FFC is awesome. Owners are very knowledgeable and have always been willing to give tips/advice from their own experience to help me in my fitness journey. Staff is amazing and keeps the gym very clean. Very positive/uplifting environment. And the community that goes there are awesome as well, it’s amazing that it stays as clean and organized as it does even when staff isn’t present. Throw in the fact that it’s open 24/7, it can’t be beat!!!
Only negative I EVER experienced was parking was limited, and it looks like the new building has way more than enough parking now!

Attempted to cancel my membership over the phone, in person, via email, with a written letter. No response and continued to charge my card, however, I didn't have any access to the gym. Never open during the hours posted on the door. Equipment is run down, always out of soap and paper towels. One of the worst businesses I have ever been to.

Place is dirty always out of soap and towels. Drinking fountain doesn't work. They always like to mop when you trying to work out then they act annoyed because your there. Place really went down hill. Overpriced for what it is. Glad I dont go there anymore total fraud.
