I've been going to Hotworx (Centennial) near Park Meadows for a few months now and absolutely love it, especially now since the weather is turning colder. The Hot Blast is one of my favorites, as it is a full body workout, including a little bit of cardio, all in 13 minutes. I pair this with a Hot Stretch or Hot Pilates to round it out. My joints feel so much better and I even have more energy. The staff are also so friendly and super helpful with any questions, with an incredibly well-taken care of studio. Top notch and highly recommend!

I don't know why I held off on Hotworx for so long & I am mad that i signed up late but grateful that I finally showed up. Considering my busy schedule, this place is the answer to all of my issues. The efficiency of the workout times & the fact that it is opened 24/7 & private - just exactly what I needed. The staff is amazing. I am sad that Frank left but it doesn't change how I feel about HOTWORX. I finally met Karissa not too far into my membership & just the vibes at this location is just irresistible. Everyone is very attentive & the location's sanitation & cleanliness is superb!

I love this place! Not only has HOTWORX helped me lose 40lbs, I finally found a workout I truly enjoy. It doesn't feel like a drag to come workout everyday. I love how the sauna makes me feel and how much it helps my skin. The staff are so welcoming and bubbly. Couldn't recommend this place enough!

I've had my membership for a little a year, due to medical reason I had to move. Karissa made my transition as smooth and effortless as possible. While I was a member at that location, not only was it clean and kept, I was also always able to find a time slot that fit my schedule. The staff was always super friendly and i've appreciated my time at the centennial location.

If I could give negative stars, I would. As someone with over 7 years in customer service and currently working in healthcare, I can confidently say I haven't been treated this poorly in a long time. My sister and I recently joined HOTWORX to begin our fitness journey and were excited—until we visited the Centennial location. Huge mistake.
We were abruptly told we couldn’t use our own mats, something we had done at previous sessions with no issue. When I respectfully asked why, I was met with a cold “it’s policy” and zero effort to offer a solution or even basic courtesy. We were labeled as having an "attitude" simply for asking questions—despite the fact that this mat rule was never explained during sign-up, nor is it posted anywhere in the facility.
The lack of communication is one thing. The dismissive, condescending treatment is another. I’m appalled and disappointed by the experience. I won’t be returning to the Centennial location—and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone

Do NOT go to this location. The staff were incredibly rude and hostile. My sister and I, who are new to the HOTWORX community, went to workout at this location for the first time and were aggressively rebuked for bringing the wrong yoga mat. There was no attempt to help us get the right mat and enjoy our experience, we were essentially called out and when we shared that we didn’t know it was policy (no one ever mentioned it to us upon signing up) we were told we had an “attitude.” There was just no need to act like that towards new customers - If having the right mat is THAT big of a deal then they need to have signs and need to clarify it at membership. This is the second class we have ever attended and were met with such hostility from the staff that we will never be attending this location again. The ironic part is that if that staff member had been kind about it, we would have bought or rented a HOTWORX mat, but I don’t tolerate treating customers like that. There are many locations in the Denver area - go to a different one, one where paying customers are treated with respect.

I enrolled with Hotworx on January 1st, with the first day counted as a trial class and billing officially starting on January 2nd. At the time of enrollment, I was told I could cancel after completing six months.
Unfortunately, I didn't enjoy the workouts and only used the service for about a month. Despite this, I decided to honor the agreement and waited until after my 6th billing cycle to cancel. During this time, I reached out to customer service more than once - one time I was told their server was down, another time I was told I had to wait until after my 6th payment.
Now, after completing six full payments, I’m being told I still owe another month because my first “month” didn’t have 31 days - a detail that was never communicated when I signed up.
This experience makes it clear that this franchise prioritizes revenue over customer experience. If you're considering signing up, please read all the fine print carefully and be prepared for a rigid and unsympathetic cancellation process. I would not recommend this service based on my experience.

