My time with Lana was amazing. Her studio space is welcoming and comfortable. During my session she was aware and helpful of my physical limitations and we adjusted so. Pilates reformer has been my favorite class and exercise type for 20 years and she made the session comfortable challenging. Lana's energy and presence is sweet and soft, yet knowledgeable and confident. She knows what she's doing and how to help those who come to her. I highly recommend Lana June Health.

Lana is a talented and knowledgeable Pilates instructor, rehab-focused, massage therapist, craniosacral specialist, and all around cool freaking chick! She has this beautiful private studio in her backyard, complete with sauna and cold plunge! Highly recommend booking a private one-on-one session with her especially if you’re looking for individual training with someone who can get you out of pain and back into exercise!

This was my first ever pilates class and it was amazing! As a chiropractor, I send people to pilates because I know it's great for core strength and for the health of a spine. Lana did an amazing job explaining the movements and she ensured I was performing them properly. She has great knowledge of anatomy and was very helpful in working around some injuries that I have. Would highly recommend a session with Lana! Update edit: I have multiple patients who train pilates with Lana and they are swear by her classes!

I got really lucky finding Lana, I was working out at a toxic male gym with a trainer and dreaded going.
I googled pilates near me, and I knew I did not want a club like experience, I knew that I wanted privates and in a small studio. I used to do reformer many years ago.
3 months later I am still just so thankful for Lana June Health. I love her studio and what she offers.

I can't recommend enough! I just had my 1st class and was so impressed - Lana clearly not only loves teaching, but knows what she's doing. Ive been going to physical therapy for years. Multiple back injuries and auto immune. I saw Lana and I’ve never felt so good after a session. She was very detailed with instructions, Ive felt muscles and were able to stretch muscles Ive never felt before. Most importantly I didn’t get flared up afterwards. I will definitely go back again.

Lana is a great pilates instructor and massage therapist!
Been doing pilates with her for almost 3 months now. She takes time to understand your body and your goal before planning your workout. I had an on and off lower back discomfort / minor pain that has been well maintain with weekly pilates sessions with Lana.
Her pilates session also comes with 10 min massage. Where else would you get that?!
I recently tried her full 90 min massage session after sampling her 10 min massages after pilates. She finds your sore spots and really works on them. I feel very refreshed after the massage. If you are the type that like deep hard targeted pressure for your massage, you should try it. She knows what she is doing!

Lana is amazing!!! I first started seeing Lana for private prenatal Pilates sessions to help prepare for birth during my first pregnancy. Not only have I felt safe and supported physically through this journey, I’ve also enjoyed the conversations and knowledge she has been able to share. As I enter my 38th week of pregnancy, my body feels strong and capable for the beautiful journey that lies ahead! I am eager to return to Lana postpartum to help my body heal and recover. I recently tore my rotator cuff and dislocated my shoulder. I was looking for a massage therapist, and went in to see Lana because her studio is literally minutes from my home here in Westminster,CO.
She was very knowledgeable about my injury and how to work on it/with it. Hands down the greatest most compassionate service I’ve been lucky enough to find around the way. For this kind of work; it’s all about a person’s energy. And hers is so beautiful and positive it makes the experience really something special.
In addition to massage therapy, she offers a pretty cool Pilates program to her customers, all of which are at some very competitive pricing. She won’t have you waiting weeks to see her. I was able to get in the same day.
Really grateful for everything she has done for me and her attentiveness to my injury.

I have so many good things to say about my experience with Lana. I started seeing her in November of 2021 after I had a car accident in August. My wedding was in December and I was in so much pain I didn’t know if I could walk down the isle in my wedding heels. Lana June Health is absolute class! Lana does extraordinary healing work as a massage therapist. She is more than competent, patient, intuitive, passionate, most of all really cares for her clients as both a masseuse and as a pilates instructor. I have been going to her for over 5+ years. I am very active person, and I beat up my body throughly, by various strenuous activities, skiing, snowboarding, rock climbing, mma, etc. Lana can pinpoint issues within my body, tissues, tendons, muscle groups that need TLC and work them. At the same time I have attended many of her Pilates classes and those same muscles that hurt, can now grow stronger and more flexible with the proper techniques and instructions she offers in her class. I also throughly benefit from her craniosacral therapy. After getting this work done, I always sleep better and it has a rebalancing affect on my mood and emotions. Lana is amazing! I suffer from Cluster Headache, which is an extremely debilitating and painful nerve condition. Luckily, I have found relief through my sessions with Lana and her Cranial Sacral practice. I have been going to Lana for years to help alleviate my shoulder and back tension issues. Not only does she help relieve my pains, but is also able to find other areas that I didn't realize were tight and needed work.
