I did the 6 week challenge and it helped me get my body back in shape after having my first. The nutrition info they provided was super eye opening - changed how I viewed food, and helped me build better habits. Overall great environment and they truly want to see you succeed! Highly recommend.

When I tried to cancel my membership I was told I would be charged $344 unless I had one of the 3 reasons:
1. It's within 3-days of signing the member contract.
2. The member move beyond a 25-mile radius of the studio
3. The member dies or becomes disabled for more than six months.

Additionally I was told via email:
“When you signed the contract with KickHouse Parker you made a financial commitment to support the studio for an agreed-upon term. In exchange for this commitment, we discounted our enrollment fee and provided additional discounts on our monthly tuition prices for this commitment. We have also ensured the studio is open 6-days a week, offering over 50 different class times for you to attend class.

Your commitment to our studio allowed us to make business decisions, including hiring staff members and adding or adjusting class schedules to meet the expected future demand.”

All I was TOLD when signing up was that I would have to pay for the next 30 days, that’s it! I can’t stand the whole bait and switch and unethical methods of sales, if this is what you need to do to make money for your business, FIX YOUR BUSINESS SO PEOPLE STAY! Which btw, the email NEVER inquired why I was leaving, that alone speaks volumes as to the type of business they are, they don’t care!

"I had a disappointing experience with this business. It seems like their primary goal is to make money, rather than providing a customer-friendly experience. They were not responsive to my needs, and it felt like my concerns were brushed off. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this service to others. I loved working with knowledgeable trainers and great equipment. I lost 8 lbs and 5 percent of my body weight! During my first workout, I was nervous since I have never used a punching bag, but with time I grew to love it. The only thing I would say is to add fans like in bigger gyms because a lot of people were sweating from the stuffy small place. Otherwise, I would do it again!

I honestly was so nervous to participate in a class at Kickhouse Parker as I recently had a baby and haven't worked out in a while. I was surprised how welcoming both the coaches and the other members were. I felt empowered and actually had a lot of fun. I am definitely going to become a regular. Who knew working out could be so fun?! Especially at 5 AM. Also, can we talk about the fire playlist? 10/10 recommend.

I just joined a six week challenge. All the couches are so nice and supportive. The participants are all nice and encouraging. I was scared to workout because of judgement. I felt none of that at Kickhouse. The class I went to today made me do energized and happy. It lasted all day. I am on cloud nine. Kenzie is my challenge couch and she cares so much! I love it. Thanks for creating an environment where I could find my tribe. It should be noted, I never kickboxed before this moment. I wasn’t sure if I would like it. I LOVE IT!!!!

I started at Kickhouse a little over a week ago 19 months postpartum with my third and boy, was I unprepared!
I was unprepared for the community, the way coaches remember your name and take the time to greet you. For other people to be excited for you to join and go out of their way to introduce themselves and for all of the extra effort Kickhouse goes to to provide events and opportunities to connect.

I was definitely unprepared for the intensity. Having never worked out in a group setting a couple of the classes really kicked me in the butt and left sprawled on the floor trying to recover. And the soreness isn’t something I even want to talk about 😂

I was also very unprepared for the results. 6 days in (3 classes) I could already feel the strengthening in my core and my posture improving. The visual results were already noticeable as well. 1 week in I also did my first real push up in I don’t know how long!

I can’t wait to see what happens from here!

I know they take member feedback seriously, even if it's my facial expressions getting away from me during class. I've been coming here regularly since before they changed the studio to KickHouse, so I can't speak to the sign up process. I've been a member of KickHouse Parker for a little over three years now and I recommend it to all friends and family! This is the best gym I've ever been a member of, the coaches and members are incredibly supportive and help you reach your goals, whatever they may be. The workouts are fun, they incorporate cardio with conditioning (and also resistance classes) and if you have any injuries the coaches help you modify all exercises to your needs. The community is truly the best - if you're on the fence, try a free class! You will be hooked!

