My son has been boxingn for roughly four months. We have been struggling to find a supportive, positive and encouraging gym. H.O.P.E. has impressed us! Not only are the group workouts a game changer, the coaching staff is AMAZINGLY engaged with the boxers and the fighters themselves are so welcoming. It is a true team environment, encouraging these youngsters to be their best selves! I am highly impressed and am willing to make 30 minute drive each direction.

Been training here for a little more than a year, and here’s my full unbiased opinion. Gym is amazing! They offer classes if you don’t know where to start, that will test not only your physical capabilities but your mental capabilities, which is needed in the art of fighting! The coaches are nothing but the best and friendliest I’ve come across. Does not matter if I had the hardest day in my life, they never fail to bring a smile on my face. The trainee’s are also really helpful for if you’re lost around the gym, and just really down to earth. Overall, best gym I’ve been in. Definitely recommend, if you’re seeing a future in fighting or if you just want to stay fit.

I was only able to come here for around a month and a half while I was back home on summer break I came in not knowing what to expect I’ve never trained before this is a great community everyone is extremely welcoming, supportive, and constructive everyone is here to grow inside and out and I can’t recommend this place enough I sad I have to move and leave the gym if anyone has social anxiety I’d recommend they come here all the coaches are great and it’s a great environment

When you walk in it feels like you just stepped into a "Rocky" movie set. Great Trainers for Boxing, MMA and other Self Defense!!!! My kids who are 10yrs and 8yrs old Love It. I had the privilege of getting to train here for a few years as well as competing as an amateur boxer. The coaches are really good people and quite experienced.

Honestly one of the worst gyms in the Denver area, coaches with not great experience, everyone here except for 2 guys I saw had terrible records and they were in charge of coaching, I’ve been to 3 different fights through different organizations and on each card they had H.O.P.E. Had atleast 2-4 fighters. Only one person won everyone else lost. Allow people to fight within 6 months, and the gym is so overcrowded with kids not even in a class. Definitely don’t care about the fighters basically a money grab/daycare.

The coaches care more about you become a greasy person than a great fighter. They have the wisdom to know greasy fighters only come around every so often but a greasy person lives in us all. We must not be afraid to feed and nurture that great one in there.
