenging my mind and body ❤️

This is a beautiful place! There is a wide variety of heated and non-heated classes at different times of the day, so I never have trouble finding a class that fits my schedule. The teachers are wonderful and very welcoming. I look forward to my lemon lavender towel at the end of every class :)

I’ve been enjoying this studio for a while now, but felt inspired to write a review after Delynda’s fun, engaging, and energizing class this morning. Yoga, for me personally, is more enjoyable and effective when the teacher takes a more light hearted approach and encourages play.

The space feels warm and welcoming as soon as you walk through the door. Sara Cook is also an excellent instructor; she’s eloquent and precise while giving cues throughout her well thought out sequences. Sarah K and LT also offer dialed in classes with helpful, enlightening instruction.

$35 for two weeks is a generous sample platter to attend as many classes as possible! Attend as many as possible in that time, and see what works best with your schedule!
This is my yoga home! So grateful for great classes and teachers. A variety of class options -- heated, not heated, a beginners led Ashtanga, Yin, and tons of workshops every month! This place has a spirit of community🙏

There is an amazing amount of talent at Flow. Each instructor has their own style and specialty, but they are all passionate, knowledgeable, and dedicated to helping you deepen your practice. Whether you are looking to challenge yourself, give your body and mind a chance to restore, or learn more about the yoga tradition, you will find it here. I had to move out of the area, but I'm very grateful for the time I got to spend in this space!

Be cautious. They sell packages that expire after a certain time frame and they won’t honor them post expiration, which is unfortunate. I was unaware of it expiring; I never received an email saying it was going to expire. They lost 3 customers due to this lack of communication and they had zero compassion about the situation. I will not recommend them to friends anymore.

Update based on your reply: I tried to communicate what was needed and you all were not able to accommodate a partial refund and/or even offer up a few classes post expiration, which was disappointing. I spent hard earned money on a package just for it to not be honored. There was a lack of compassion and understanding. Google reviews are here for a reason; to share an experience, that’s what I have done. Hopefully, this can become a learning opportunity on your end.

Cute studio with quality instruction. I decided to get a 10 pack thinking it was good for a year (my mistake!) I thought I’d go more often, but with the holidays and only a few options available each day I found it hard find classes that worked with my schedule as a parent of young kids. I discovered today that it expired in only 6 months. Why?! You already have my money, why make them expire so quickly? Honestly it feels stingy. I paid $165 for 4 classes. It was my fault, but it left me feeling slighted… and there are other studios nearby that have more flexibility. Bummed

Had the distinct pleasure of attending an Anjali guided flow class this weekend and was completely blown away! As I told her afterwards…. “That was the single most satisfying yoga session I have ever partaken in”. I have never experienced such elegant, seamless and dare I say… “sexy”… flow! Anjali is an absolutely amazing instructor! And that seems to be a common theme at this studio. The variety of classes, times, and instructor guidance provided by Flow Yoga Studio is truly unparalleled!

This place is amazing. I’ve only taken 3 classes so far but all of the instructors I’ve met have been great, creative fun flows that are truly good for all levels and move simple to complex. They all do such a great job of offering multiple poses to meet you were you’re at. The people have all been kind and welcoming and I had the best Savasana I’ve probably ever had at the end of the restore class the other day. Love the workshop options and hope to attend! Really excited for more classes. They also have a great schedule and lots of class options. 💙

Flow Studio is fantastic! The instructors are all great and I really like the variety of classes they offer. There are days where the yoga session makes me feel the burn and others where I am able to slow down and restore. Their sessions have helped me recover from a knee injury and have continued to move me through the pandemic. The new studio is rad for those who like to practice in person and the reservations system is helpful. I especially love that Suzanne still offers online sessions!!

A wonderful experience! Flow yoga has become my favorite studio, and I love the new location. The studio has a calm and relaxing environment. The teachers are great and adjust their flow to accommodate all levels. Restorative yoga on Mondays with Becca has been a great way to start my week. Would highly recommend it!

I have visited this studio in person (at their Arvada location) and remotely (my wife made a point to support their business during covid with streaming class packages and even a yoga retreat. Unfortunately they recently announced that they require reviewing your vaccination cards in order to have the privilege of practicing without a mask. Ironically, Yoga means "unite" in sanskrit. Unfortunately this studio practices segregation.