I very nervously joined the 6 week challenge after a few years of a very high stress, which combined with having 3 kids back to back, had led to a lot of extra weight! I hadn't had time for myself in years and I was so hesitant to join as I feel nothing ever works for me and I don't stick with anything if I don't notice immediate results. The 6 week challenge started and I became instantly discouraged due to the tetris of figuring out Macros and knowing I had to change my ENTIRE way of eating. But, since I had an accountability group (read: positive peer pressure, ha!) I did it. I bought all the things and put my food into the app and gave it my best. I will never be a macros pro but I learned a LOT and was able to change my way of eating to get pretty darn close to my macros every day. The classes were fun and motivating and I started seeing a change in my strength and muscle mass pretty quickly. There were so many non-scale victories along the way that kept it so motivating and having others to vent, cheer, and celebrate with was extra helpful. I didn't think I would EVER stick with something and yet here I was eating my ground turkey and going to class 3-5 times a week! I ended up, in just 6 weeks, losing 2 inches in the thighs, 1 in the hips, and FIVE in my waist. I put on muscle and lost fat! Kicking and punching a bag is so empowering and I love seeing my body get healthy and toned. I haven't had a stomach ache since I started and I hardly have sugar cravings anymore. I got to put myself first for once and it is paying off! I have no intention of quitting anytime soon and can't wait to see what another 6 weeks...or 6 months can do! Highly recommend you join and see for yourself!

I took the 6-week challenge at KickHouse in Parker, and fell in love with both kickboxing and feeling better in my own body. With the help of my coach, Chris, I was able to get through this challenge. By the end of the challenge, I lost about 12 pounds and 5.1% of my body fat!

We were given macros to follow, as well as weekly goals like high fiber and low sugar goals. I absolutely hated following macros. I had lost weight through nutrition before the challenge, but I didn’t realize what I was truly eating before learning about macros. It was difficult for me to follow, but overtime I managed to get it right and felt like I had a better understanding of what my true intake was. While I still have a love-hate relationship with macros, I am unbelievably grateful for the help that Chris and Kenzie gave to our group.

I had very little knowledge of kickboxing, and was genuinely nervous about starting the program. However, I couldn’t imagine stopping. I stepped out of my comfort zone and found a love for this form of exercise. I hope I can continue to grow with this group. So far, I’ve noticed an incredible growth in my cardio and strength. I believe I’ve told everyone in my life how much I adore kickboxing now.

I found them on Facebook.  It was a challenge posting.   I've been trying to figure out how to get myself back to the gym as I've never really been a "gym" person.   I feel awkward, self-conscience and overall lost in a gym.  I've tried the classes and being uncoordinated they proved to be even better at embarrassing myself in.

I decided to give this a shot.  As scared out of my mind as I was of all the above things, I walked through the door ready to listen.

I sat down with Casey and had a talk about me, what I wanted and needed...that let someone in kind of talk.

After some thought I decided to take the leap and give it a chance.  I started with a class the next day.

I felt like the new kid on the first day of school.  I sat in the parking lot for a while before building the courage to actually walk through the door.  One of those..the first step is actually showing up moments.

I was excitedly greeted by Casey and because it was my first session one of the other coaches (Mike ) was my personal instructor for the day.  Nope..no separate room..he just hung in my orbit after showing me how to stand and make contact as to not injure myself. He would come back and give me a few tips and form corrections as needed as well.

I am proud to say by the end of the 45 mins I was still standing.  Nope, I can't do everything that the others can do but with few modifications and encouragement I will get there in time.

Pros for me:
I don't feel like the eyes of the world are watching me.
No one is waiting around and glaring at me to get off a machine because I'm holding them up.
No weird locker room experiences.

Pros+
I've started to meet some new people who actually seem glad to see me.
I don't feel awkward as beginner as I am with things.  I've taken a big step in building my own strength.
I'm started to feel a bit more coordinated.
I got a cool new pair of boxing gloves.

