We loved Jet Kids at first. Ms Taylor was an incredible parent tot teacher, but when she left on leave (completely okay!) things went down hill. The new teachers don’t seem to care, struggle to connect with the kiddos and encourage them, don’t plan new things, and seem very disinterested in the parent tot class. It was so sad because we wanted to stay a long time but found to be paying for something that didn’t seem worth it anymore. Any class with Ms Taylor is still a must if you can be in it!

The attitudes of the front desk is getting OLD. Every time we’ve come here, it’s the same rudeness. My kids love this facility however the front desk has to go.

I was very hopeful when I was looking up new places for my daughter that's 2 1/2 to start going back to gymastics because she loved it so much! So I brought her to the class. You have to be at least 2 1/2 to be in the group. First thing when we walked in a lady from the front walked up to me and asked me how old she was. I told her and she said hmm she sure looks small for her age. I thought that was strange to say, felt like she was accusing me of lying about how old she is or something. Anyway moving on, the size of the gym is HUGE, especially for a small child. So during the class there was quite a few times where she would walk away and try to Play with something else. The teacher would bring her back and keep them together in a group. I didn't want the staff to be upset so I went and asked if they felt that I need to just take her home and if she was making things hard on the staff. She said it's up to you but we prefer they stay the duration of the class. I said great ok! She finishes and comes over so happy and said how much fun she had so I was about to go and start paying for weekly classes until once again not only 1 but 2 of the staff approached me saying that they think she would be better off in the parent tot class. I saw what those babies were doing and honestly my daughter would be bored to tears. I explained it was her first time there and she was just excited and wanting to explore everything. I thought being That they are surrounded by kids every day that they would understand where i'm coming from. They did not. They told me it is ultimately my choice, but she is barely 2 and a 1/2.And that that class might be better suited for her. But the way that they said it I could completely tell that they just didn't want to have to deal with her. It upset very much. I felt like they singled her out and called me out for her simply doing what toddlers do! I wouldn't go back to that gym if they paid ME to go. You would think the staff would be nice and respectful to new potential customers so they can make more money, not this place obviously. So I'll be taking my daughter and my money elsewhere.

Very disappointed had a birthday party here, was short 90 mins which 60 was playtime the rest was food that was brought in. Things were unstructured, when some kids were eating those that didn’t couldn’t go back out and play, out of all the birthday parties we have been to this was the most disappointing

I took my son to a trial class and was highly disappointed. There were 2 young girls that were instructing the group of pre k students. They were clearly unable to handle the amount of kids and paid little to no attention to my son. He had troubles understanding the direction they were taking as there was a lot going on. This resulted in him wandering off and not listening as they wished for him to so he was placed in a time out. Instead of giving him a little extra attention because it was his first class, and he clearly didn’t know what was going on the girl decided to separate him from the group. At the end of class she gave all the kids stamps and high fived them and did not high five my child. There was even a child that tried to walk away with no high five and she reminded her to give a high five. Really disappointed with the whole experience.

My daughter enjoys doing gymnastics here. She started out with the beginner class. Then went to Jet Stars (like an intermediate class — but not on a competitive team), and has now progressed to competitive team (Level 3 team) for about 4 months now.

We are not a gymnastics family, so this is all new to us. The ladies at the front desk are kind and answer all of our questions throughout the process. They are fair about tuition payments.

The cost to join team has been a step up for us. But they have helped us find some fundraising resources.

I feel like the coaches / instructors are tough, but also fair. My daughter wants to be pushed, and they do so in a good way.

We by no means think our daughter is a future Olympian, nor are we trying for a college scholarship. He just want her to have fun and grow. I feel like this gym helps her.

Jet kids is amazing. The staff are so friendly, and understanding. My daughter's have taken classes on and off for years. Last summer both were going to take tumbling but my eldest broke her arm after one lesson. They immediately just moved the payment to my other daughter's account and didn't even try to keep the payment for a month or anything like other places my kids go to. They were so understanding. My youngest has learned so much and has grown a lot as a gymnast.

We had my son's 9th birthday here and it was great! They do an hour of playing and gymnastics (even have a blow up double slide) and half an hour for food and opening presents. The kids all had a blast! The party hosts were so helpful and kept everything in order (even helped us carry presents and decorations to our car!). Right before the end of the hour they sing happy birthday and Jump in the foam pit for a photo. Highly recommend!

We started our 13 month old son in the parent/tot classes last Fall and we've had a wonderful experience. The unstructured/structured environment for children this age, positive coaches, friendly and professional staff has been a wonderful addition to our weekend schedule. We also recently held a birthday event and cannot recommend this gym enough to those looking for a safe learning environment for their children! Thanks!

We love the Monday and Friday free play! The gym is huge and lots of fun plus it’s only $5! Can’t beat that! The kids have fun with other kids and on Fridays there are donuts and coffee. The only reason this isn’t 5 stars is because of the two women who run the free play. They enforce the rules but don’t follow them themselves. They wear shoes on the mats, drink their coffee in the play area, and allow their kids to play before and after free play which is extremely confusing to all the other kids who openly ask “why do we have to leave/why can’t we play yet? Those kids are playing.” Last time I was there one of the women told a set of parents to take their coffees out of the play area while she was holding her own coffee! They seem less than enthusiastic about the free play. If it wasn’t for the fact that they enforce rules and refuse to follow them themselves we would likely go more often.

Update: We have been attending for years now, and I am amazed by how much my children have learned here.

Original review: I really want to like this place for my 2 and 4 year old to take gymnastics, but just based on my trial class so far I have gotten a lot of misinformation. It seems better in some ways than the rec center class we have been going to but 2x as expensive and way more crowded. I was told I would get a free trial class which is not true. I was told $9/kid/class which is also not true. I was told if I could enroll in a trial class I could permanently enroll in that time slot which they then told me was not true. And I was overcharged although later reimbursed. Maybe they need to train staff better on cost and policies, but I am very annoyed right now that I am committed to continue going. Hopefully it will prove worthwhile.

So sad this place didn’t workout for us, we had our daughter enrolled in “Beginner Gymnastics” with the emphasis that she would be “Learning” beginner gymnastics. Her teacher on Saturday mornings at 10am literally just tells her do this, and barely shows her how to do the different positions, only to leave her classmates, and her trying to figure out what they are expecting. Her teacher then walks around with some score card judging her on her barely instructed pose. If you have a “beginner” class, you should spend more time on instructing the new students, not expecting them to learn after one quick verbal command. For how much they charge people, they really need to change their approach.

We love Jet!!❤️ My daughter does gymnastics here and adores her coaches. They’re so patient and do a great job helping the kids to really enjoy as they learn. We also LOVE the birthday parties here! It’s the best party experience I’ve ever had. The staff took care of literally everything so I could enjoy the party and take pictures of everything. The party room is decorated and tables come with table clothes and the staff served all the food to kids and parents. I was surprised how easily Miss Morgan and Miss Courtney corralled a large group of small kiddos and made sure everyone had fun and was safe. Truly fabulous.thanks Jet Kids Gymnastics!!💕

We are very happy and frankly so are all the other parents. We have been going to Jet since last year and my granddaughter loves it. We tried 3 different gymnastics places before Jet and honestly you won't find a better place. They have a really great system very structured.
