Mark absolutely helped me to achieve my health goals. I came to him wanting to live free of knee pain, increase my mobility, and just generally feel better about myself. He was extremely flexible in his scheduling and was able to accommodate my crazy schedule. He even came to my office to work out with me in our corporate gym facility. Would highly recommend! I'm working with Mark to resolve some knee pain and while it has been tricky to figure out the cause, I feel very confident placing my trust in him. He always listens to my feedback, is closely observing my movement for very nuanced changes, and above all is willing to adjust our approach if something isn't working. If an exercise or stretch isn't doing what it is intended to do, we'll try a variation, add an implement, try a different exercise altogether, etc. until we find something that feels right.
He's also just a generally pleasant human to be around and the gym is always a welcoming and friendly space!

I had such an in depth workout session with Mark. We initially worked through a warm up that honestly got my heart rate up enough to make the full workout just the right combination of cardio and strength training. Mark identified a shoulder problem I had been dealing with but had set aside and walked through a handful of movements and exercises that created a noticeable difference in my mobility making for a better overall workout. Mark is absolutely amazing! About a year ago I hurt my back and had been in constant discomfort with little to no reprieve no matter what I tried. Mark spent some time video chatting with me (since I was not local), and immediately was able to spot the problem after having me do several moves/exercises. He gave me a few exercises/warmups to do daily and within a short period of time, my discomfort was gone! He is extremely knowledgeable in how all the different parts of the body all work together. As an avid exerciser, I thought I had a pretty good grasp on different exercises and their form. However, each time we talk, I come away with new information I can use! After pinpointing the problem, he knew all the different muscle groups that needed work to fix the back problem. Mark was not only very knowledgeable about different types of exercises, he is very patient. He takes the time to find out what your individual goals are and making a plan that works specifically for you. I have lower back problems and mark was always very conscious of my movements to make sure I got a great workout without injuring myself further. We never do the exact same workout, which is exciting, as I never know what he will have up his sleeve each session.
