Love the gym and equipment. Now that winter is here, you guys need to reassess the temperature. When half the gym is covered in sweatshirts and sweatpants, actively working out, and my hands hurt from being ice cubes, it's a problem. Turn the fans down and increase the temp a couple of degrees. You guys are killing the vibe. Warm up or im bailing to lifetime.

Great equipment, but they gotta to do something abt these wannabe content creators. Way too many tripods and people filming at peak busy hours. One of these days someone is gonna have issue with someone over this. And have seen people use smoking vape pens inside the gym multiple times now

This gym has been amazing the few times I’ve gone over the past few months! The equipment is amazing and I love the feel of the atmosphere and everyone there. The employees there are also amazing and have been fun to talk to and feel welcomed in by like my recent visit with Tuscany being friendly at the door every time. Highly recommend even if it is a bit of a drive 😄

Always jam-packed most of the gym goers is always filming videos while keeping the exercise equipment tied up preventing other gym goers from working out. The monthly price isn't worth the inconsiderateness of most of the film makers / gym goers

Went to Gold's for roughly a month. It was nearly impossible to cancel my membership; had to go in person, and it took the people at the front desk 20 minutes to cancel. In terms of the gym itself, the equipment is nice, but the bathrooms always ran out of soap and were consistently pretty disgusting overall. Front desk folks always have an attitude and are entirely unhelpful.

It's a Desicant gym good equipment ppl . The only down side is I'm not sher if thay know that thar a gym thay play the music so loud that Unless you're trying to go deaf to listn to yours you're gonna be forced to listen to their music and in order to talk to somebody you have to yell at that person next to you other thin that its a good gym

This is a nice gym but it's only accessable by QR code and the app doesn't always work, so getting to the gym at 5AM and not being able to get in is quite annoying. This has happened to me on multiple occasions despite having great cellular service or even a wifi connection.

Was struggling the other day to get in and workout since the app wasn't allowing me to sign in but luckily one of the employees named Tuscany was able to help me out. Definitely solidified how I feel about the gym and how the equipment is amazing and environment and Definitely the staff

I absolutely love this gym. Always clean, and staff is always so welcoming and nice. If a machine is out of order they prioritize to fix it right away unlike some other gyms in the area. Can be a super busy gym at certain times but with how much equipment and dumbbells they have you can definitely utilize them for the meantime till something becomes available which you never really have to wait long at all. I keep seeing reviews saying they keep moving stuff around multiple times.. but what do you expect its a newer gym, placement of certain equipment is important especially if there are other business next door or under to be mindful. love the fact women and men get separate saunas. This is by far mine and my bf fav gym to workout at. Especially only being 4mins away from home is a plus. Also who doesn’t love a 24/7 gym..Definitely recommend to anyone who hasn’t already signed up.

I pay $45 a month to work out here, and this place used to have a great selection of resistance and stretching bands. Now there’s barely one available. For what we pay, basic equipment like this should always be stocked. Really disappointing—hope this gets fixed soon.

It is a new gym, equipment is nice. I was with a guest and paid for a day pass. Staff could go the further mile to assist guests and acquire potential members.
Starting at the front desk - there was no greeting, no waiver to sign, or no tour. Then, realizing it was the end of her shift and she wanted to leave.
Second, the amount of filming is ridiculous. I was waiting for a machine and changed my exercise so that the person would finish but it seemed she was editing while she was filming. Had to pivot. There needs to be a dedicated time for influencers (10pm or 200am), while the rest of the paying customers can be satisfied. I will pay double if there is a "NO recording" sign and during these specific hours.
Lastly, women's restroom was not stocked, smelled and you can tell the sink was wiped with a dirty rag. Including girls were filming in there too. I will reach out to corporate as it's a violation of privacy.

Men’s locker room hasn’t had a scale for a while now, I have let the front desk know a few times but they haven’t seemed to get a new one. Also, way too many wannabe “influencers” here, people putting tripods out on the floor shouldn’t be allowed, they get in the way of other equipment and walkways.

I do have some complaints. But we will get to that later, this place is absolutely amazing. The Matrix equipment they have is so smooth and feels amazing. I've seen some broken machines, but they are fixed pretty quickly that it's never a problem!! The staff are always smiling as well, which is a small thing, but it always brightens my mood.
I chose this gym for the 24-hour aspect, as I work much later shifts. It's almost always pretty empty at night, which is a very juicy plus for me. The afternoons it will get a little crowded, but hey, that's any place you go to.

The one big mehh feeling I have is with the POTENTIAL extra charge's. Recently, a sign has been put up at the front stating how you shouldn't hold the door open for people. Feels very awkward, slamming the door shut in front of somebody, especially knowing they struggle at the QR code upfront for a solid 30 seconds. I understand they are trying to prevent non-members from entering, which I 100% understand. I did get a voicemail from an upper staff stating how I had a friend enter in behind me, who did have a membership but just hadn't scanned it to get in. I talked to the staff, who was very, very nice and was explaining how they were just letting people know, I didn't receive a charge, nor did I view this a negative experience. But I would hate to get a 50$ charge just for having someone slip on in after me, and I get stuck with a charge.

I will forever stick by my 5 Star rating and will be continuing to spend my money here, however. As the positive so greatly weigh the small 1 negative.

Understand this is a new location, and they are moving things around to accommodate for the lower tenants. They've moved it a total of 2 times, and I think it's here to stay. People who are complaining about this clearly didn't read the sign upfront that they had posted up front for weeks...

Been open for 5 month. They have completely moved the equipment around more times (5+) than they’ve changed the water filter (0). I was told they “don’t know how to reset the filter but it’s clean”. So hire someone??? Why isn’t this a priority?

I would love to give this gym more stars if not for the fact that it is always freezing cold, and the fans always blowing on high. I need to continually going into the sauna throughout my workout just to warm up :(. The women’s locker room is always freezing as well. If the temperature in here got changed I would happily give it more stars

Meh. 90% of staff is unfriendly. Equipment already getting dirty/dusty from lack of upkeep and cleaning. Wipe dispensers will often be out for an hour+ at least without being refilled, which means most of the equipment probably isn’t getting wiped down regularly. Edit 4/2/25: bumping up to 4 stars. the staff has gotten friendlier. Upkeep seems a little better. The merch game is great, very comfy clothes. Still too many tripods, almost kicked one over because someone set it up literally right next to the equipment I was working with. Still too many “gymfluencers.” People filming in locker rooms constantly EVEN THOUGH it’s illegal AND there’s a posing room for that.

Equipment was great and I really wanted to like this location, but I won’t be returning. The amount of influencers filming everywhere was a big turn-off. This location built a dedicated, “Posing Room,” so it’s crazy that this is still such an issue. Even saw women recording in the bathroom/locker room area. I’m not kidding… have you seen their IG? 🫣

Great selection of equipment and surprisingly busy for a brand new gym. That being said, I don’t find myself waiting for much while I’m there. It has been a solid experience overall, and I’m hopeful they will stay on top of cleanliness/upkeep. Staff is always friendly when I’m there too and are quick to help when needed.

Nice equipment but can get pretty crowded. Was very surprised at how many people in this facility don’t bother to unrack their weights or wipe down machines when done with them. Way too many tripods constantly filming in the main gym area. Management really should force the tripods into the dedicated posing room that they wasted space on.
