I’ve been coming here for a couple of months. In the beginning it was amazing. I felt like every time I came we were doing something new and felt good. However, recently it’s just been the same generic moves over and over. Some moves seem very uncomfortable and unnecessary. Upper body lacks heavily in these classes and when upper body is done, it’s repetitive and boring. Some instructors are good with modifications and others simply ignore the needs for modifications. These classes are not beginner friendly and the new “stretch” class isn’t really even stretching.

I love Flylife Fitness! Lagree Pilates has helped me become a more well-rounded athlete as I feel stronger as a runner and soccer player. Amy, John, and Kayla always have a class that makes me work hard, and they add variety each time!

I am really enjoying the classes, as I always feel like I get a great workout. Everyone is so kind and friendly. I do find discrepancy between instructors which can be a challenge. For example, one will say to rest the calf against the reformer in a lunge and another will say this is wrong. Instruction that is on the same page would be helpful.

Beautiful studio! So spacious and lovely to work out in. Mikaila was super welcoming and had a great sequence with amazing transition set up/timing. They offer $5 for your first class, so if you are on vacay take advantage of it!!

FlyLife is the most incredible studio and community in the springs! Sadly, I recently moved away and the FlyLife family is one of the things I miss most (after the mountains of course). After moving and trying to find a Lagree or Pilates studio with the same welcoming community, encouraging instructors, and challenging classes - I’ve realized just how rare and valuable this small business is! If you’re a student here, soak up all the goodness + growth! If you’re thinking about trying it out, I can’t recommend it highly enough!

This pilates studio is amazing! The owners, John and Amy are absolutely incredible and very community-driven. They have created a modern space that is one of a kind in CO Springs. The classes at Flylife provide a killer workout that is effective and low impact. You should definitely check out Flylife!

I have been a member at Orange Theory, F45, and have tried Club Pilates; nothing has come close to how much I love this studio and style of fitness. The workouts are different every time, and the instructors make each and every class so much fun. This fitness community is so incredibly close and supportive; I only wish I would have found it sooner!

Just went to my first lagree class and it was amazing. I have some background in yoga and weightlifting but this was a very unique workout. The studio was super clean and John was so informative! I highly recommend anyone wanting to try this! I am looking forward to coming back.

My favorite workout of all times! I’ve tried so many workouts in my lifetime and this is one that has stuck with me. I’ve been at it for almost 2 years and have seen such incredible results that I could achieve from weights or cardio alone. John, Amy and all the instructors make coming to class so fun and exciting. John and Amy are building a tribe. I've been interested in fitness and sport my entire life moving ever towards an ideal of strength through full range of motion after some injuries rock climbing and running. I have no doubt that using the LaGree method as well as flylife fitness specifically I can achieve my mobility goals. the people here are engaging and actually interested in your growth as a person outside of the movement practice. When I am jumping over fences with my grandchildren at 80 years old it will be in no small part due to fly Life fitness! If you've ever had a sports injury or want to achieve a specific movements or fitness goal you can't go wrong with fly life.

Been going to this incredible studio for over 2 years and have seen dramatic results in strength and endurance. As a military member where being in peak physical condition is expected, I have seen large improvements in increasing muscular fitness and decrease in run time. This place is amazing! I've been doing Pilates for 5 years and have never been on anything like the Megaformer. It hits every major muscle group and the strength I attained after 3 months on the machine is incredible. John and Amy are super down to earth and fantastic instructors that guide you every step of the way regardless of fitness level. I've seen vast improvements in strength, run time, and physique that I could not have gotten without their guidance and exercises. Definitely recommend if you want to get in shape in a fun and awesome way!
