I am just getting back to my practice after a long hiatus and decided to try out iThrive. I have attended a few different classes and enjoyed all of them. The space is beautiful and over looking the mountains brings an additional piece to my practice. I would recommend everyone to do the 30 days for $30 and experience several different instructors to find what resonates with you to further your own growth and practice 💕

I Love everything about this studio! Being fairly new to Yoga I have felt so welcomed and not intimidated at all. Started with a friend about 6 months ago and have learned so much and feel so much healthier physically and emotionally. Can't wait until class again tomorrow 🙏

I have been going to this studio for about 6 months; I love this studio!! I have gone to morning, afterward and evening practice. There are classes for what ever you need rather it be a great workout or restorative. The instructors are amazing, helpful and friendly.

IThrive is a wonderful community of yogis. Not only is yoga offered, but also meditation, book club, massage, reiki, and a sauna. I had my bachelorette party a couple of weeks ago and it was so fun! Great teachers and fellow yogis. Highly recommended!

I took my husband here for a beginner class after a very negative experience elsewhere. We had gone to a "beginner" class in another studio where the instructor just named pose after pose in a flow without demonstrating or checking form; our experience here was like night and day.

Amber demonstrated everything, was careful to watch for proper form and encourage adjustments in all of her students, and was sympathetic to the challenges beginning students face like lack of flexibility and balance.

The studio is beautiful; it is clean and well maintained. They provide mats if you don't have one. They have a view of the mountains and big floor to ceiling windows; if you are lucky enough to catch a class during sunset that is quite a treat. They also have a sauna you can use before or after class. As a final bonus, the studio's membership pricing is VERY competitive. For the price of an individual membership at Core Power, my husband and I can BOTH attend unlimited classes each month. You can't beat that.

I definitely recommend this locally owned, community oriented studio.

I love this place. They offer several levels of classes all day long. The teachers are diverse, so if you don't like one, choose a different class. They offer an aromatherapy yoga class, which I truly think is amazing. The teacher is wonderful, patient, and really knows her stuff.

I look forward to my Yoga class every week. Marisa is the best. I love that I can do Yoga and not have it be heated Yoga. I loved that I am challenged and relaxed at the same time. I love that I can laugh in my yoga class. Thank you, it has helped restore my sanity in what has been an age of EPIC change in my life.

I've been a yoga practitioner for 4 years (and I'm a certified power yoga instructor). I recently moved to Parker, CO to find a yoga place to call home for my own personal practice (not to teach). I tried out several studios and really, really wanted to like this studio because it is less than 2 miles to my home. But I really didn't.

1. The quality of the instructors. A good instructor is hands-on. They are actively involved in helping their students correct postural alignment instead of just letting them fall into poses incorrectly and setting themselves up for long-term injury (my cousin is a chiropractor - her practice is filled with yoga practitioners who have incorrectly done postures over periods of time and have repetitive strain injuries). I constantly want to stop my flow to keep correcting/helping other students the instructor is paying no attention to. This place gets a C- in this area.

2. The teachers don't seem to last long. One of the instructors who gave notice found it hard to work for the owner who she found "controlling and difficult to work for." I don't know if that's what the problem is for other instructors no longer there.

3. The flows just don't "flow" correctly. Poses are not intelligently sequenced, meaning that in a vinyasa flow, poses should be completed in a sequence that opens the body and prepares it for poses further on in the flow when the body is more open. This helps prevent injury and is just plain smart sequencing. Unfortunately, newbies are not aware of this. This place gets a C- in that area.

4. There's something "off" about the owner. You just don't get that "warm and fuzzy" feeling.

On the plus side, the studio is a nice one, from the decoration to the location. The design and layout is lovely. But... that's not enough!

I found another studio I'm very happy with and this is a studio I won't be returning to.

I detest the fact that she changes teachers, teachers who are strong and direct. Beth, the owner, hires teachers who lack the "yoga fire". If they disagree with her or are comfortable in their own skins she appears to feel threatened by them, and thus gets rid of them. Unfortunate, because Parker needs a diverse studio with super yoga teachers.