I really loved it when I went to it. This is more a review for the company itself not the specific location because everyone has been lovely but even if they tell you you can cancel after 90 days free of charge, it’s actually $99 on top of your monthly membership just to cancel. The whole reason I stayed with it for almost 2 years was because I thought I could cancel at any time for free after the 90 day period. Really disappointing that this buisness gaslights like so many do with these kind of memberships

I feel ignored! I believe in the second week of September I decided to do a free trial at the Centennial, CO location after my workout me and an ambassador talked about membership and if I wanted to sign up, I was a bit hesitant because at the time I just lost my job so I wasn’t sure if I could do the full commitment for what they were asking. The ambassador proceeds to tell me that we can set up some thing so you’re only charged on the first day of October. I said OK because it seemed like he was really trying to help me out in my situation. Louis( the Ambassador) text me last week on Wednesday about adding my other card so I could avoid a fee. I then responded sorry I’m just still debating if I really wanna go through with this because of my situation at the time. No response. I text the number again yesterday before I was supposed to be charged on October 1 and I asked of them, right now I'm not in the position to do the membership... how do I cancel ? Doesn’t not make effort to inform me about the cancellation policy and sends me a texts saying “another option is to freeze for $9 month which you do need to tell us before the 1st as well otherwise the system will charge your monthly.” then I respond with “I'd rather just cancel for now. A lot of things are unpredictable in my life right now ...” no response again! At this point they’re giving me moving paying options to cancel my membership that I already decided I don’t want! So I told them “But why would you charge me if I already requested to cancel before the first payment?” and not that’s when the want to reiterate, the cancellation policy…..

From being accused via text by the owner of letting nonmembers in to being charged without asking or confirming with me first. Do yourself a favor and join a different location.

I have loved going to Centennial HOTWORX for the past few months! The facility is large with plenty of saunas to make it convenient to get the work out you want in on your schedule. The staff are very helpful and friendly. They work hard to keep the gym clean and members taken care of. As someone who has never wanted to invest in a gym membership before, HOTWORX and working out in the sauna has given me that little something extra that allowed me to see results quicker, recover from a bad injury, and want to stick with it!

I’ve been coming off and on since they opened. I absolutely love the atmosphere and the staff. I can’t tell you how good working out in an infrared sauna is for you body for stress reduction, lymphatic system, detoxification and so much more. The owners, Karissa & Tim are exceptional and often put on events to for the community and support other small business in the area that are no cos to members and their friends and family. The workouts change every 3 months and it’s accessible 24hrs a day, so you can workout whenever with your app or entry code. I’ve lost 25lbs and haven’t felt like I’m straining myself. I highly recommend trying your free workout today, give them a call to get started!!!

The staff and facility are very nice and clean. PERSONALLY, hotworx is not for me, however that is not why i gave this location a rating less than 5 stars. Let me give you an explanation to why I rated this place specifically 3 stars.

When I had signed up and signed the contract the owner had told me that their cancellation policy requires us to tell them 2 months in advance of when we want to quit, meaning we would need to pay for 2 more months of being a member. I had attended only gone to hotworx for ONE DAY (onboarding not included) and decided that this was just not it for me. I go into the location few weeks later and talk to karissa and she tells me that I need to stay at hotworx for FIVE MONTHS??!?!?! No no no no no we have never discussed this. After asking if there was anything she could do because I literally only came in to workout for ONE DAY she then offered to cancel my account for 99$ that day. I don’t know. I just felt like she was just throwing number at me. I really do like the staff and Karissa however I just felt swindled and lied to.

Love this place - it opened up right next to where I work, so I decided to give it a try. I’ve been looking for a boutique gym since moving here from Seattle, and I feel like I got that feel PLUS the benefits of infrared!! I felt so good after and I feel like it helped overall with generalized soreness from my non infrared workouts I’d been doing. I wasn’t really into infrared workouts until I got talked into trying by my coworkers — super glad I tried.
