Finally a gym I love!! It’s clean, easy access, helpful and kind staff during regular business hours and the workouts are FANTASTIC!! I have never in my life enjoyed working out. It was more of a forced necessary evil. Until I found HOTWORX. I felt amazing after my very first Stretch class and have been hooked since. First ever workout I actually feel energized after. And I know it works because I lost 5 lbs my first week!

I went in to try this place out and it was fantastic. I did a hot stretch session and one of the Co-Owners, Lisa, was just fantastic. She showed me around the facility and got me all set up for my hot stretch. Will definitely be going back. I felt like a new person after my stretch.

I have been looking for a gym with classes that actually fit my schedule. I just joined Hotworx a couple weeks ago, and it is perfect for the working parent. There are so many different types of classes offered 24/7, so I can exercise when I want. On the weekends, I go before my family wakes up. On the weekdays, I go right after work before my kiddos get out of school.

When I joined, Natalie gave me a thorough tour and answered my questions. She is personable, which makes her fantastic at customer service.

I love how the workouts are in a sauna, where you can set the temp for your comfort. Each sauna fits a max of 3 people, but I have yet to take a class with another person (which is nice). The instructors are virtual, and Hotworx changes the classes periodically (so you're not watching the same stuff over and over again).

The Hotworx I go to validates parking for the parking garage, and there is plenty of metered parking if you have to park on the street.

Went in at 7:30 - I work 9-6. I was really excited to squeeze a workout in with my friend. While I was walking in, Priscilla so rudely called us out asking if my guest was registered in our system. She goes on to shame us about how staffed hours are almost over soon and there are specific rules that need to be followed. I asked if i could reserve a sauna for the last 30 minutes the gym was staffed and she rolled her eyes and moved forward with entering my friend into the system. I was a new member and was unfamiliar with the rules. Especially since this location doesn’t answer their front desk phone. I tried calling ahead several times to ask questions about their protocol. When I did get ahold of somebody, i was put on hold for 20 minutes. Bottom line is, I cancelled my subscription because of the rude lady running the front desk and the lack of customer support they provide. Like I said I can’t go in every time I have a question, I work all day. This place is a joke. I hope corporate knows Priscilla could definitely use some extra training with her customer service etiquette.

Love this place, the concept, and the staff. I look forward to coming daily and the price is amazing compared to most gym memberships. The parking is the only part I dread. Hotworx gives you 1hr validation stickers which is great, but I’ve been stuck in the garage multiple times now for different reasons and the parking staff over the phone is extremely rude which is such a bummer because I love the hotworx facility. I also which there was a less sketchy way to get in after hours, you have to walk through a dark alley if you come after staffed hours.

I see previous reviews regarding contract and door code. The contract is explained and signed at the time of joining and like most fitness establishments it a membership agreement. The membership agreement is also emailed immediately after signing so it is always a good idea to read what you sign and ask questions. The door code does not change, it is an individually assigned pin code that is the responsibility of each member to remember for access to our 24 hour studio in an effort to keep the studio safe for all our members. AVOID THIS GYM, codes for the door are constantly changing- drove over 30+ minutes to get into the building and we couldn’t get in. (10+ times this happened)

This is a 24hour gym that is staffed 8 hours… and the pass on your phone works LESS THAN half the time. So before anyone says, try that- didn’t work.

The rules are constantly changing regarding cancellation and in todays economy this place is a complete MISS. I’m not trying to buy what you’re selling, only work out. As a college student who goes to school out of state, I was still forced to pay an ADDITIONAL 3 MONTHS because they have a “contact” which I don’t recall signing or getting a copy of…if it even exists!

DO NOT GET A MEMBERSHIP HERE! When I signed up, they lied to me saying I could cancel whenever and that the 60 day cancellation notice on the contract didn't apply, which was false. I was told you could cancel whenever and the 5 month contract didn't apply to this studio, lie. They tell you that videos that play in the sauna change every month, which is again is another lie. My five months being there the same videos for each class played every time, no change in the different classes videos as they say change every month. The videos are extremely repetitive, you can finish the online instructors sentences because they never get changed. Also, before every workout class you have to sit through advertisements of products they try selling you, basically a workout class with infomercials before. Although it is a good price, there are plenty of other gyms available they won't sell you lies in order to gain a membership. Stay away.

Just joined this gym and have to say, I love everything about it. I burned twice as many calories in a half hour than I have at any other gym. The sauna has so many great benefits to it. Everything is easy about this gym, you can use it whenever you want (yes even at 3:00 am) which is so helpful for anyone with a weird schedule. They also have a small regular gym to work out in so you don’t always have to use a sauna. You’re pretty much free to do whatever you want in this gym and still get the benefits of having an instructor and I truly love it. Not to mention it’s the cheapest gym membership I’ve found in Colorado!

