This is the most friendly and humble gym in town. Perfect for kids and family, great for fighters who have been in the game for a long a long time or people just starting off. The kids program is the BEST in town. There helpful for everything and will take the time to listen in any situation, if you need to just drop some lbs or learn self defense or get in the ring or cage this is the place to be. Everyone there is like Family. The people that work there are very friendly and always willing to help. def go there. great training at a great price!

They promise an 1 and a half but they only do 1 hour also its expensive it says 80 dollars but it is 100 and the cherry on the cake they never say what days are closed.

Hands down best combat/conditioning gym I ever been to. Tried a couple other of the bigger gyms in town. They were more expensive not as professional and tbh I like the fact that Andrew Yates has actually had a career fighting. And trained ppl that have made a career out of it. No other gym in the valley can say the same.

This gym has become my happy place. Everyone there has been so helpful and friendly since the first day I walked in there with my son, not knowing anyone there or a thing about MMA. My goal was to gain weight, but what I really gained were friends that became like family.

Really fun to watch but I felt favoritism was going on for example first fight they wouldn't let dude ground and pound straight stopped him but by the third fight they let a different dude ground and pound and he won cuz of it that just seems unfair to me
