Collin Schmitt has been terrific as a personal trainer for my dad, who is in his early 80’s and is trying to maintain strength/mobility to combat Parkinson’s. My dad has had several serious falls he has had to recover from. Collin is capable of training clients of any age, but we loved that he had the expertise to safely work with my dad and accomplish important physical and mental goals together. Way to go Collin and Bill!

I had the pleasure of working with Collin for about a year and a half, and it was truly a joy. Collin tailored my workouts to align closely with my goals, particularly in improving my fitness for the physical assessment for USAFA and enhancing my performance in the sports I participate in. His extensive knowledge and guidance allowed me to learn lifts I would have never learned on my own, all while emphasizing proper form to prevent future injuries. I have been with Collin for 3 years. During this time I have gained significant muscle mass following his workout plans.He listens, changes your work out plans so you’re not doing the same thing all the time, and is fun. He will help you over achieve your goals. I ran my 15th marathon and placed 2nd in my age group. I competed in my first weight lifting competition and was 4 kilos from qualifying for Nationals. Very knowledgeable and he is compassionate about his clients.
