J Pilates Montrose is a fully equipped HOME Pilates studio offering Private Pilates ONLY. Private Lessons are geared towards clients looking for in-depth, hands-on Pilates lessons to help each client achieve their own personal health and fitness goals. The home studio location is set to Rebel Pilates Studio location where J, aka Lindsey, teaches group Pilates Reformer Classes. Home location will only be shared via email.
REBEL PILATES STUDIO where group classes are led on 7 Pilates Reformers. Classes are super fun, inviting, and give you a full-body workout. Rebel Pilates also offers Barre group classes too. Studio location is downtown Montrose directly next to Chow Down (front door shares an alley with Chow Down).

Visited Montrose from the Aspen area and wanted to get in a pilates class during my stay. I did a drop in and it was a wonderful class. Instructor was knowledgeable in classic pilates but kept things challenging and interesting which made the class go by quickly. I liked that it was a great instructed class with a laid back vibe. This is not a stuffy studio. Highly recommend. A little tricky to find the first time so I posted a photo you have to go down that ally way and there's a door with a flag above.
