The hotworx training method is amazing, it's not only helped my physical health but mental health as well. I love the fact that they are 24hrs and can fit it into my crazy schedule. Ive tried multiple different workout prior to Hotworx I started with hotworx last year and have yet to feel the "ugh I have to go workout." Have had great conversations with the GM Lorrie and Owners Pam & Lisa. Amazing atmosphere, super friendly and clean.

I'm so glad I came across Hotworx earlier this year! I have a lot of social anxiety, so a smaller boutique style gym where you can do private solo fitness classes whenever your schedule allows is the perfect fit for me! They keep the facility immaculate and staff are always super helpful, friendly, and communicative. It gives me peace of mind that this is a locked facility. An excellent addition to my fitness regimen with a bonus wellness/self-care vibe that comes from the sauna!

I absolutely love this gym! I have been coming here for a year and lost 80 lbs. I can't help but give all credit to these sweaty sauna workouts. The amount of calories and sweat burned in these short sessions is game charger. I feel great, my skin feels and looks great, posture has improved... win win! I'm addicted! :)

I would definitely recommend Hotworx in Westminster. It is a really cool concept, a good workout and sweat, and the staff goes above and beyond. Pam and Lorrie have been super helpful getting me in for workouts while I am in town for work. Definitely check it out if you like the heat and a solid workout.

I didn’t think I would like the saunas as I am not a huge fan of heat but I LOVE IT. My skin feels better and the sweating is great. The intensity of the sauna workout is unbelievable. It is amazing to be able to workout anytime of day with all the classes I want - the flexibility is like no other gym. All this and it is much more reasonably priced than other gyms. No downsides!

Pleased to discover that I love it. 24 hr access to a personal sauna with motivational and different exercises is what I always wished existed.

You can see if there's room, from home and schedule your spot and the location is off of two big wide roads for easy access, in and out anytime day or night.

I could tell I am getting stronger after just a week or so of daily visits. The heat is great and it's nice to sweat when it's cold out.

I think it's worth.

Joined Hotworx 2 weeks ago and i couldnt be happier. Friendly staff, clean facility. This boutique style gym is perfect place for me to feel comfortable to get my sweat on. Down 4lbs and i crave my workouts. Earning the burn 🔥 feels good to get healthy again and not feel like its a workout. Its just fun and rewarding. The new owners (March 2023) are super friendly and helpful. The gym is clean, beautiful, and full of options for people of all skill level. I was truly blown away by how good a quick but intense workout feels in the heat. I wasn't sure what to expect, but it is just what I have been looking for! Flexible schedule (24x7), private rooms that fit 3 each, and lots of class options plus weights. There's something for everyone!

Went last Saturday and tried the infrared yoga for the first time. All I can say is WOW! The session is only 30 minutes but I felt like I had an intense 60 min yoga session. Felt amazing after the class and had the "good" kind of soreness the next day. The facility is clean and the staff/ owners are super friendly and very informative. Wow, what a cool concept in health and wellness! I love the idea of a shorter workout with all of the added benefits of infrared light. I think it’s the workout of the future. We are all so busy with the hustle and bustle of everyday life so this is ideal,
especially since it’s open 24/7!

I am really impressed with the cleanliness of the studio. No matter what time I come to workout the studio and individual workout rooms look and smell clean.

This review would be a 0 if that was possible. My husband, my daughter and myself were all members and while we enjoyed the facilities and the system, the customer service - FROM THE OWNER was and is horrific. We cancelled our membership in 2021 after a time merely because we were not using this as much as we'd hoped. we paid the necessary cancellation fee and for months and received notice in writing that our membership was in fact cancelled. My card was still being charged for months. I had to initiate fraud charges with my bank and was able to prove all the cancellation to have the funds refunded. Emails to and from Marcy stated all was well and that I would no longer be charged. Fast forward 1 year and we receive a phone call from a collections company that our account had gone to collections due to lack of payment. I provided said company with all of the necessary documentation to have this removed and have the letters to prove that it in fact was placed with them incorrectly. Fast forward now to 2023 and my debit card was charged again in January and February of this year. WHAT? I email Marcy again - no response. Called my bank and they even see all the documentation from the previous fraud alert to stop all future payments from this company as well as refund my account. DO NOT TRUST THIS LOCATION/OWNER! If anyone would like to see my emails proving exactly what I am saying here, please reach out to me and I will share them. I will even come meet you at the location to show you in person. The business practices and systems in place are a sham and you should be very aware that you could be taken advantage of! I never write reviews like this as a business owner myself, I am fully aware that mistakes can happen so I have given them more than enough space and time to correct this issue. Obviously they have no intention of doing so.

I cancelled my membership at the end of Aug. My wife and I were both on the account, and we paid the $100 cancellation fee to close it and continually are getting charged for her portion of the billing. It's now going on 5 months with continual charges each month, and while the staff have been cordial and apologetic I continue to just hear it's getting submitted to corporate billing to fix. I don't know if I'll receive a refund nor when this will end? Super bummed with this part of the experience at hotworx.

I come here every now and then between other workouts because I love it. Always clean, stocked with everything and I feel safe there which isn’t always the case in those bigger gyms. I love that it’s 24/7 and the staff has been so nice! My only complaint would be that the last few times I came to work out during unstaffed hours, the music was BLASTING. I could hear the studio music through my own earbuds. I couldn’t focus but also didn’t want to go deaf trying to drown it out lol! Regardless I will still be here and I still recommend HotWorx to all my friends and clients

Drove 20 minutes only to find no one here and the doors locked, so it was a waste of time. The STAFFED hours on the door reads 11am - 8pm Monday - Thursday, and it is 11:45am on Monday, Nov. 14, so not a holiday.
