HOTWORX is a 24-hour infrared fitness studio that provides members with access to a variety of virtually instructed infrared sauna workouts. I’ve only been going to this HOTWORX for a little under a month and it’s helped me feel so much better physically and mentally! The staff and owner are so kind and helpful and it’s in a very convenient location in Parker. It’s safe to say I’m hooked!
