I can't recommend Giorgia enough for anyone looking to recover postpartum and get back into shape. Her hybrid workout approach is a game-changer. With in-person sessions throughout the week, it’s easy to stay consistent, and I love that she offers both virtual and face-to-face options, making it convenient no matter your schedule.

What really stands out about Giorgia is her *energy*. She’s got this incredible, contagious enthusiasm that pushes you through every session. Working out with Giorgia has been a game changer for me to help me get and stay in great shape as I enter middle age. I have worked out or played sports all my life, but after having kids I found it so hard to motivate to go to the gym regularly to do strength training and to fix the diastisis recti that I hadn’t properly addressed postpartum. I had been to PT to address the issue, but I just didn’t keep up with the exercises they gave or effectively integrate that into my workouts regularly because I mostly did cardio. I was also worried I was going to make it worse by not having someone monitor how I did the exercises to ensure I was doing it appropriately. I also work full time, which makes finding time to go to the gym and motivate to do strength training difficult. I started working out with Giorgia a year ago, and from the beginning she assessed my diastisis recti, and since I did the live workouts she was able to adjust the difficulty of my core work to ensure I didn’t overdo it but also pushed myself to improve it. Through regular check ins, assessment and consistent workouts, she has essentially helped me completely fix my diastsis recti and now move on to more difficult exercises for my core and for my entire body as I’ve gotten stronger. I have been doing the zoom workouts, along with in person when I can, and even recordings when I can’t make any of those. It’s been an amazing combination of a community while also flexible to meet my crazy schedule. I feel so strong and know that I couldn’t have done this without Giorgia’s consistent positive enthusiasm, support and energetic persistence! I couldn’t recommend working out with her more and love the format of the program. In addition to park workouts with guest speakers, she is also learning new things all the time herself (like working out for menopause) to continue to offer more to her program members as we age. I am so thankful for her and this program for making a difference in my life!

I highly recommend Giorgia fitMindset for women navigating the postpartum to perimenopause stages who want personalized routines they can stick with. I first joined her online group workouts in 2021 for postpartum recovery, and now, as I move into perimenopause, have added 1:1 training with Giorgia focused on weightlifting.

Over the past four years, I’ve reduced knee and hip pain, lost weight, gained strength, and built a consistent daily movement habit. If you're looking for an excellent work out, connection to other moms, and to regain strength and trust in your body, then Giorgia and her workouts are perfect for you. Giorgia invests in your well-being and growth in the postpartum and beyond phases of life. She is encouraging with exercises to push beyond what you think you can do, yet listens and doesn't push beyond what you're ready for. After my pregnancies, I did pelvic PT and postnatal yoga and still had incontinence issues. Adding Giorgia's class into my routine not only made it that I didn't have to change my pants throughout the day due to accidents, but also can confidently do jumping jacks with my improved cardio health and my strong pelvic floor! Giorgia is the BEST! She helped me during both pregnancy - preparing my body for birth, what to expect, how to stay active safely, etc. and postpartum - working on getting my pelvic floor back to "normal" as safely as possible, breathing exercises, and so much more.
