The studio is in a great location and has a wonderful vibe… you will feel energized and relaxed at the same time.
Pilates works for recovery from injuries as well… I've been working through strength and balance for a foot issue… helped me tremendously 😇

Kat walk was my first Pilates experience and I came away from it honestly impressed. Katrina is a very knowledgeable, motivating and fun person, and she really brought the whole experience to life. I was kind of surprised at how many small strength imbalances I had, especially in my legs and shoulders. I’ve trained conventional weight training most of my life, and have genuinely never noticed these small strength defects that over time affected my form and posture. My girlfriend had a similar experience, though I think she picked it up a little quicker than I did. I’m on my way to correcting these imbalances and would definitely recommend Katrina for anyone looking for Pilates. Thanks again for the help and your patience with me!

Katrina is an amazing Pilates instructor! My first time doing classical Pilates has been excellent—I can feel my core for days and have already noticed better posture, strength, and flexibility. Her attention to form and core engagement is unmatched, and she makes every session welcoming yet challenging.