We recently had our last baby, with each child I seemed to gain more and more weight and lose less. I became ashamed and embarrassed of how my body looked, to the point that I would wear the biggest clothes I had in my wardrobe. My husband suggested I lose weight as my new year's resolution. I tried and was sorely disappointed that I couldn't even do a sit up. Lacking motivation I stopped.
I saw the six week advertisement and had the feeling I should to look further into it. When I met with Paula in the gym, I was approached by so many people who were friendly and genuinely encouraged the idea of joining the challenge. It seems like yesterday Brittany, Chris, Shannon, and Jennifer were introducing themselves and explaining the what the next 6 weeks would involve. My first class I still couldn't do a sit up but the instructor stopped when they saw me and suggested me alternative exercises that I was able to to do. Over the next 6 weeks I was educated on what was in the food I eat, not just the calories. I gained better sleeping and exercise habits. Every class I attended the instructors made sure to help me with form and the classmates introduced themselves. Everyone was excited for the classes. Each day there was positive support for the challenge and celebration for the small accomplishments everyone was making.
I noticed I was fitting into my clothes better. I could pick up and play with my kids with pain or struggle. I wasn't embarrassed by my body and I was my mood was more positive.
This challenge has made me a better mother, wife, and friend. It gave me tools that I will use for the rest of my life. It changed my mindset and taught me to celebrate not just my small accomplishments but others as well.

KickHouse Parker is amazing!! I completed the 6 week challenge and was skeptical I could lose 5% body fat during that time, but Brittney and Chris were amazing coaches! They calculated my macros and gave me some tips for workouts. I stuck with it and was successful!! I wouldn’t have been able to do it without their accountability and help. They answered any questions I had and were obviously very knowledgeable and experienced. I feel overall so much healthier and livelier and a lot stronger too! The guides were incredibly helpful, and I learned a lot about my own body and health and what I need. The other coaches are also all so amazing. They always made sure my form was correct to avoid any injuries (and always asked if there were any injuries we needed to adapt to) and to make sure I was as effective as I could be. I feel so much more confident in my punches and kicks and have seen such a big improvement! The whole gym is overall very encouraging of one another. The challenge does take discipline, but sticking with it is so worth it! Highly highly recommend taking advantage of their expertise that I now will continue to use even after my 6 weeks.

This place and these people are crooked. And thieves. When you first sign up, they take your card information. (They dont give you a contract because they say they are paperless.)Then the first time you buy something there, they have you sign on a piece of paper,(for the item being purchased) and photocopy your signature to put it on the 12 month contract that you can't get out of. Stay FAR FAR AWAY FROM this place if you don't want your information and money stolen. Crooked, dishonest business practices.

I was planning on doing a special event(40 yr old Bday Workout Session) with a group of men and called the Parker location to set this up. I was told I would get a call back in a couple hours and as promised I got one back from this Super Awesome Coach, Casey. She said we normally don't do something like this but in the time it took her to call me back she had put the perfect plan and package in place and made the day super special. She put us to work and we had a lot of fun! Even though she is an elite athlete, she had the self awareness to dial to our level and challenge us where we were at as so we could overcome. Highly recommend and suggest that if you put in the commitment and work then you will see the results.

I just finished taking part in the 6 week kickboxing and nutrition program at KickHouse in Parker Colorado. I learned so much during these last 6 weeks, most importantly, how to create a healthy lifestyle where I feel happy, confident, and strong! An added bonus were my results. I lost 6.2% body fat and gained 5.5 pounds in muscle and I feel overall great!

