To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at the Denver West Lifetime Fitness location on November 12, 2025, between 6:30–6:45 pm. I would like to share the details of my experience, as well as the frustration and confusion I encountered during my visit.
First, let me provide some background. I have been a prior member at Lifetime Fitness for about seven months, having previously been a member at the Thornton and Centennial locations. I have had positive experiences at both of these locations and was looking forward to exploring the Denver West location. However, my visit today left me feeling disappointed and disrespected.
Upon arriving at the front desk, I was immediately told by the receptionist that a tour could not be provided due to staffing limitations. I could understand since it’s my duty to schedule a tour. While I understood the situation, I was still interested in learning more about the differences between the locations. I had already reviewed the pricing online and was prepared to sign up, so I moved forward with that intention.

I clearly communicated to the receptionist that I was ready to proceed with the sign-up process, even though a tour was not available.

Unfortunately, what followed were a series of unnecessary and seemingly arbitrary obstacles that prevented me from joining.

First, I was informed that my primary gym listed in the app was Centennial, and I was told that I needed to change my main location to Denver West. I complied and changed the location on my app to be Denver West. My first denial.

Second, I was told that I would have to drive to Centennial in order to activate my membership, despite the fact that I have not been to that location in over seven months and I currently do not have an active membership. I questioned the need to travel to Centennial, but the response remained the same.

The third reason given for not being able to process my membership was that her system would not allow her to sign me up at the Denver West location, despite the fact that I did not have a current active membership.
Finally, the receptionist reiterated that I would need to pay the initiation fee, which I was fully aware of and ready to pay ($640+), but again, I was told that I would need to drive to Centennial to complete the process.

Throughout this entire exchange, I felt repeatedly denied and frustrated. It seemed as though each response I received was designed to prevent me from signing up, despite my clear intent and readiness to join.
I left the location feeling disheartened and discriminated against. The treatment I received was not only unhelpful but also dismissive, and I was left with the strong impression that the receptionist was not interested in helping me become a member at this location.
Given my positive past experiences with Lifetime Fitness at other locations, this encounter has been both surprising and disappointing. I kindly request that this matter be looked into, as it is not the level of service I expect from a company I have been a loyal member of in the past.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response and a resolution to this situation.
Sincerely,
Alie

Do gyms not realize that women make up half of the population? Why do these gyms specifically cater to males? Every single tv is football or sports. Even the machines aren’t made for a woman’s body to comfortably work out on. And the smell near the weight racks on the top floor smells like sewage, makes it kind of hard to focus on your workout. This is a high class gym and instead of hiring a cleaning company they have the trainers do it? What exactly does the $340 a month go to? The turn over rate is insane as well. The only consistent staff members are the trainers.

I never thought I'd be a "fancy gym girl" but I really love going to Life Time and think the cost is definitely worth it! It helped me get back into shape after having a baby and I'm so grateful for the self-care time my membership provides. There are so many awesome classes, the childcare is amazing, my 1 year old baby loves Jody, Ashley and everyone there. She is always happy when we arrive and depart. Special shoutout to Emily (who only works on Saturday) who is always so kind and personable; she and most of the staff have a kind of warmth I wouldn't expect from a fancy gym!

I generally like this gym, the facilities are awesome. The parking is currently an issue and will continue to be as the other businesses open around back (bars, restaurants, etc.)

Multiple times I’ve seen cars parked illegally in the parking lot, even when there are other spots open. Entitled patrons who think they can park wherever they want. Today there was an SUV parked illegally behind me and I was almost parked in. I called and spoke to a manager. They acknowledged my frustration but didn’t really offer a solution.

The solution is to simply monitor and tow cars that are parked illegally. What if I was parked in? What if I was late for work because of it?

I’ll upgrade my review once I know they are towing cars that are parked illegally.

10/10 experience all around. Have been a member since they opened in April 2024, and they have been nothing short of incredible. I highly recommend working with their personal trainers on-site if possible, if not, take one of the many classes they offer! Even if it is your first time in a gym, they will do their absolute best to make you comfortable.
Of the classes, I cannot recommend Gwen's Warrior Sculpt class enough !!!!! -- she is an absolute crusher and her motivation sticks with you far after you finish class.

The pool is a little crowded in the Summer, but they mitigated that this year by creating an "adults only" section which was fantastic. They take our feedback seriously and we have never had any issues. Everyone is so kind, and seem to have true compassion. This place becomes like a sanctuary to many and it seems like their employees respect that.

UPDATE as of 10/1/25:
They called the cops on my wife. Sitting in the parking lot waiting for my son to wake up from his nap before taking him to daycare (they still have active memberships) 3 cop cars surround her vehicle because the manager is retaliating against us. The police have taken a statement from us and we are pursuing a legal remediation. You guys are literal demons running this place.