This 24/hr infrared fitness studio has something for everyone! I often get bored with my workout routine and end up quitting. 24/hrs is perfect for ANY ROUTINE. There are so many different workouts so variety is there. There are no excuses! Attending HOTWORX regularly with a good diet has helped me lose so much fat.

This place is awful. As you can read from previous reviews, they lie about their contract and then randomly charge your credit card in an attempt to stay afloat. I joined in winter of 2021. The sales person looked like she was 15. Told me it was a 3 month minimum contract. At the end of the 3 months when I went to cancel, a different sales person told me it was a 3 month minimum and you had to give 2 months notice so in reality it's a 5 month minimum. I told her the original sales person lied to me and she said something along the lines of 'yes we're aware she was saying false information to customers but she no longer works here'. That is not my problem.

Over the months that followed I continuously tried to call and cancel and they continued to charge me $10/month and then this past January 2022 starting charging me the full $59/month again. I have been reporting fraud to my credit card and will continue to do so until I am reimbursed and this is resolved.

Do not join this gym. It's dirty and the owners are liars.

Hotworx is AWESOME!!! I decided to join because I hit a plateau and needed help switching up my routine. The infrared workouts are challenging and the detox effect is even better. I love the work outs the whole concept like the set up the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because this location u park in a parking garage they give you validation but it's only for an hour so if u like to show up like 10 minutes before a class and if u want a shower it's not possible and ,if it during staffed hours someone will come out and let u out of the garage but u have to go back in and come back out long story short they probably should have validation for longer than an hour .

I love Hotworx and I sign up for membership whenever I am in a city with hotworx.
Recently, I was in Denver and loved it! Unfortunately, i had to leave and since, I believed I would come back I decided to freeze my account rather than cancelling the membership. However, due to unprecedented circumstances I was not able to return and called them to cancel my membership. They told to email them requesting for cancellation which I did. This was in September. They had replied saying I needed to come in person to cancel. I called the office to let them know that I do not live there and I am not able to come in person and they said they will look into it. I understand the policy about giving them 3 months notice and waited patiently until I noticed a full charge for December.
I emailed them again requesting for cancellation however, I got the email saying I needed to come in person. If I was able to come in person, I would have never cancelled my membership cause I love the franchise. This has been such an inconvenience!

I have to drive to this location and parking has been difficult. When I signed up I verified multiple times that parking would be validated— two visits after signing up I heard it’s only after 5pm on weekdays. Love HOTWORX I have been doing hot yoga since last year and it makes me feel amazing. The staff is great and the ability to go 24/7 really meshes well with my life style. I just recently switched to this location and it’s conveniently 5 minutes from my house. The only reason I wouldn’t give it 5 stars is because the parking situation is not great. The free parking garage is only accessible after 5 and before 7. Luckily I usually go in the evening or early morning but the two times I’ve gone midday I’ve had to pay $5 to park with all of the construction and people working. That can really add up quickly. Other than that I love it.

When I signed up for a free first class they were calling and texting me for two weeks asking when I’d like to come in, and I thought it was a sign of a great customer service, communication and building relationships with clients. I was specifically interested in hot yoga and waited for a window in my schedule to book it. Finally I was able to book Hot yoga class at noon via texts with Natalie ( since it’s a free class it can’t be done online). I was already looking for parking by the studio when I received the text that my booking was canceled. Apparently Natalie forgot to book my spot and it was booked online by a member. I understand, stuff happens and people make mistakes, but Natalie didn’t seem to be apologetic and wanting to remedy the situation, and didn’t acknowledge that I had waisted my time. She offered to “put me” in different classes, not hot yoga, that started more than an hour later, but it didn’t work with my schedule, and I’m not interested in other workouts. She kept saying “there’s nothing I can do”. She didn’t even stop folding laundry while talking to me, barely making an eye contact, as if I was a nuisance. There’s plenty you could do, Natalie, even to address me by name and offer a sincere apology would be enough. She just really didn’t care whether I stay or not, whether she’s losing a client or not, and that’s definitely illustrates poor people skills and lack of professionalism

This place is seriously awesome, it’s only my second day here, but I have absolutely no complaints.. I love the sauna and I Love that there’s an option to follow a good work out. It’s even more awesome that this place is 24 hours!!!! The only concern I would have is that the FX area is a little tight.. if the Rogue machine was rotated 90° against the wall I feel like there would be a lot more space to be able to use the TRX straps and to just have more space in general

This location down town is amazing! Not only is it close to my home but it’s very clean and I love the staff who works there. They are all very friendly and make me feel welcome every time I walk through the door. It’s nice to chat it up for a few while warming up too. I’m so glad they opened back up.
