I just attended my first class and I have to say it was one of the best classes I’ve taken in a very long time. I love cardio and I love weightlifting. This was a perfect mix of both. The instructor is very motivating and keeps you going I definitely will be coming back.

I highly recommend Danielle and the High Intensity workouts. I have taken her beginners class and on accident (by surprise) have taken her advanced classes as well. I recommend either, lunges and push-ups, those are my JAM! Fun, motivating class. I love the energy. So…put on your cutest workout outfit and maybe I’ll see you there too. Cheers! Bettie seems to love it as well. She goes on her own, which means she feels safe. Amen! Keep thriving my little mini me.

I have been physically active most of my life and have tried quite a few workouts in that time. Danielle’s HITT class has been the most productive class physically and emotionally for me. I am 60 years old and feel like and look like I am in the best shape of my life. Danielle and Mandy have given me important advice how to meet attainable nutrition goals and other helpful fitness tips. Our community is supportive and welcoming.