All of the coaches are passionate about what they do and care about every individual who walks through those doors. They encouraged me every step of the way! I was told right when I needed it most "Never Give up because great things take time." I really enjoyed learning kickboxing and the friendly energetic community of KickHouse. Love the energy at Kickhouse Parker. The coaches all meet you wherever you're at in your fitness journey and encourage you, modify the routine if you need it, and challenge you if you're phoning it in. The other members are also so supportive and fun. It's a welcoming community for everyone, even newbies like me who came in a couple of months ago not even knowing that boxing gloves come in different weights...lol. I joined as part of Coach Chris's 6 week challenge. We had our macronutrients and calorie goals tailored to our individual needs, were put in a supportive group chat to stay accountable, and took at least 3 classes a week to reinforce good habits. And all of this over the holidays... So you know it had to be a great experience if I'm writing a review after missing out on all that stuffing and cookies. I was incredibly happy with my experience and look forward to continuing kicking it and maybe picking up another challenge in the future!

Terrible company. Was in a car accident after I signed up for a membership. Had it frozen for a few months but still wasn’t cleared to workout. They kept trying to charge my old card the membership fee (didn’t cancel because I knew the card wasn’t active and I couldn’t workout. Why would I update my card and pay for a membership I’m physically unable to use?) and was just notified they sent a $400 balance to collections for a membership I NEVER used and was physically incapable of using. False-advertising: bait-and-switch! Rude employee. The advertisement that lured me in made it seem like the first appointment was free, when in reality it was not a trial class or some other form of introduction to the practice, but instead it was an interrogation disguised as a “consultation”. The consultant who spoke with me was condescending and judgmental. I felt personally violated and disrespected after I was vulnerable about my fitness level and financial situation during the first meeting. I am an avid runner, in good shape already and I’m a recent college graduate with a great job. If she could make me feel insecure, I know others who experience this type of a high pressure sales pitch could be coerced into doing something that is neither financially smart nor healthy for them. When I explained that I couldn’t afford the $400 “accountability deposit” or the outrageous $169 for a monthly subscription, I was told that I should stop “eating out” to afford the membership. The consultant was pushy, and relentlessly badgered me, making me feel like I was (physically) trapped in a room where she was between me and the door. My personal life and my body were insulted, and I will not be going back. DO NOT waste your time or money on this business.

I have always felt out of place in a gym space, but this place has become home.

The people (coaches and other members) are super encouraging and supportive. I am surprised how comfortable I feel attending group classes without judgement, and I've also built a close group of support who expect me to attend class... and they check in regularly. I've had days where a coach (Brittany) encouraged me to take extra time after class to punch a bag, because she could see I needed the outlet. Side note, take Brittany's ab class. You'll hate it, but you won't regret it! Jokes, I live for that class on Wednesdays.

The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and detail oriented. I'm surprised how they juggle a full room of various skill levels and manage to keep everyone at their peak performance. Take technique class, it's a MUST. That coach (Casey) recognizes everyone's individual skill level and monitors our progression, so she knows when and how to push us to our maximum potential. She can tweak even basic moves on experienced boxers, but also knows how to build from scratch and prioritize details with someone brand new. I learn something new EVERY week in that class!

I also highly recommend the 6-week challenges for anyone who needs the extra push of motivation. I got paired with Brittany for my first challenge, and she was the reason I committed to continuing my journey afterwards. Kickhouse has been great for my physical health, but the nutritional aspects of the challenge changed the way I think about food and did wonders for my mental health. I'm very grateful to Kickhouse. I've never been so focused on my own health, and I feel better now in my mind (to late) 30s than I ever did in my 20s or even my teenage years.

Update from my last review: Still loving this place!! I've been taking classes for a year and a half and continue to feel at home. I'm still learning new things and meeting new fitness goals. The instructors have been amazing at helping me evolve myself and how to tailor my workouts to fit my new levels. They keep it fun and interesting (and their playlists are killer!). I came to Kickhouse for the 6 week challenge. I am not new to fitness programs, working out or nutrition I have been doing these things for years. Kickhouses challenge called to me because I love kickboxing and thought I would try out the studio and try to win my money back.

