Ken is an amazing trainer. Not only have I sent him multiple athletes as a former volleyball coach in the Northern Colorado Area, but I went to him when I decided to play volleyball again in college. Not only did he help me get the correct form, but pushed me to the points where I needed to be to be one of the most physical athletes in my conference. I highly recommend to go to Ken if you have aspirations to get better, be more explosive, and to get into peak athletic shape!

I have been working with Ken over the past year as a personal trainer and my son has also attended Ken's fall/winter high school strength and agility classes. My 12yo son really enjoyed this class. He said it was challenging but always fun. He learned new ways to stay in shape and build strength. From a parents perspective, it was a wonderful opportunity to keep an athletic child active during some cold winder months. Overall, the cost of the program was very reasonable compared with similar programs around Fort Collins. Thanks Ken!!

I have been a paying client of Kenditioning for more than 10yrs. Ken has a vast knowledge of training techniques that can be custom tailored to various training goals. He has worked through numerous injuries (none of which occurred during training or because of training) that I have sustained and been able to condition those injuries back to 100%.
I have also witnessed how Ken implements his Kenditoning Sports Performance Program with young athletes and have been very impressed with his ability to instill core ethical and athletic values into his workouts while still making it fun for his clients.
