Just following Jesse's lead went from weak, back to my old self. I have learned more from him in the 1 on 1 training than I picked up from years of gym training with buddies. If you want to work with someone, this is the place. BTW... I started very hurt, and I would say crippled. I'm walking normal agin and building muscle. Limp is gone

Jesse has an incredible eye for finding improper body mechanics and a vast knowledge of proper movement. The improvements I’ve made in my squat technique in such a short amount of time is amazing! I recommend him for any one wanting help in injury rehab, technique focus and private trainings.

Question; How many places can you get professional level coaching, rehab for injury and incredible equipment? Answer; one Junkyard Training! I have trained just about everywhere in the Denver Metro area and this place is the best. My elbow hurt from benching Jesse fixed it. My dead lift was dragging , the staff coached me through it. I wanted to throw better for Disc Golf. They set up special excises to help with that even. I have never trained in a place like this.

Great spot. Locally owned. Fair membership cost. The owner is an absolute gem. Some of the best training you will find in the metro. Great place to bring your kids for sports training and weightlifting.

This is the place to get the best professional strength training done correctly. Most gyms have no idea about how to safely weight lift and that's why you'll have more pain in the process and even get injured more easily.

This is especially important for younger athletes who are still growing. Injuries and pain from improper techniques is no way to go about getting stronger for their favorite sport.

Give them a call and they'll help you out with personalized professional strength training.

I went into Junkyard Training for help with pain I was having in my neck. Jesse, the owner, is so knowledgeable when it comes to fixing the body, especially when the pain stems from weight lifting and functional movement imbalances. I can’t say enough good about his training and body therapy.