My honest opinion of kickhouse is this. I thought for the monthly price they could have offered more. They have limited hours Friday and Saturday and are closed Sundays. The other thing I found was there could have been more of a variety of classes offered in more time slots. Some of the classes I would have liked to have tried were in the mid morning time which if your working is impossible to make.
As for the challenge. It was good. I knew what I was getting into and how hard I would have to work to win my money back. These challenges are not designed to be easy. In fact if you research healthy weight loss goals you will see losing 3.33lbs a week is considered extreme. The accountability group could have been more active in my opinion. Around the halfway point it felt like more than half the girls had stopped participating. I felt it could have been managed better by Kickhouse to get more people excited about participating. The information given to us on the Facebook page was very good quality information and I loved that piece of the challenge.

Overall the experience was good. The instructors were knowledgeable and worked us hard in class. I nailed my goal losing 22lbs and 5.5% body fat. I was the only one who hit the goals out of approx 20 women.

I would work out at Kickhouse again if they offered a punch passes too.

I have been blown away by the guidance from all the coaches during my 1st full week. Meg has provided us with countless resources to improve our nutrition during a 6 week challenge. Casey always motivates participants and her technique classes are incredibly beneficial. Jen helped teach me how to wrap my hands properly when she saw I was struggling. Julie's Fun Friday class was a blast even for a newbie like me. Last but not least, Coach Chris is absolutely wonderful. He was so patient and helpful teaching me and others the correct combinations in class. He encouraged me and offered modifications when needed.

If you are interested in a fun environment and ready to improve your health, I highly recommend Kickhouse Parker. All levels are welcome here, even over 50 out of shape people like me.

I can’t say enough good things about the Parker Kickhouse! I started about 6 months ago not even knowing how to throw a punch—much less kickbox—and am amazed with how far I’ve come. This place has been such a blessing for me. I wanted to find a place to workout and lose my baby weight, but I got so much more. The positive community that I’ve gained from this place is second to none. I am feeling infinitely more confident with my body and actually enjoy the workouts! Honest review - Avoid this business.

Exorbitant fees, and sleazy cancellation policy. You can get a membership to a Lifetime Fitness center that offers SO much more for less! This business will pressure to use you for shallow marketing schemes and charge you extra for it. Yes, their coaches will bash your self-esteem! They don’t care, they just want to abuse self conscious women and squeeze money out of you. $149 per month and they will squeeze $195 cancellation feel PLUS and additional month out of your at the very least. Economic recession going on, get better value for your dollar, don’t get ripped off and pressured by their sales tactics. Their prices are not “competitive” don’t let them gaslight you.

I don't see adequate emphasis on going at your own fitness level during class. I think we should be allowed to wear athletic shoes to support our feet and ankles. Bare feet can lead to injuries, especially with all the pivoting required for boxing.

I had the opportunity to participate in the 6 week challenge at Parker KickHouse! In all honesty I can say I would recommend this place to anyone I know! Not only were the workouts fun and exciting, the nutritional information you receive and learn are invaluable. The coaches were fantastic and the community was close knit and felt like a big family. I found myself looking forward to my workout everyday!
I want to give a special shout-out to coach Casey who led my 6 week challenge group. She is everything you could ever hope for in a coach; consistent, encouraging, informative, and extremely fun and kind.
I had great success with this program losing 22 LBS and a total of 5% body fat in 6 weeks!

I had always wanted to try kickboxing, but was a little apprehensive to do so based on my lack of coordination and balance. I have a lifelong health issue and wasn't sure I could keep up. I'm so glad I gave it a try. I've definitely gained muscle, balance, coordination and strength. I am now addicted and generally attend class 4/5 times a week. I'm one of those people who like trying different gyms and workouts (e.g., peloton bike & thread, spinning, 24 hr fitness, jazzerise). I think they all have their pros & cons but the problem is - I can't seem to stick with it. I then end up being that statistic who pays for a gym membership and never shows up. The reason why I really love kickhouse is how they try to build a community (e.g., active FB group). There is a lot of members but somehow the trainers all know everyone's names - which might sound like a small thing but makes you feel welcome. The classes are also quite funny - somehow the owner managed to find trainers who have the best sense of humor, which makes the classes go by fast. At the end, I'm burned out and sweating - couldn't ask for more!

