I have been coming to this gym for over a year now and I love it! I have gotten to know most of the trainers there including my trainer very well. My trainer Ariel is very professional and knowledgeable as he has countless certifications. He pushes you so you never feel bored or like you've hit a plateau. It is a good size gym that you feel very comfortable in no matter where you are beginning or in the middle of your fitness journey. The owner Jim is very nice and keeps everything clean! I would definitely recommend this gym!

Form Person Training is a terrific place to work out. The trainers are very friendly and helpful, the facility is extremely well maintained and thereβs always plenty of parking. Working out there is more like being with a group of friends who just happen to be in a gym!

Great environment. Trainers are fun and funny, but thorough, motivating and innovative - particularly if you need some accommodation for old injuries or rehabing a new one.
The gym itself is in a handy location with good parking. it's unusual to find a boutique fitness studio in a nice new building with shower facilities and new equipment. Also nice to work-out in a place where the clientele is a good mix of men and women along with broad range in ages, fitness levels and varied fitness goals.
