this was my first time here and it is a beautiful clean space. The Nedra yoga I took with Jean on Monday night was like a perfect way to kick off the week. Very nurturing and relaxing atmosphere. I also enjoyed the reading from the Bhagvad Gita

Absolutely wonderful place! I am recovering from spinal surgery and need to ease back into yoga. Kalki was a great instructor who took time to ensure I was comfortable and could perform various poses, offering alternatives for those I couldn’t do due to recovery. I will definitely return. Their prices are excellent and accessible (especially given how expensive some studios are).

The building is also very welcoming and peaceful. They did an excellent job designing the space.

Took a vinyasa class with Leslie and it was so wonderful, the space alone creates such a beautiful ambiance and Leslie’s class just took it to another level!

As a novice I didn’t know what to expect. Tina was amazing. She was friendly and helpful. I would recommend her to anyone, especially to my fellow wheelchair users.

If you close your eyes and imagine what a Sanctuary should look like, you would most likely see an image so similar to Harmonist Sanctuary. The designers of this space did an immaculate job on not only envisioning the word "sanctuary" coming to life, but the details brings you closer to nature. The wood accents outside and in make you forget you're right on Colfax.

Last night, I did a 75 min restorative yoga with Gene and it was pure bliss. We were lucky enough to have class coincide with the autumnal equinox and almost new moon. It was also raining so being able to hear the rain hit the roof was like hearing rain while you're tent camping without the fear of your tent flooding.

Gene's flow was so perfect and his voice guiding you is just soothing and comforting. I do have to remember socks next time. I keep forgetting that I get cold during restorative when it's not heated.

Harmonist Sanctuary is a true find. The space is gorgeous and instantly grounding. Tusta is an exceptional teacher. His teaching is thoughtful and intuitive, and the sequence left my body and mind feeling genuinely elevated. I’ll definitely be back. Tip: arrive a few minutes early to take in the studio — it sets the tone for the whole practice.

My wife and I are visiting Denver and attended Leslie’s Thursday night 6pm class at the recommendation of a few friends and really enjoyed it (three weeks in a row!) She creates a really welcoming atmosphere and the studio space is beautiful. We will definitely bring our mats every time we are in town!

Love 💕 Gene’s restorative yoga 🧘‍♀️ class Monday nights at 7pm. I moved to the area (from Arvada) and was seeking a healing practice within walking distance. Harmonist Sanctuary is a 5 minute walk for me. I love how grounded and prepared Gene shows up for each class. You can tell he had spent time designing the perfect class. Gene also hosts yoga 🧘‍♀️ workshops on the weekends. I am excited to try one out soon! Highly recommend Gene’s Monday night classes and weekend workshops. You will definitely feel better afterwards.

I have been enjoying Lesli's Vinyasa flow, where she provides a good mixture of elements into the practice. The space is so warm and comforting, it really is a sanctuary in the City. No mirrors, no judgement, just good yoga. Looking forward to trying the sound meditation session.

I had a wonderful experience tonight in the Restorative Yoga class. This was my first time at the Harmonist Sanctuary and I have absolutely enjoyed the vibes, and the class so very much! I had been looking for somewhere to go to do yoga, and other activities that would resonate with my soul, and to meet new people that are like minded like myself. As I am on my own healing journey , and I had felt led by the Divine to attend classes here in my spiritual journey! There’s so much love and light within this space, and when I walked in this evening, it resonated with my mind, body, and soul wholeheartedly and I immediately felt peace and solitude here! I will be back for more classes and events! This feels good here and I am grateful to have found it!! Thank you so much for making me feel welcome and it was a pleasure meeting you tonight! See you soon! Peace and blessings to all 🌺✨🌺✨NaMaste’ ✨✨

Excellent restore yoga class! I took the 7pm restore class with Gene via class pass. The space is calming and comfortable and the atmosphere is welcoming and wouldn't be intimidating for beginners. There was a long guided meditation at the end of this class which I had my doubts about, but it was actually a great use of time. I feel very centered and calm. I'll book here again for sure.

For years I've been looking for a yoga studio around Park Hill that upholds the core aspects of mindful yoga, while also providing a practice that is both gentle and challenging. I finally found what I was looking for at Harmonist. From the beauty of the space to the attention to meditation, wellness and an organic flow, my classes with Tusta couldn't have been a better fit. As others have said, I can't believe people aren't flooding into the place, as it's a true gem in the city. I'm excited to continue my yoga journey here!

What a Hidden Gem! This place is so unique, authentic, and aesthetically stunning- I had my first class there today and it was totally magical. My advice is go now before it gets discovered. Loved it, and pictures don’t really represent how incredibly well done it is. They even have a full professional kitchen for events.

Harmonist Sanctuary is the kind of sacred space that yoga studios dream about, not in a jelly sort of way- rather like the intention set at the beginning of a class that we seek to realize while practicing balance and equanimity in every present moment, one day at a time… Equally beautiful with eyes open or closed, this structure is an example of how a vision becomes reality, especially when devotion, determination and love are involved. Practicing here is the best kept secret in town- especially for yogis off Colfax; yet I feel like this donation based sweet spot will soon be attracting open hearts from all over town with its sustainable, transcendental vibes. *So'Ham*

This class really worked for me. I have just gotten back to yoga and was feeling tore from a more rigorous class the day before. What especially impressed me is that the slow and easy way we moved into poses allowed me to open my shoulders and work tight tendons and in general really feel connected to my body in a relaxing way. And this new studio, Harmonist Sanctuary, is a beautiful, healing space right on East Colfax!
