My two first months of Kaiut have been great. I have regained more mobility in my hips, got in touch with some deep layers in my body, discovered some tight spots I didn't know I had and really enjoy the deep sense of calm, lightness and grounding I feel after each session.
It was great meeting all the teachers when I visited Boulder but I also enjoy the convenience of being able to take classes livestreamed and archived, as well as the attention the teachers give to each student, including online.

Best yoga studio I’ve ever been to. Enlightened, kind, and expert teaching. They are sensitive to issues of any kind, welcoming to all bodies and levels of experience. This is a life-changing place—unlike any other yoga practice. Transformative.

Amazing results! Went to Kaiut yoga because of shoulder pain. The Kaiut approach is to view the body as a system. As a result, I saw improvements in the shoulders, feet, hips, hands, and balance. I recommend 110%. It is now part of my daily routine.

Kaiut is by far one of the most effective practices I’ve found for long-term health. I’ve tried many different modalities to treat injuries and release the regular buildup of stress, tension, and trauma. Kaiut is a mediation practice for me. It has helped me peel back all the layers of the remember the baseline of my system. It’s not a quick fix, but if you’re looking for real change over time, Kaiut is an integral support in that process.

This yoga is a stand alone. It reaches deep into your relationship with your body and requires a bit of awareness of muscles and tendons and bones to follow the instructions to get the benefit I want. There’s also a playful element to it that I appreciate rather than a potentially serious study in a yoga school…I feel this lightheartedness if I think it’s like Twister, Simon Says, and The Hokey Pokey all wrapped up into a process that inspires me to keep coming back.

Kaiut yoga is amazing!!! It is life changing and something i will now do for the rest of my life. Its very different than other types of yoga and it has really helped get rid of any pain i had in my body prior to doing it as well as helped with inner calm. The studio is amazing and the instructors are some of the BEST in the world. Each instructor has something special to them when they teach which makes each class unique. They also pay very close attention to every person which helps make sure you are getting the most out of each pose and class. I don’t know where id be without it! 10/10 would recommend!

I feel so blessed to have found this amazing practice! Kaiut yoga Boulder. The instructors are fun & diverse in personality! Each unique in their depth of experience and natural gifts to offer!
After having two knee replacements in the past four years, wasn’t sure what my future might look like. Now I know, after a few months with a consistent commitment several times a week. I have found more availability and flexion in my knees than I ever thought possible! It has brought me to tears to have more movement and less pain. So If you are looking for real change, opportunity to heal injured and or replaced joints. To gain strength, clarity of mind and push your own boundries. Just do it!
That’s what I am experiencing & wanting to practice more! I have a new relationship with my body & soul that opens my being! I am motivated and excited for a healthier road ahead! I am humbled & grateful to participate with this community of beautiful people😍
So obviously, I highly recommend you get serious and come explore Kaiut Yoga🙌🙏🏼

I knew from the first Kaiut yoga class I did that it was something I wanted to continue. I started about 6 years ago and my body and mind are completely transformed. The Kaiut method enables you to isolate muscles, helps to free the restrictions in your joints and allows your mind to let go of stress. I truly feel like I am aging backwards! I love it!

This studio and classes were absolutely amazing. You can tell they take pride in what they do. Stunning studio with attention to detail. They even lay out the mats and bolsters.
Classes are wonderful. It's a type of yoga that is suitable for everyone. The teachers offered modifications and the style was very gentle, slow and felt therapeutic.
It will now be a permanent part of my routine when I am in town.

I heard a lot about Kaiut before finally checking it out for myself. So glad I did! The Boulder studio/staff is particularly welcoming and the Kaiut practice is grounding as well as challenging. The age and gender diversity also speaks volumes for the wide benefits of this particular yoga style. Thanks all :)

For the first time in decades I found a yoga practice I like so much I actually want to get to class as often as I can. And I don't even care who the teacher is because they're all great, but mostly it's the Kaiut method itself that I'm quickly becoming obsessed with. 5⭐️!

My wife, who has been a devoted customer/client of Kaiut Yoga Boulder for several years, convinced me to try it because of my increased stiffness in body and spirit. It has become well worth the time and effort I put into it, and has helped me greatly. I highly recommend it.

This is among the best ways I've found to maintain my 85 year old body. Over the past year I've progressed to the point where I can hold virtually all of the poses. My wife introduced and encouraged me to try this, having duly warning me that I might not be limber enough. Away for the winter, I continued with the archive. Back in Longmont, I am appreciating all of the instructors who watch us carefully and quickly offer props as needed. 5 stars in all categories.

This practice and studio are addictive. I crave it, daily. The space is well curated and will please those who revel in the details. The hardwood floors, natural lighting at golden hour, solid wood blocks, the color scheme of the bolsters and mats, and the multiple entry doors into the studio all play a role in my satisfaction with this business.
Now for the instructors! Every class is unique. They are not mundane or repetitive. My experiences with Kaiut before finding this studio was a lot of repetition and predictability. If you like novelty, challenge, self-improvement, interesting sensations and passionate and personable teachers, this place is for you. The instructors do not give off an impression that this is merely a hobby or second job of theirs. You get the impression that they are passionate and invested in both the practice and you as a student. THIS is what makes customers keep coming back! I am thankful I found this practice in my younger years and look forward to a lifetime of learning and growing as a student of the Kaiut method.

I tore a siatic disc 6 months ago and was told there was not much I could do but wait it out. I was never a big believer in traditional yoga, but this style piqued my interest. Gave it a try and was impressed by how in-tune this style is with your joints and muscular-neural connection. 6 months later, my back is feeling much better. This isn't a magic cure-all, but nothing is. This is an important tool paired with other recovery that I wish I'd known about years ago. Thank you for your excellent methodology, Darvin!

