This gym has the best value of any I've been too. I have experienced more results at Grit in 10 months than I have had in years at other gyms, and feel the strongest I've ever been.
The coaches are knowledgeable and dedicated! I love the one-hour format. I work 2 jobs, and spending 2-3 hours at the gym every day is not realistic. Thank you! Highly recommend.

Ryan and his team are amazing. As someone who hasn't weight trained regularly in many years, I was a bit intimidated to start. The program is really thought out and offers a ton of guidance and support while also making sure to give you a good ass kicking. Highly recommend.

Excelente lugar, necesitabamos un nuevo gimnasio porque a donde soliamos ir siempre habia mucha gente y teníamos que esperar por las máquinas y ademas era aburrido. Ryan es Excelente entrenador y además tambien nos ayuda a monumitoriar nuestra comida, cada movimiento y cada casa que afecte nuestro progreso. Las clases son divertidas y dinamicas. Best coaching and programming in the city.
It is the only place that I can look someone in the eye with integrity and say, you are guaranteed to see results.
The community is amazing and coaches are awesome. Coach Matt is also a nutrition coach and the gym has a level of partnership with Onward Physical Therapy in the same building if anyone needs that as well. Super solid.

Ryan and Matt are both amazing people! Motivational atmosphere, positive attitude, and simply getting after it. Honestly, it’s been a while since I’ve had a coach but I loved feeling pushed and having someone walk me through stretches, progressions, and lifts! Definitely feels better than hitting the gym on your own.

This gym is awesome! I normally do the Crossfit (15+ yrs), but I love working out with GRIT when I’m in Colorado Springs on work trips. It is a really great change up to CrossFit that focuses on strength training along with high intensity MetCon. Ryan is a world class strength coach. Programming is solid and Ryan really helped my technique on deadlifts and squats.

I've finally found a gym where I feel completely at home! The weightlifting gym is fantastic, and Ryan and Britt are absolute gems. Their encouragement and energy make every workout something to look forward to. What I appreciate most is that there’s absolutely no gym intimidation here. Ryan and Britt foster an environment where everyone feels welcome, regardless of their fitness level. The sense of community here is unparalleled, and it’s all thanks to the culture that Ryan and Britt have cultivated. If you're looking for a gym that balances results with camaraderie, look no further. Highly recommend! They'll even customize workouts around injuries so that you can continue lifting safely and heal faster by strengthning that area. I had a shoulder injury and they made sure I didn't reinjure it.

I had an amazing experience at Grit Athletics in Colorado Springs during their open day for non-members! It was great getting to experience what’s been getting my boyfriend out of bed at 5AM every day. 😂
The facility was spacious and clean, equipped with a great variety of equipment. We love the high-energy atmosphere and the supportive community vibe. Everyone was super welcoming, and the coaches provided helpful tips throughout the session, making it easy to push ourselves.
The workout was challenging yet fun, with plenty of options for all fitness levels. It was the perfect way to kick off our morning, and we left feeling energized and motivated. Highly recommend Grit Athletics for anyone looking to experience a fantastic high-intensity and strengthening workout!

I’ve been building on healthy habits my whole life but always struggled with weight lifting / strength training consistency because I really didn't enjoy it as much as other activities. This kind of gym was intimidating at first glance because I never really squatted or dead lifted before because I didn’t want to injure myself. Luckily you are learning with trained professionals helping you be safe and getting the form correct. The reality is all I needed to do is just show up and be ready to learn and work hard and Ryan will have an intense group workout ready but the weight starts at wherever you are and the cardio / conditioning aspect, well we all suffer together and that helps. This is real healthcare.

I'm in my mid-40s and I'd never been in a gym before. Now some months later I really enjoy going to the gym. It's a really chill and accepting crowd here. Ryan' fantastic!
I can tell how far I've come since I started. Physical activities, like going to the beach or even a day at work show me how much more endurance I have. Playing with my son is way more fun since I can move way better than before. I've also noticed that my balance is way better climbing ladders and doing other odd things.
I never thought I'd be one to look forward to hitting the gym most days of the week, and man am I glad I joined Grit Athletics.

Bar none my favorite workout program I've ever done. I've done crossfit, did orange theory, bought online programming and truthfully nothing compares to this. It won't absolutely destroy your body. You WILL get stronger and the community is top notch. Can't say enough good things about this place.

I highly recommend this gym! From the moment I stepped through the doors the coaches were extremely welcoming as well as the members! I really enjoyed the programming and even hit a PR that night on my deadlift!