I. Am. Obsessed.
I started as a total “newb” that hated endurance training and had no idea how to kick or box. Now, I MUST go at least 5 time’s a week, or my whole routine is off.
It’s great to feel an immense sense of community at your gym, which there is an abundance of at KickHouse from both instructors and members. I’ve never experienced another fitness studio like it. Whether your a newbie like I was, or a pro, there is always something to learn or work on, and you can make your pace your own. They include accountability and nutrition aspects for their members as well. It is not only physically exhilarating (so many endorphins, and so so much sweat), but it’s also so mentally healing to be able to go somewhere that feels like another home, and to be able to work on your growth with other like-minded individuals. Literally anyone has the opportunity there to grow, not only in the physical sense, but also mentally and socially. If you join, feel free to say hi, you’ve got a friend in me! I know kickboxing looks intimidating. I remember the first time I stepped into a kickboxing gym, I felt that I absolutely did not belong there. If this is you, just know you are completely wrong! If you still haven't found what you're looking for out of your fitness program/gym, I promise you will find it here, and that's because I can tell you what "it" is. Workouts are a dime a dozen, the world isn't short on that. Information is free, and there's hours of workouts for the taking on YouTube, so the missing link, if you have not been successful yet, is that those programs/people don't love you, and are therefore not invested in your success. I challenge you to come here for 90 days and see what happens when your trainers and tribe mates love you where you're at. I challenge you to join a gym where you are not a number in a system, but rather a soul whose investment in your own personal success is viewed as a contribution to community and tribe. I challenge you to take a leap of faith and invest in a place that will return the value 10 fold. I don't have the proper adjectives to describe this place at the level it deserves, and numbers aren't good enough because this is not something measurable. 5 stars is garbage because that's just a grade amongst competing peers, under the assumption all operations and production are of a standard market value. How do you rate something that is already divinely two standard deviations from an excellent experience? There really are no words good enough. Give this place 90 days and they will in turn give you what money can't buy, and trust me it will be specific to your situational needs. If you have read this far, then it's because you are seeking. Congratulations, you just found what you need. I'll see you in class, I'm the loud hyper one with the backwards hat, I can't wait to meet you!❤🥊

KickHouse has me addicted to working out and getting healthy! Never in my life have I been able to say that! The gym is clean, they promote physical distancing during the pandemic. The staff is friendly, they take the time to learn your name and ask you about yourself and your goals. I have lost 30 lbs since I started going consistantly and am now entering the 2nd fitness challenge of my life, 1st one was with them too. They have tons of class times and you never leave without some sweat stains and feeling better than when you arrived! Upon walking in, I was handed a sheet to fill out to explain my goals and answer their questions. The questions were not ice breakers or "get to know me", the questions were formatted as an interview on whether or not I would be dedicated to their program. From there, I was asked to step on their scale and then sit down and speak with their employee. The employee essentially asked me again why I should be considered for their challenge then proceed to explain the logistics of the challenge. At the end of the pitch, a back sheet of paper was pulled out for a $399 accountability deposit that I could earn back if I hit THEIR target weight and bmi. I want to be very clear that I understand and even support, the accountability challenge and the effort this business is putting in to creating a social media presence. What is NOT OKAY is 1) false advertising, 2) bait and switch and 3) taking advantage of people by not being open and transparent. Weight loss is already a very vulnerable journey for most and to blatantly use FB for false advertising to get people in the door is manipulation at its finest. I would of 100% been so excited if this business had been upfront and HONEST. I respect the orginal post of a trade off of hard work and dedication for testimonials of a legit program.. If you notice, this company is trying very hard to grow its "family" and appear to want to create a supportive environment. What I experienced today was nothing short of disappointment and I hope they can reflect on their marketing model.