Several weeks into attending classes and I’m feeling my body shift and open up. I’ve struggled with tight hips, carrying stress in my neck and shoulders, even ankle and foot issues, and I’ve seen changes in each of those areas since I’ve started. Things I’ve been working on for years, changing in a matter of weeks. At the end of every class, my level of body awareness is increased, and it gives me joy to feel how different parts of my body move. I also get a charge from the practice, like energetic zoomies, that makes for a great way to start the day.
All the instructors are attentive, and provide clear cues, and the flows are structured to challenge you no matter what level you’re at. And it’s a beautiful space to practice in. I can’t recommend these classes enough.

What an amazing place, practice and instructors. This isn’t your downward dog type of yoga, nothing of what you know of yoga to be. It’s a practice, as I experience it, works in alignment and towards alignment with your body. I became so much more aware of my body and the tension I was holding and learned in such a gentle way to let go of it. I started my practice while I was having a tear in my shoulder, with a lot of pain and discomfort and Kaiut yoga helped with rehabilitation and healing the area, whereas other types of yoga aggravated and just made it worse.
I also had tightness and discomfort in the lower back and hips as a result of injured SI joint and was so grateful to start feeling more normal after only couple of weeks into the practice.
It’s different but stick with it, your body will thank you.

Hi Darvin,
A quick note to update you on my experience.
As you know, because of my back injury, I had spent several years being delicate and trying to guard my movements in order to protect my back. I thought that this was the correct approach to avoid further injury. Unfortunately, what actually happened is overtime I became less and less mobile with more pain and discomfort. My back became easily triggered into spasms which would render me virtually crippled.
The day before I started practicing I was not able to bend over and put on my shoes and socks. In order to simply put my socks on I had to sit in a chair and pull my foot onto the chair and virtually throw the opening of the sock around the toe. It was painful for me to sit and try to put my right foot on my left knee. I could go on and on with examples of my poor state of mobility but you get the point. To say the least at 54 years old I was quite disturbed and distressed about my back pain and lack of mobility.
This past summer I was having a conversation with my nephew Ben and I described some of my physical discomfort. He told me about Kaiut Yoga and suggested I take a look at it. He also suggested I try lying on the floor with my legs up the wall as a simple beginning. That evening I tried that for 10 minutes. At the end of 10 minutes I could barely get my legs back underneath of myself to stand. Notwithstanding, I felt positive feedback in my lower back which got my attention.
Fast forward to today and I can put my socks and shoes on pain free, I’m able to bend over to load and unload the dishwasher, when I’m seated I can bend over and pick things up off the floor. Previously, these simple tasks were difficult for me to do because of my back pain. Yesterday I spent several hours cleaning the garage with no discomfort. I am still cautious about my activities for example I’m not doing CrossFit or cycling yet but compared to where I was I am a completely new person.
I try to spend 30 to 40 minutes every day practicing and I try my best to do a minimum of two classes per week.
For me this practice is as important as a cancer patient taking their chemotherapy. It truly has saved my life. I am hoping that next summer I can start cycling and enjoying other more vigorous activities I once did!
Thank you for your skill and understanding you bring to each class it is truly a beneficial practice! For me I would even call it a miracle.

I’ve tried many forms of yoga over the past 5 years, including Hatha, Kundalini, Vinayasa, Yin, and Bikram. However, this is the first yoga practice that truly clicked with me because it is slow and meditative -- similar to yin which I enjoy -- but the Kaiut method at this stunningly beautiful Boulder studio provides students with a plethora of hands-on, individualized attention from fantastic and genuinely caring teachers. Nearly all of the poses can be tailored to the individual student’s level of flexibility and medical history through the use of various props at different angles.
In addition to my improved mobility, decreased stiffness, and increased body awareness, my favorite benefit derived from regularly attending Kaiut yoga is the profound level of calmness that sweeps across my nervous system and carries into my day each time I practice.

I was blown away by this facility. I found this place on my trip to Boulder and can't wait to come back. The space is breath taking. The instructor was so attentive, nice, and welcoming. I was surprised the 1st class was complimentary, I would have happily paid for the level of quality.
It was my first experience with Kauit style yoga and now I can't wait to learn more. I loved how focused on functionality vs ahowability, how adaptable the poses were, and the variety in the class. It truly felt like a class for everyBODY.
I'm a massage therapist, study Rolfing and studio-bodywork clinic own married to a chiropractor...my standards are high for quality movement and this place blew me away by their care and method.

Yoga never grabbed me - I used to watch the clock waiting for the class to end but not with Kaiut. Quite the opposite actually, my body craves it. I would describe it as a game changing practice for me. Not just physically but mentally as well. There's no guessing, I can tell what its doing for me. Anyone who is dealing with stubborn injuries or who wants to age with better mobility should do Kaiut. And I would highly recommend this studio. Kristin, Darvin and Craig are real professionals. There's nothing naa naa woo woo about it. Their teachings are based in science and true expertise that comes from thousands of hours of dedicated practice.

Kaiut method feels like a structural form of Functional Medicine... emphasizing and supporting the healthy normal bodymind patterns we may have forgotten or gave up on unconsciously .
And doing that in a very structured, strong , empowered way, with intelligent caring support, in a controlled environment, we then are safe to go into the unknown, make big shifts , experiment and come into more optimal ways of being in our bodies.

Kaiut Yoga is a game changer. It helps me to slow my thoughts, focus on the moment and get in touch with what is going on in my body. I have seen Kristin for acupuncture and body work for years and her in-depth knowledge of how the body works coupled with her years of study with Fransisco Kaiut make these classes amazingly beneficial as well as the most affordable wellness practice ever.