Retaliation that ugly for my bad review is Disgusting

UPDATE: after the loads of communication with upper management that led me to posting this review I finally got a call from corporate. They banned me. User beware.

..There is nothing premier about this place. In the first year it was an absolute treasure but management opened the flood gates on their bizzare waiting list process (somehow i know people still waiting)

The facilities are constantly dirty. Now the staff is overwhelmed and doesn’t care about anybody management is nonexistent. Jill and Joe are never around, especially during peak hours when they should be.

If youre signing up for access to the pool i would advise you dont. Average weekend is overcrowded. People show up at 8am to “reserve their spot”

Also Parking.. always has been an issue and with the new developments opening surrounding the gym it will become even more sparse.

Also worth mentioning numerous cars have been stolen (one thief managed to access the club and steal someones keys)

They still refuse to have security?

The one saving grace of this gym is the amazing people who run the daycare. If you have kids, they will definitely succeed in their classes being here.

Go support a local gym or check out broomfield. No need to overpay for this garbage. Would leave if it wasnt right next to my house. (Convenience)

PS worth mentioning. We ran some labs on the food and drink as well as supplementz they serve. Non organic, extremly unhealthy ingredients, low in vitamins and minerals. High in pestides.

Added: Sorry to sound like a “negative nancy” and I do truly wanna say that I love this place and I love the people that work here behind the scenes to make it what it is there’s some very unique characters and informative caring people. Unfortunately management at the highest level has got to be looked at by corporate and probably needs to go. With the right leadership and some bright ideas this place would KILL IT

2nd pic is parking lot (every day its like this)
3rd pic is an obviously microwaved frozen burger

Great gym, but I’ve had a few complaints here and there about minor issues. Any time I’ve debated whether or not the service matches the price, someone on the membership team steps up and fixes things for me. Most recently Isreal went above and beyond while I had a couple family members visiting from out of town. Definitely a premium price point here, but I’ll always be a member as long as they empower their team to take care of members.

Adding to my review after over a year of membership. I've had a great experience and still enjoy the gym. Lifetime offers a lot to do which keeps me interested. I also want to call out Eric Reis who I've done personal training with. Eric is positive, knowledgable, and personable. He's helped me work through some mobility issues that were holding my training back. He's also helped me talk through other life habits like diet, sleep and other things impacting my fitness goals. He's encouraging but also helps hold me accountable, which is what I need in a trainer. Personal Training has been a great investment for me.

Love this gym. I drive across town just to come here. It’s worth it. Just the sauna and cold plunge alone would cost $180 a la carte if your gym didn’t have them. They have pilates, yoga, tons of other fitness class options all in one place. Coming here feels like top tier self care and a spa day every time.

We have been members at Life Time for over a year and we have had an excellent experience overall. Whether you’re looking for a place where you can get a workout with childcare or you’re looking for a pool that is family-friendly this is the place (just to name a few of the many amenities!)

Kids Swim Instruction: My son has been in swim lessons at various other swim programs (SafeSplash, AquaTots, ISR), and the instructors and program at Life Time is where he made the most progress as a swimmer.

Chiropractor: Dr. Haley is an incredibly effective chiropractor. I’ve had chronic neck pain/discomfort and her work and exercises helped me get rid of my neck pain completely. She doesn’t just adjust you, she gives you exercises to strengthen you and prevent injury.

The childcare program here is also great! So many familiar faces, which is so important when you have kids who take a bit to get comfortable around different adults. They’re kind, patient and my kids are safe in their care.

The facilities are clean and you can always find staff members cleaning and stocking things. Overall highly recommend this gym—again if you’re looking for a family friendly environment where you and your kids can have fun and workout!

I had an excellent experience in the Dynamic Stretch & Recovery section at Lifetime thanks to Chiara. Fantastic club in so many way. Except maybe one. They need to fire the music person and throw all their cassettes in the trash. Let's say that a teenage girl would completely disagree with this.

For a new gym it’s not nearly as clean as you’d expect.

Some of the staff is amazing, some are very rude, especially at check in.

The wait list they claim to have and enforce arbitrarily for a $299 month membership is unfortunate, as is the $200 initiation fee, it’s all a bit ridiculous. The weight room/leg press area is where so many group fitness classes go on, it’s too small for that. The weight room is pretty small compared to the 4 other LifeTime Fitness gyms in the area which is surprising given this is a new build. I had high hopes for this gym and at the premium price you’re paying you expect to have those met but it’s sadly a bit of a miss.

Edit: not a current member but was a member for several years.

