We absolutely loved our experience at Honest Haven. We had a tight schedule but she was kind enough to fit us in for a couples sound immersion and cold plunge session. Cassandra is an excellent holistic healing guide and her calm spiritual confidence put us both at ease. We can't express how relaxing the session was for the both of us and looking forward to our next session. Thank you for everything!

Beautiful Weekend Intensive Sound Healing Training!!!! Cassandra is an incredible teacher. Lots of practice time. I left feeling empowered, with more knowledge, and feeling comfortable enough to put on a Sound Bath if I needed to the next day.

Cassandra's SUP YTT was fun and very informative! She was well prepared with an organized curriculum full of useful information and tips for teaching yoga on a paddleboard.

I’ve followed Cassandra on Instagram for a couple years now and she’s always provided such incredible info and offerings. I finally had the opportunity to take her Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training this year and it was everything I hoped for and so much more. Not only do I feel more confident in my own pregnant body, but now I can’t wait to give this gift to other women on their pregnancy journey. Thank you for providing the most beautiful learning environment with all the props and tools under the sun. You’re a gift to this planet and I’m so grateful to have worked with you! 💚

I love this little greenhouse studio! I've taken classes from 3 of the instructors (including the owner Cassandra) and they have all been great experiences. It is an intimate and welcoming space where I feel very comfortable as a beginner.

My family and I do yin/restorative yoga here once a week as our together activity. It is such a magical experience, when you get to the Honest Haven studio you are in a cozy greenhouse filled with beautiful plants and restorative energy. Cassandra curates the class for all different levels of experiences and body needs; truly tell her what you need and she provides. She also can personalize your experience- one person in my family likes to do trapeze/hammock/silk yoga, so she sets that up for her. On top of yin for every body she plays her singing bowls and chimes which releases stored energy AND has a ton of props. I would highly recommend supporting this small business and making it your next family or date activity in Denver!
