I went the other day in the morning, and Darien and Megan were working! I was feeling down that day, and they both really cheered me up. They told me I was doing amazing, and that's what I really needed. When I see them, they're always so lively and amazing to me and other members! They really make coming here even more worth it.

I was there as a guest the other day, and one of the girls, I believe her name was Shyra, was genuinely so sweet and welcoming to me. They provided everything that I needed, and the facility was so clean and well-maintained!

I had a really great experience every time I went to HOTWORX. The staff has always been very helpful and kind. I went today to cancel my member ship because Sept would have been my 6 month commitment. The new GM Darian Cox was so kind, when she found out I was cancelling due to a heart condition, she let me cancel a month early. I had a very good experience with them. Thank you for being so helpful.

I love HOTWORX! Love the 40 min classes most of all! I give the classes 5 stars, but there seems to be some patrons who do not store belongings in cubbies. Some days there are so many gym bags, coats, mats, etc stored on top of the benches that it’s impossible to sit down to put your shoes on unless you go into the lobby or the weight room. Also there are some that linger in the sauna right up until the next class is beginning. Literally was waiting on someone to clear out as she was just sitting on her phone. My husband had to open the door and ask her to exit so we could get in with seconds to spare.
Overall, we love it! And none of this would deter us from going, but maybe just some respectful etiquette is needed.

This place is AWESOME!!! I have been going for a few months and love the atmosphere. The class times are perfect for the person with a busy schedule. You can go to classes 24hrs a day. The staff is unbelievably helpful. If something is wrong they fix it. I have a great time talking with the staff in the afternoons. Best gym environment ever! So many friendly and happy members, even at 4:30am.

All around, a great experience. The workouts are fantastic (I’m not a fan of working out in a crowded gym, so the 3-person saunas are a perfect solution), the facility is clean and professional and the staff are so friendly!
