I was looking for a workout class with endurance and to elevate my heart rate, and I found kingdom crossfit. So far, I have loved every workout, and it has given me exactly what I needed. I have done the bootcamp and crossfit classes and I think both classes can accommodate any fitness/strength levels, from newbies to seasoned athletes. I LOVE having this gym so close to my house. Their class times are also super convenient for my schedule as well. I highly recommend this gym to anybody who is looking to step up their current routines, or anybody who is brand new and is motivated to get started.

Kingdom CrossFit is the best gym!!! Aubrey and Jon are amazing - you get the best workouts!! The community is strong and it’s such a wonderful addition to Berthoud. The Saturday morning workout is FREE and everything can be scaled to the level you are at. ❤️🦁

It's the workout I didn't know I needed (our would love!) Coach Aubrey is incredibly knowledgeable and supportive. She can adapt her workouts to any fitness level. Her commitment to a free workout on Saturday mornings is an amazing way to build this community and to try CrossFit without any pressure!
