I took my Luxe class at a Central Park studio with Coach Nicole o. She did an exceptional job, and I’ll definitely be returning. She made me feel warm and welcome as soon as I entered . I her voice was calm and soothing, and she gave clear instructions during class she’s very knowledgeable with modifications and I can see the passion during her coaching and I also love how relatable she was . I didn’t feel out a place because I knew exactly what she was talking about. It was a 10 out of 10 experience.

I recently started classes at Lagree and have loved my experience so far! All of the classes have been a really good workout and are very enjoyable with a fun atmosphere and good music. I love these workouts! They are intense but you leave feeling euphoric and stronger. Each instructor has been welcoming and motivating. The 45 minutes fly by and I love how I feel when I walk out. There are 16 machines so you do have to book your classes ahead of time. There is always plenty of parking and the location is great.

I love this place^.^ I just finished my 10th class today. I felt like I was seeing results and feeling way stronger after the 6th class, maybe(: I've always wanted to try this and I'm so glad I finally did(: It helps out with my running so much. I am feeling the best I have in years. Everyone here is super nice. I love every class and all the instructors i've met. Nellie helps me out with my form and I love that she really shows you and describes very well how to get into the shape. She also really takes care to know everyone's name and encourage you during class. Shes so nice! Alex I also admire(: The first class I took of Alex's I had to ask about the playlist! Haha I was just so into the playlist and it really helped me not focus on how much my muscles are on fire. Shes great! And Lily (: She's so cute! I love that she tells us stories during class that make us laugh. And her sequencing is wonderful too. I know she doesn't normally teach at this location but I hope to see more of her.
I love this location for the parking as well. It has a parking lot shared with a grocery store and not street parking which makes me feel better and less worried I might miss class trying to find a place to park. I'm even thinking about increasing my membership! I cant say enough great things honestly(:

One of the more random things I’ve ever tried fitness wise. In my past I’m typically lifting, gym, CrossFit, but all of the above has left me broken and unable to do certain things. So I found myself Googling - low impact, high energy, resistance workout. Lagree popped up as this is close to my house. I have never done Pilates or anything reformer so I was, let’s just say, terrified by the look of the megaformer. Also, not the most coordinated person. Booked the 2 weeks trial. I found myself almost bailing on my first class because it’s sooooo outside my box, and videos online are intimidating. But I went, got my grippy socks and became one with that dang machine. Unreal! Perfect! Dare I say life changing? I can do a hardcore workout without severe back pain during it. I can get an amazing workout plus a good stretch. I can be told to “hang in there, you’ve got this” when my body is shaking like an Aspen tree! This is my new happy place. I’m not in the greatest shape after back stuff but I am doing it multiple times a week, I’ve gotten the hang of the megaformer and look forward to every class (I go 2/3 times a week now). Highly recommend! Don’t be intimidated by it! There are all shapes, fitness levels, and everyone is concentrating on their own form. Do it!

I absolutely love Lagree for many different reasons:it's hard--I mean shaky wobbly knees hard, I work up a sweat, and its easy on my lower back. You know you have found a good workout when you have a slight fear mixed with pride right before walking in the door. The instructors are great and the music is always loud enough to cancel out my f bombs.
My 2 complaints: the fee for a no call no show is $25 so don't get sick and have to miss, and the lack of stretching- you better stretch on your own time. Other than that, I love it.

I have been loving it so far, the communication here is great if you have a problem you can shoot them an email and they are so responsive. The workouts have me shaking every time.
I can only go once a week but for me it’s enough I feel the burn. Deff recommend, it is “fast”paced but I come from Pilates reformer, just take your time you no one makes you feel bad for taking a break.

Lagree Luxe is a godsend for my sanity. The workout is intense, and can be incredibly challenging, but only a minute at a time. It is a highly efficient workout with almost immediate results. I have only taken seven classes at this studio but I have absolutely loved every single instructor thus far! I was doing pilates for a few months and felt my results plateauing and knew that something needed to change if I wanted more definition and results. The owner herself called me and we spoke at length regarding my needs and she felt very confident I would enjoy the classes, which I have been. If I'm honest, Lagree is not for everyone, but it's nice that you can go at your own pace and the instructors are there to help with your form. I highly recommend Lagree Luxe for anyone looking for an intense but low-impact full body workout.

The instructors are nice and the facility is great but I’ll be honest since I didn’t see any reviews that properly warned me when I was starting these classes. This is the same structure as a HIIT class, so if you don’t love those you won’t like this. At least I didn’t. I really truly disliked the class and I wish I’d done the two class pack trial instead of a two week trial.
There are no breathers or breaks, it is a very condensed full body workout in 45 minutes. (I would rather spend 1.5 hours lifting weights than do this type of workout.)
Absolutely no shade to the instructors but I wish I’d seen a review like this. You’re thrown in and while it’s not too hard to figure out, it’s not too easy and it’s not a gentle introduction. There is a lot of “don’t stop, don’t take breaks” encouragement. A lot of people love that type of work out but if you don’t love that, then this just isn’t for you. You get an insane workout and will be sore for days, which is great. If you can force yourself into these classes three days a week you’ll look great, but the intensity and pace had me hating it and focused on how badly I wanted to leave the whole time, then I had no desire to move and do even my usual activity for a day or two after. So keep that in mind before your sign up for two weeks, it’s a very niche workout that you either love or hate. Think boot camp with a learning curve.

Amazing workout and awesome staff! As much as I dread working out, I always feel so much better after doing pilates at Lagree Luxe. The staff are so friendly and help you modify the skills for your ability. Great communication as well - they are always quick to respond to emails. Highly recommend!
