Guerrilla Proof has been such an amazing gym and community to be a part of! I have been here since the early gym days and Mike and Adrienne have been so supportive and encouraging throughout the last few years and have pushed me to do things I never thought I could have achieved. A small, gym but generous on the personal training. I am an older woman who was given individual attention based on my fitness level. I feel completely welcome and confident in my ability because Mike take time to make sure I feel that way. He sets attainable goals and all the while you are having a great time!

Guerrilla is hands down the best personal training and coaching gym I’ve ever been to. The coach genuinely cares about helping you reach your goals. It is both challenging and fun, and Mike is always there to offer support and motivation. Plus, the community vibe is amazing—everyone is so friendly and encouraging.
If you’re looking for a place to get fit and feel good, I can’t recommend Guerrilla enough.

I can’t say enough how finding Guerrilla Proof and Mike has changed how I feel about my own strength. When I first started I was super intimidated and coming off an injury that had me out of shape. Mike tailored the workouts to me in the beginning and modified exercises so I could build my confidence and my strength. He pushes you when he knows you can and works with you when he knows you need a break. Beginner or experts are welcome and fit right in. The weekend workouts are a fun way to start your week off on the right foot and meet new people. I also took advantage of his nutritional coaching and immediately saw results I hadn’t been seeing in trying on my own. He has everything you need to start feeling confident with whatever goal you want to achieve. Try it, you won’t regret it.

Went to this gym for some events and they were super fun and unique. The gym is super clean as well! Love the coaches as they are personable and friendly and cater to each individual. The classes are super fun and I definitely recommend them to anyone who’s looking for a change in their work outs!

I took a chance on myself and tried Guerrilla Proof. I’m not super strong or fast but I needed something that was going to push me. At first I was intimidated by the smaller setting and also not knowing much about usually a barbell and a lot of other equipment here. But I couldn’t be more wrong. This place is perfect for seasoned and newcomers alike. The setting is super encouraging while also teaching safe practices for using the equipment even if you never used it before. My husband is very familiar with the weight room and the equipment and he felt like he was challenged but also the benefit of having a close eye on his form. Guerrilla Proof is for anyone who wants to invest in their health no matter what your background is in fitness, age, or experience. Coach Mike is sarcastic and funny and never lacks in honesty when helping you with form or safely challenging you with weight or modifications. He can be a pain in the a** but in all the ways you need him to be. They also have periodic group workouts with hangouts afterwards around holidays so you can meet other people.

Incredible set-up, all the equipment you could expect from a large commercial gym in a personal setting. The trainers are great and I've enjoyed my 121 sessions and made great progress, not just in strength and numbers but confidence in general and confidence using gym equipment.
The Sunday group workouts supplement my 121s perfectly, adding in a group dynamic. The training is fitting into my running training very well, and the trainers are always mindful and adjust if I have upcoming races.
