Coming up on a year with Forest. Started off knowing nothing about weight training and really just negotiating my way around a gym safely. His progression and personalization in the workouts are excellent. One caveat? I need new clothes because I’m getting bigger! A great problem to have.

I have been training remotely with Forest for five months. I had tried to do strength training on my own at home, but never seemed to be able to stay consistent. With Forest as my coach, I have achieved a steady level of consistency that is producing results. The combination of weekly check-ins, the ability to share videos of my exercise form, updated workouts that keep me challenged, and accountability to my coach, all have worked to keep me on track.

We had an amazing experience working with Forest over the past 6 months. My wife, who was 6 months pregnant when we started, worked with Forest right through her 41st week of pregnancy and resumed just 3 weeks after birth. His workouts kept us both strong, and helped speed up my wife’s recovery. The space and equipment are fantastic, vibe always friendly and enjoyable, making it easy to stay motivated and push ourselves. Definitely recommend working with Forest.

Forest is an excellent coach and really created the space for me to learn how to lift with confidence and consistency. He writes programs based on my goals and gives me great guidance when I have questions about the journey as well as food & nutrition. He really showed me that I could lift heavier weight than I ever have and how much fun I could have in the process! He also writes me programs for when I work out on my own. Now I am totally hooked and I’m stoked to have a trainer that is as passionate as him. No matter your age, injuries you’ve had, or your experience level, I highly recommend working with him!!!!!

I've been working with Forest for several years and he's been phenomenal at the small stuff. Reducing or increasing the weights to reflect that I had just returned from a business trip or had slept unusually well. Anyone can point to a heavy weight and say "move it!" - it takes a pro to recognize that it's time to shift to lighter weights to improve form or heavier weights and fewer reps for more power and know exactly how much to adjust the weights and reps for how you feel that day.

after just a few months Forest had me in noticeably better shape - better mobility, strength, and overall wellness. his workouts are customized on the fly which means i always leave feeling challenged regardless of my energy, etc. going in.they're also well balanced to what's going on in the rest of my life (travel, races, etc.). i've been a client for a year and will be for a long time!

Forest's strength coaching has been integral to my running performance for over 2 years. He was able to flexibly design strength training to support my race goals and training phases as well as work through running injuries (pre and rehab). I completed the QuadRock 50 and Leadville 100 all while maintaining lean muscle mass for the running and general health as I've aged. I definitely recommend him for designing your own unique program as he was great at listening and adapting programs and exercises.