I completed a consultation with Kickhouse Parker in which Meg was very friendly, informative and understanding. She had a great energy and was straight forward with how a membership and a fitness challenge would work. I was very much interested in joining, as I got to observe a class. Unfortunately, my financial situation has been challenging so I ended up not being able to join. There were a few miscommunications between myself and Kickhouse Parker but they ended up being understanding and willing to resolve the issue. I ultimately would recommend Kickhouse Parker even though I didn’t get to experience the workouts and the benefits of the membership firsthand.

Good for your body, Good for your busy mind!
I was a bit nervous my first time on the mat, but the Coaches are super friendly, supportive, and know their stuff. They motivate you to get after it, truly wanting to see you get stronger and faster, and they take the time to show you how to do it properly. The studio is clean, the atmosphere is empowering, and … you get to hit stuff!! I’ve come in completely frazzled more than once, and left feeling clearheaded, ready for the day. I love Kickhouse Parker!

Can’t say more positive things about Kick House and the amazing trainers! The gym is super clean and has a wonderful modern aesthetic.
The trainers are all super friendly and so awesome; they are the best at teaching the correct techniques.
Available to all fitness levels and make you feel right at home.
I definitely am not a huge fan of working out, but I actually look forward to my classes here. My mental health improves so much after every class.
I get anxiety trying out a new gym or a new group class, but everyone makes you feel right at home and takes a lot of the pressure off.
Worth every penny! I will be a member for years to come.

This place has been a Godsend! In my 40+ years of life I have hated working out! I walk into KickHouse Parker on a whim and I have completely fallen in love!
The instructors are kind, funny and oh so helpful. Being completely out of shape and having zero confidence in my ability to kickbox the instructors AND class members have been very encouraging and kind. Great group of people, don't hesitate to check it out! I can't say enough how amazing this place is!

Absolute love going here. The instructors are very helpful if they see you don’t get something. They take the time to explain everything for newer people. This has become my second family for the past year. The instructors are encouraging, motivating and they always make you feel welcome. I cannot say enough how much I love the people the format and the community . This not only helped me get in physical shape but mental shape as well. Everyday the classes are more fun and they always take the time to help you with technique and make every workout extremely satisfying. I started going here a little over a year ago and LOVE IT! The instructors are funny, encouraging, and extremely helpful. The members are all friendly and I’ve really found an amazing community amongst them and made some truly great friends here.
The classes accommodate for the new social distancing lifestyle we’re all trying to get accustomed to, and they offer them often to fit everyone’s busy schedule. And don’t be nervous if you’re a beginner who’s never thrown a punch in their life (that was me!) or you’re entering into the beginning of your fitness journey (that was definitely me too! Haha) these classes are built for everyone, and the instructors will help guide you as well! When I first started I’d never thrown a punch or sidekick and certainly couldn’t do more then one burpee in a warmup. Now I’m comfortable throwing combos on the bag and I just did 30 burpees in a row (the struggle was Still real though) with the help of an amazing instructor who came in early when she didn’t have too, to do them with me and encourage me along the way!
Kick house and it’s instructors are amazing, i highly recommend them I promise You don’t regret it!

The key to fitness success is making it a habit. The instructors at this Kick House are AMAZING and make the transition from ‘not sure if I’ll like kickboxing’ to I can’t wait to come back for more! The classes are small enough in size that it is not overwhelming and allows the instructors to be able to give individual pointers throughout the class. They are friendly motivators who make the classes fun and challenging at the same time. The gym is impeccably clean and every precaution is taken to ensure we are distanced from each other.
It’s a full body workout that has enabled me to loose that Covid cushioning and has given me the drive to work harder every time I walk in the door! Trust me when I say it has become a new fit-family for me!

I absolutely love the atmosphere of this studio; it's warm, welcoming, and supportive. The instructors not only encourage but really mentor every person who walks
through their doors. Because of the amazing guidance here I was able to lose 26 pounds in 6 weeks! More importantly I gained confidence in myself and the knowledge that I can do anything I want or need to do. The personal transformation is worth even more than the physical.
