This place is the best If you’re looking for a GYM this is the place Plenty of new plate machines .. the leg room will have you walking like a cowboy when you’re done. Place is always clean and spotless with excellent gym music playing to keep you going. What’s most impressive are the two owners Daniel and Abacar both are under 30 and they take pride in their facilities and it shows. Can’t say enough about this place 👍👍

Awesome gym! I’m from the east coast and lived in vail for a couple seasons while in college, this gym was worth the drive from vail. I’ve worked out for many years and been a member at some of the major gym chains and local gyms in Athens ga (go dawgs!) but this is the nicest gym I’ve been a member at. Super nice equipment, and everything you need plus more. It’s a little small for me but I am used to the big box gyms. It would get a little busy during peak hours but outside of that it’s a phenomenal gym.

This gym would be nice but it is one of the dirtiest gyms I’ve been to. They only have like two rags being used to clean the entire gym equipment. The bathrooms were dirty and the toilets don’t even flush. The water fountain was clogged and to top it off the gym smells bad. This place has so much potential but it needs to be taken care of.

I have been working out in this gym for the last 4 months and it’s been great love the community environment and the vibes. Shout out to Abakar, he’s the nicest person ever and the first time going to the gym he had no problem showing me the equipment and showing me around. Every single piece of equipment is a 10/10 high quality and definitely gets the job done. At legacy I’ve had the best pumps of my life would definitely recommend for anyone.

For the space that it has it has exactly the equipment needed for elite lighters. Compared to the rec centers here the equipment is actually for bigger goals then being fit. Its hours of operation are far more convenient as well. Makes it so the gym is hardly ever crowded and you can always make time to get there would recommend this place to anyone who lifts seriously.

In my experience Legacy Athletics is an incredible gym with high quality equipment and resources at your disposal. I have tried working out at nearby gyms and ALWAYS gave up. When I started going to legacy, it was different. It made me want to keep going. One of my best buddies Kellen Collins took his life in February of 2023, shortly after a couple of us asked Daniel if we could put up something to commemorate him since we all knew him from either the gym or bmx racing. Daniel was very understanding and even felt for us since he knew him at a personal level aswell, a plaque was put up with his lifting belt on a hook and the plaque hangs on the front wall of the Legacy Athletics to this day and we are all so grateful for Daniel and Abakar giving us something to see and get a few extra reps in or push ourselves to be better everyday for Kellen. The gyms overall moral and vibe is incredible these guys are open every single day without miss and are always welcoming truly a judgement free zone and space for whatever goals you have.

The gym is outstanding. I used to go to endorphin, but the rush crowds and lack of muscle specific equipment helped the transition to Legacy happen. I love the atmosphere and the dynamic of the facility, and really enjoy the staff. Abakar is a great asset to the team. Was here with family on vacation and dropped in for 2 separate workouts for the 3 days we were staying. The staff was friendly and the vibe was immaculate. Most importantly the amenities are very good if you are looking to do any serious barbell training.

They have 2 squat racks and 2 bench racks each equipped with Ohio power. The benches are high quality and I should add the plates are metal which is nice. The deadlift setup is also one of the best I’ve seen, with an Ohio deadlift bar and rogue jack as well as a full rogue deadlift platform. This stands in contrast to the Olympic platforms that most gyms will have that will typically be slippery and force you to pull from a deficit. I should also mention they have belts, straps, and chalk that anyone can use if you didn’t bring your own while you were traveling.

Overall I had a great experience and I would recommend it anyone in the area and I would say that it is definitely worth a 20-35 minute drive if you are staying in the Vail or Beaver Creek area.

My cousin and I are from out of state and dropped in for a workout session at Legacy. There is no exaggeration when I say it is the best gym I’ve ever trained at. It is a small gym with all the equipment necessary for big goals. I don’t usually enjoy the gym playing their own music, but the music at Legacy was great. If you want a place with a great environment and a great pump after a session, this gym is for you. We came back for a second day because we loved it so much. Shoutout to Abakar who is a partial owner of the gym. He’s a great guy and won’t hesitate to show you around and answer any questions you have. Overall, 10/10 recommend this awesome gym!
