About the Club

We are a community of Bell Beasts who love to to train for strength and function! We offer group classes and personal training geared towards strength, endurance and recovery. Owner and Head Coach, Leandra Branch, has a background in Physical Therapy and has programmed KB&CO around this knowledge with the help of the Kettlebell. Kettlebell training, in our opinion, is magic! We strive for quality over quantity by moving in full range under tension. This technique not only gets us strong and conditioned but also increases your mobility and flexibility. Join us, come get KETTLEBELL STRONG!

Joined this gym while living in Denver short term and I wish I could transport it with me! It was such a great vibe. The owner is super helpful and knowledgable and the programming is awesome. Really challenging but enjoyable classes - they have different formats throughout the week so you can choose what works best for you. The community at this gym is awesome - many people who have been coming for many years and everyone is kind and fun. Highly recommend!

If you are a bell freak or want to be a bell freak (and why wouldn't you), this place is uber legitimate. Leandra has an extremely detail-oriented coaching style and knows the human body in detail. I can't recommend this place enough...CHECK IT OUT!

Amazing owners. Amazing owners who are knowledgeable coaches. Therefore, hired other amazing and knowledgeable coaches. Furthermore, creating an amazing community of kettlebell beasts. I can't stress enough the growth I've experienced, in many aspects, in under two months of being a member of KB&CO. This community is nothing but supportive of everyone of ALL skill levels. The energy during classes is top notch! I've been able to fall back in love with what my body can do through the classes offered at KB&CO. Everyone and anyone looking to be active and grow needs to check out KB&CO!

My wife and I joined the Fitness Branch this summer in June. We are in our 60s and have never done any formal Kettle Bell training. We have been avid gym members in the different places we have lived around the country for many years.
So, Russian Kettle Bells with Leandra has been a blast! Don’t get me wrong, the training is hard, but, Leandra is a GREAT trainer. She is well educated in her field and also is certified as a trainer in two Kettle Bell styles. The best thing is that she starts you off slowly, determines your capabilities, level of fitness and then brings you up to speed in the correct method of Kettle Bell exercising. She is also great at challenging you, in a subtle, personable manner to do as much as you can while expanding your strength, balance and range of motion. Just the things we needed.
The Fitness Branch has just been an excellent experience in a new type of exercise in a safe, well instructed, small class environment.

Before I stepped into the Fitness Branch I have to admit I was a little hesitant about whether or not a Kettlebell studio could really replace my gym. I was thinking, β€œhow is one piece of equipment going to give me a full body workout?” But, I immediately knew during my Roots Skills training class my hesitation was completely unfounded and I’ve never looked back!! Not only does working with Kettlebells help your strength, endurance and balance, but Leandra takes it one step further and makes sure you are taking care of your whole body and staying safe through focus on proper movement and mobility. In group classes I’ve taken in the past I’ve rarely felt like the instructor was paying attention to my form or providing much encouragement to me personally. Not at the Fitness Branch! Leandra is constantly on the lookout and providing feedback and encouragement to help you improve and stay safe. Her passion comes through in every class! Even in group classes she makes you feel like she’s your personal trainer! Speaking of group classes, the environment at the Fitness Branch is one of positivity and support! No unhealthy competition or pressure here! I’ve seen my strength improve greatly since starting at the Fitness Branch and I have a heck of a lot of fun while I’m there!!

The workouts are intense and effective, and the people will keep you coming back. I highly recommend to anyone who is serious about getting into shape.

Leandra is a wonderful instructor and even gave me home stretches when I pulled my back. You don't get that kind of service at most gyms, and it's extremely comforting to know that someone so knowledgeable is keeping an eye on you while you're swinging kettle-bells.

I have never been in love with the gym or exercise until I met Leandra Branch and started training with her at The Fitness Branch. Her love of kettlebells is contagious and before you know it, you are hooked! I've been consistently going to classes for almost two years, and I love it! Some people think Kettlebells are only for the young and fit. Don't believe it! As an almost 50 year old woman I know everyone can do this! I have been working out at the Fitness Branch since July. I am 30 pounds lighter and so much healthier, thanks to Leandra owner and trainer. She is amazing. I would recommend this gym to anyone serious about getting healthy!

I am so happy that I found The Fitness Branch when I moved to Denver last fall. Leandra is a wonderful teacher. She knows the progress that I have made and encourages me to work on the skills that I can keep improving on. She is extremely knowledgeable about kettle bells and creates challenging, engaging workouts. She gives personal attention to everyone in the class--I feel like I have my own personal trainer! I always leave The Fitness Branch feeling like I got a great workout in.

Don't be intimidated by kettle bells or think you can't complete the workout. Leandra makes sure that you are successful and tailors workouts to your specific needs. The community at The Fitness Branch is very supportive, encouraging, and fun! Working out here is always a highlight of my day, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to improve their strength and overall fitness.

When I first joined The Fitness Branch, I was hoping to combine cardiovascular exercise with my love of weight training. I absolutely found that and more. The classes are always new and challenging, getting my heart-rate way up and engaging just about every major muscle group in my body. After four months, I notice a big difference in my strength, muscle tone, and overall fitness. I also appreciate Leandra's expert knowledge of functional movement and her eye for proper form and safety. I feel confident that I am using kettlebells the way they were meant to be used. I highly recommend The Fitness Branch - it's a friendly gym, Leandra is an excellent coach, and the workouts are killer!
