M5 Program has been amazing over the past 6 months. I've seen a clear boost in strength and overall wellness. I've enjoyed the breathwork, recommendations when it comes to Glucose monitoring, Mind focus refocus and visualization on where I want to be. Working out with John at Hero5 was definitely a new experience. I am 12 years out from an emergency c-section (my first) and 8 years out from my second. I do yoga daily, I've worked out in circuit gyms, and extensively with personal trainers. Even with all of this, I regularly get asked when I'm due. My session with John, which included guided movement while wearing the EMS suit, was the first thing that felt like it woke up my abdominal muscles. Getting a personal trainer has been one of the best things I have done for my fitness journey. I only see John once a week and he sets goals for me to do on my own so when I see him I can report my progress. I also am injury prone with a lot of issues to look out for; he takes those into account, watches & corrects my form, answers my questions, pushes me when I'm ready but not beyond my capability, and I'm very pleased with the progress I am making and I really like John as a coach. It doesn't have to be forever, but I have found that being accountable for someone else having to wake up at o'dark thirty gets me moving in the morning so I don't waste their time!

After years of on and off exercising due to various injuries and getting nowhere I decided to try something new. After a few rounds of PRP and shockwave to help the latest injuries, I was looking for a better way to rehab my body and prevent yet another injury. Luckily I found EMS and John. He's very knowledgeable, and for me was the right mix of kind but focused in his coaching style. He constantly monitored my form and made sure I not only knew how to do the exercise but why it was critical for my goals. I was only able to do a handful of sessions with him, but still saw improvement in my mobility and strength, and I think the EMS helped re-ignite a few muscles that had shut off. I think I have the tools now to continue on my own for a bit, but if I need help reaching the next level, I would certainly work with John again.

WOW! The EMS suit is no joke. It is an invigorating workout and John is an excellent trainer always demonstrating the exercises and also helping you develop the best form, which makes the workout even more effective. It's pretty amazing how much muscle it engages the strength that comes from that. It an intense workout that is easy on your joint and body if you have issues with that. Also it forces you to focus on your body and the movements. It makes you connect with your body and and muscles to push through the activation of the suit to do the movements. It is very surprising, intense, and fun. John's customized workouts help you work toward specific goals whether that is strength, pain relief, or mobility.
