Koko Denver specializes in strength training and cardio interval training. Our motto is Movement with Purpose. We work with clients from 12 to 86 years old, with the goal of teaching people to get stronger SAFELY. Whether you work out independently with the patented personal training software, or 1 on 1 with a trainer, you will always get an individualized approach and support with every workout. Our members have 24 hour access to our facility, so that fitness is available for you anytime.
In addition to the above services, we offer many classes as well, including: Small Group HIIT, Mat Pilates, Chair Yoga, and Full Body Stretching.

I highly recommend KoKo Fitclub as it has done wonders for my fitness, strength and flexibility. In 6 months I’ve increased my strength by nearly 40 percent, and can feel the difference KoKo has made. The facilities are immaculate, and it’s always possible to workout in a “socially distanced” manner. The facility is open 24 hours, and it is never crowded. Jen, the owner, does a FANTASTIC job, and is constantly looking to improve the experience. I like that the KoKo system keeps track of my progress, it’s a great motivator. Thanks Jen!

Regular visits to this gym for about 2 years helped me to lose 25 pounds. Fantastic owner/trainer who keeps an eye on everyone to check their form and correct any mistake. I moved from Denver and miss it very much.

I love this gym! I am so glad I found this place. Most gyms are really unhelpful but the staff here is so friendly and helpful—I actually enjoy going to the gym! I get a great workout, am staying safe and healthy, and getting stronger. I would recommend Koko Denver to everyone.

The best! I've been a member of KoKo Fitclub for over 3 years, and it is the best thing I've ever done to further my physical condition. I have significantly improved my strength, flexibility and endurance through the smart training program. Jen and her staff are extremely knowledgeable and are very encouraging and supportive. Small class size enables the instructors to give each participant a great deal of personal attention. Given the quality of instruction, the rates are a great value. Fantastic!

I love Koko Fitclub! The personalized training and support from Jen, Kevin, and the certified trainers was amazing. They really helped me with each different exercise and made sure I was doing it correctly. The strength machines are awesome! I really like how it is programmed and guides you through the whole workout. I am so glad I joined Koko Fitclub! I recommend them!

I have only taken classes here, but the staff and the classes are excellent! The staff are so nice and encouraging and really help you on your form to ensure you’re doing he movements correctly. If I wasn’t moving, I would join the gym!

Don't even know where to start. My biggest issue with going to the gym is a combination of knowing what to work on that day in relation to the day(s) before and the confidence of knowing I'm doing it "right". With the Koko process all of that is done for you in the form of programs that you just following. You're results and progress through a plan are all track for you. As for the staff, Jen and the amazing team she's created are the most supportive, motivating, fun group group I've ever been around in a gym. If you want something different in your quest for better fitness - go check these guys out!

Koko Fitclub is an amazing way to get personalized fitness that fits your schedule. When you become a member, you receive a flash drive that can be plugged into the strength and cardio machines. For the strength machines you will be placed on programs that are typically 24 sessions each. Each time you plug into a strength machine, the machine will guide you through various exercises, much like a personal trainer. My personal experience with Koko Fitclub of Denver has been nothing but positive. The staff are all amazing and caring people who want to make fitness work for you and are always willing to answer questions. Jen, the owner, is one of the most considerate people I have ever met, and she does an amazing job making sure her clients get what they need out of their exercise. Being a member at Koko is like being a part of a fitness family. Everyone, client and employee alike, is kind and pleasant. Going to workout has become the highlight of my day since becoming a member, and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a new way to experience fitness.

Awesome workout and staff!!! I can workout whenever I want and select high intensity cardio that challenges me or a lighter exercise option if I’m feeling exhausted. It’s been a perfect place to get back in shape after surgery. Jennifer and the team created a comfortable and friendly environment for all ages!!!!

I am about to begin my 3rd year as a Koko member. Jen, the owner/manager is a very kind, caring, knowledgeable person who is very selective about the coaches she hires. The coaches are always willing to help with quick pointers to keep your workout safe and successful. As a middle-aged woman, I appreciate the non-competitive, calm, bright environment where I can complete my workouts ANY time of day that works for me. The gym is staffed during the day, but members have 24 hour access. With my workouts on a thumb drive, I know exactly what to do to get stronger each time I exercise. Additionally, there are evening and weekend yoga classes that are included in your membership fee. I love the monthly newsletter filled with research-based health tips and recipes. I highly recommend Koko as a means of improving and maintaining a fitness lifestyle.

Since joining Koko Fitclub over a year ago, I have increased my strength by over 40%. And I know that, because results are tracked and measured and tested. Their unique approach of customized workouts makes working out fun, fast, efficient and never boring. It's an investment but I get bang for my buck. The environment is also very friendly and relaxed. I appreciate how they don't pressure anyone at all during the 30 day for $30 trial but just focus on making sure you make the most of it.

I love Koko Fit. I have increased my strength by 33% in two months and have lifted over 95,000 pounds. May not sound like much but my first experience with a gym - I love the staff and the ability to track what I do and keep trying to beat the last day's results. I am 74 and the workouts are customized for my age, my health and my end goals.

Koko fit club is not for everyone. I personally felt that the guided training was too slow to follow and wasn't the right fit for me. I understand that they have measured results and i'm sure that they are real.... However if the person can't follow the exercises, then what's the point. Also as a taller person the gym equipment was not big enough or had the correct adjustment for me. Frankly I liked the guided Cardio sessions and I've added some of the HIIT training to my regular work.
My advice don't buy a large training package on your first go. They don't offer refunds and frankly get a little snobby about it.

I'm giving the Koko Fitclub the highest ratings because they use certified coaches to analyze your body and design a plan that gets results.
I've met with the owner and his staff. They are personable and dedicated to keep you on track.
They offer programs for sculpting your body, cardio, diet, etc. at reasonable rates.
