About the Club

LeBrun Holistic Fitness (LHF) is a Personal Training Method that focuses on positive, holistic, and sustainable lifestyle change. LHF combines functional fitness workouts, nutrition guidance, and mindset in a personalized fitness program to fit your goals, needs and lifestyle. Kristen LeBrun is the founder of LHF and uses her experience in the health industry along with her Masters Degree in Exercise and Sport Science and certifications in Personal training, health coach and group fitness to help people make fitness fun and reach their health goals.
She offers private, semi-private and group personal training as well as nutrition health coaching.

RESULTS!! I started with Kristen in mid January ‘25, and now I am 6 weeks in, down 5 pounds, lost 2% on bmi and have lost several inches on my waist & hips! I was not expecting to see results this quickly AND I am feeling more energized than ever. I genuinely look forward to my sessions with Kristen because I always leave feeling accomplished and determined.

Each week is something new, so it is always fresh, and I see her 2x a week to keep me accountable. Kristen has a wealth of knowledge and is great at explaining why a certain exercise works/targets that muscle. Kristen is easygoing but motivating, which is what I need in a trainer. She also keeps my previous injuries in mind and helps me protect those areas of concern while also strengthening them progressively. Kristen’s set up is great because it’s private, has loads of equipment, and great tunes of course. I am looking forward to continuing to work with Kristen and can hopefully make an update later with more of the process I have gained from LeBrun Fitness :D

I love having Kristen as my personal trainer! She’s so incredible to work with. Every week she checks in with me to see what my goals are for the sessions and tailors every workout to what I want to work on. She’s flexible and very accommodating. I always leave my sessions feeling accomplished and in a great mood (and pleasantly sore the next day!). I would so highly recommend her!!

I am an ultra-marathoner who typically neglects strength training. I worked with Kristen to help prepare for a 24-hour relay. Before she created my strength training plan she took the time to have a call with me to find out exactly what I needed. The workouts that Kris created for me were specific to the equipment I had on hand, fit into my schedule, and were super fun. I stayed injury free and had a great race!! I would highly recommend working with Kris!
