We are a group of trainers who are strongly passionate about teaching the "why" as we exercise. We will coach you to understand the nuances of movement and HOW TO BE SURE that the effort you input will turn into positive results.
Whether you are interested in fitness classes, solo/group training, personal programming, or are simply in need of an open gym to train; Joint Flow is excited to teach you the science of movement.

Nick at Joint Flow is an exceptional teacher. His depth of knowledge in functional range conditioning (FRC) and human movement is remarkable, and every session offers something new and valuable. I’ve gained a clearer understanding of how my body works and how to move with greater efficiency and awareness. This work has been some of the most impactful I’ve ever done for my physical health. I have worked with Nick for an awhile now and have definitely noticed improvements in some problem areas such as left shoulder and lower back. I am an avid tennis player and the work with Nick has clearly improved various technical aspects of my game and movement. Based on my experience to date, I would definitely suggest you give Nick and Joint Flow a try.

Great specialized work, as an athlete with a lot of surgeries under their belt working into new ranges and gaining strength back is everything. Joint Flow does exactly that and if you’re already starting out a well rounded athlete this will take you to the next level without a doubt. i’m hooked💪🏽
