We are the premier sports performance training studio in the area. We provide strength coaching, sport coaching, dietetics, and biomechanical testing. Our roster ranges from olympians to dedicated amateurs.
We specialize in endurance athletics with a comprehensive and holistic approach to sports performance training. We treat every athlete like a gold medalist utilizing cutting edge techniques and equipment; from bloodflow restriction training to state of the art 3D gait analysis testing and partnerships with many fitness technology companies.

I started training with Coach Asha after a meniscus injury and I am so glad I did. Coach Asha is amazing, very knowledgeable, intelligent and professional. In addition to helping with a custom training plan suited for me, she explains the anatomy and reasoning behind the workouts and helps me correct my posture and focus areas. I have been able to return to skiing and other activities due to the mobility and strength training I have been receiving. I can't say enough about the success I had addressing long standing back and hip injuries associated with cycling, swimming and skiing by working with Chris Lee at Kinesis Integrated. I experienced intermittent low back pain and almost constant hip pain for 2+ years. I followed lead after lead - trying chiropractors, physical therapists and massage therapists that people recommended to me. I had minimal success reducing pain. After working with Chris for 2 months, I started having my first pain-free rides in years and within another month had eliminated almost all of my pain. Because of the worsening of my injuries before working with Chris, I cancelled a cycling trip in Europe - I rebooked and am elated that I am in shape to go without worrying about the injuries.

Chris and the entire staff at Kinesis is incredible. Being an elite marathoner, my strength needs are very different than other athletes, and being one with a chronic injury, Chris was able to merge exercises for strength and speed, and exercises for rehab all at the same time. I had the strongest 4 months of my entire running career running weekly milage I never had while lifting and doing mobility work thanks to Chris. I just had surgery and once I am cleared through PT, Chris will be the first person I call to set up my strength plan. I could not recommend him or his staff enough.

Chris was a very important part of my rehab from surgery on my heel. He was able to find plenty of things to fix with my running form and pair it with a wonderful whole body assessment. This let us figure out the route cause of a few issues I was having with my gait. It was a relief to have this information and have corrective exercises to help finish off the PT my heel needed.