Flow yoga studio has a group of teachers who specialize in different types of yoga. Each teacher brings their expertise to the class. I’ve learned so much about Yin, Hatha, one instructor specializes in inversions and there is even a functional medicine doctor teaching a 30 minute flow and guided meditation. Flow hosts incredible workshops. The last workshop I attended was The Goddess workshop which was empowering. Their virtual classes got me through lockdown. I’m so thankful to Flow with them in-person now.

Amazing place for yoga of all levels. As a Physical Therapist in the area, I am very picky about where I send my clients to continue with movement work as they are progressing through, or have completed their rehab. All of the Teachers at Flow that I have run across have been phenomenal, eyes on, making sure everyone is safe in positions that their body is allowing them.

Their progressions and regressions are extremely helpful and they have always spent time after class chatting with members!

12 out of 10 would recommend for anyone who is not a "yogi" or anyone who is looking for somewhere they can truly find that peace with their body!

Great little studio! It IS pretty little (but haven't found it too crowded, more like nice and intimate). It's a bit of a hidden grem and shares an entrance with CrossFit next door. The studio is heated to 90 degrees so warm but not too hot. The class combine good workout with good stretch and a little bit of meditation so it's perfect. I love the lavender lemon towels. New member promo $50 for two weeks unlimited!

I love this studio so much! I have been coming to classes for about a month now, but this studio already feels like home. Each instructor is so talented and helps you to feel welcome and connected, while also pushing you to do your best. I cant say enough great things about this studio! I recommend it to all locals in search of a quiet, calm atmosphere.

Being new to Yoga, I found Flow Yoga Studio to be welcoming and encouraging. The February Yoga challenge was a great way to start because I was able to experience a variety of classes and learn from several different instructors. Suzanne and the teaching staff at Flow Yoga have great energy. I learn something new each time and the teachers give alternative ways to scale the poses so the classes are suited for all levels. In addition to the Teaching staff, the community is amazing. I always feel great at the end of a class and the Lavender towels are so refreshing. I've found my Yoga home and look forward to continuing my Yoga practice here. Namaste.

Wonderful heated yoga in West Arvada. So glad to find Flow Yoga. It’s easy to miss this small studio off of Indiana, there are no signs. Competent & friendly teachers read the class’ needs well and provide instruction accordingly. ‘All level’ classes are challenging and truly for all levels with modifications. Love that their schedule offers early AM during the week and even 8am Sunday. Cold lavender towels are a nice touch after the practice.

Come experience some better!

As a healthcare provider I tend to be very critical of where I attend classes. Movement and pose positioning is of the utmost importance for me, especially in regards to injury prevention. The instructors at Flow yoga Studio are outstanding and keep me safe yet challenged!

They walk each individual through the class as if they are the only ones present. I felt comfortable trying newer or more challenging poses based on the instructions of the teacher, as well as comfortable scaling down based on my skill level and their recommendations.

If you are are looking to take your yoga practice to the next level or perhaps you are just starting you need to come by and meet Suzanne and her team at Flow!!

Being a guy has been doing crossfit four to six days a week for the last few years my body has taken a beating. Since going to Flow Yoga a couple times week for the last 6 months everything feels better! As with most guys out there flexibility and range of motion has always been an issue for me but yoga has made a huge improvement in both those areas. I think all crossfitters should start doing it! Flow Yoga is attached to MBS crossfit in Arvada and the teachers there know how to work with crossfitters and help them with the areas they need to improve. And the fact that it's "warm yoga" (85-90 degrees) you with definitely get your sweat on... and I know you crossfitters love to sweat!

I've been going to Flow now for two months, 2 to 3 times a week. When I started, I just had a basic goal of trying to rebuild core strength that I had lost completely due to surgery that cut through my abdominal muscles. What I found was a studio that has something to offer for all levels. Suzanne, the owner, searched hard for the best teachers in the area, and also for different practice strengths and for variety. If you are looking for a class that keeps building on last weeks efforts as it helps you improve and push yourself harder each week, go to Suzanne's Sunday 8 am. If you need a really good stretch, and to work on endurance/strength, Jolynn will get you there. If what you want is to understand the why's and how of a particular move, and to improve on form, Emily's classes will be perfect for you.

I also think prices are super reasonable, with a $89 unlimited monthly, that is just enough of a commitment for me, that I get myself in there at least twice a week, without breaking the bank. You can also do a 10 punch card for ( I think) $100.