Great facility, awesome amenities, and the staff are fantastic!

However it’s nearly always SLAMMED. Drive by anytime and just look at the parking lot.

One would think you wouldn’t be waiting for equipment much, being such a large gym, but that’s not the case. Dumbbell area is always packed, and although they have 15 power racks, they’re frequently doing classes that take up 12 of them while not even using the barbells while blasting music so loud you can’t think. It’s 9am on Monday, not one open rack, or dumbbell bench. This place is crazy!

The only thing that isn’t crowded here, is the cold plunge 😂

Really wanted to like it here, but there are just too many people here, even during the ‘golden hours’ of the early weekday afternoons.

Lifetime Fitness has top-notch facilities and a helpful, accommodating staff. The gym itself is spacious, clean, and well-equipped.

However, the customer service experience over the phone leaves much to be desired. On multiple occasions, I've left voicemails for the aquatics department and no one has called me back. It's very frustrating trying to get simple questions answered or schedule appointments when no one returns my calls.

If Lifetime Fitness could improve their phone responsiveness, particularly in the aquatics area, I would happily give them a higher rating. As it stands, the excellent in-person experience is counterbalanced by the disappointing lack of follow-through on the administrative side.

If you want to work out after work move on to another facility. By 4pm the very few power racks will all be full with a line 3+ waiting. All the while a class is taking up the other 12 racks for step ups and jump rope with no plan to use a barbell that day.

For the amount of money you pay to be a member and have constant dirty courts is unacceptable. I was there for 5 hours today while throw up sat on one of the pickleball courts. At no time did any staff clean it after it was brought to their attention. Earlier in the week mud was caked all over the indoor courts.

The attention to detail and cleanliness need to be upped in a major way. Especially when you are the most expensive club in the entire state.

The one time we decide to go to the pool as a family after 3 months of membership, the pool was closed for an adults only party at 6:30 pm
No email or notification day of. There was only one email 2 weeks prior.
The pool is great for kids under 5 but for older kids there is no place deeper than 3 ft for them to swim. The kids classes are nice for young kids but older kids 6 + it’s far from ideal- I signed my son up for basketball 9-11 and he was w 4 year olds and that is the norm, so now he doesn’t want too go to classes anymore and doesn’t like the pool- he wants to go to our rec center pool bc he can actually swim. Most the kids his age (9) feel the same way about the LT pool.
On the plus side/ Beautiful facility and lots of staff.

While this location has all the amenities that you’d expect, for the cost of the membership, there are several things missing. First, their selection of lunch time classes (between 12-2 pm) is very limited. And any classes that are available, you have to sign up extremely far in advance to have a chance of getting in. The group fitness classes that I was hoping to try (the ones similar to an OTF format) were only available in the evening, and I was never able to get a spot, no matter how early I tried. Secondly, for the cost of this membership, I would expect the pool to have an adults only DAY (not just 2 hours in the evening after 6 pm). The pool was not adult-friendly at all, and was full of children all the time. In addition, the couple times I went to the pool, the food and drinks were extremely mediocre. Considering how expensive everything is, I would expect all the food served to be top quality (which unfortunately it was not). And lastly, I would expect there to be a hot tub and a steam room in the co-ed area as well (not just in the individual locker rooms), so that my partner and I could enjoy those amenities together (and not just solo).

Great facility. Beautiful views and machines and nice service. But I am going to ding them a star for the children. Im not talking about the teenagers or kids old enough to lift weights but it’s a little bit annoying having to maneuver around young kids while trying to workout. And there is basically no point in trying to enjoy the pool as the kids dominate the water. I know they want to appeal/market to families but come on guys - it was a good idea but this facility should be limited to 13-14 years or older. I will update the review and give a 5th star when they fix this issue.

I just started working out when I joined this gym less than a month ago and it has been an amazing experience. I’ve tried the shred, barre, no limits cardio, and gtx clases. I’m an internationally-decorated Ironman triathlete, marathon runner, rugby coach and former representative player, and qualified personal trainer. I’ve been using gyms all around the world for ~30 years, with high expectations and good insight into what works and what doesn't. I’m putting my flag in the ground to say this Life Time facility in Denver West is the best I’ve ever used!

I had a personal training session with Master Trainer, *Cassandra Padilla*, after identifying a weakness in my S&C training which I wanted to address as part of my preparation for the Ironman World Championships. Cassandra blew me away with her fantastic knowledge, attitude, empathy, enthusiasm, energy, and professionalism. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough to anyone needing help with their training. Whether you’re a total novice or a super athlete, Cassie walks the walk and talks the talk!

I also had a couple of stretch sessions with Stretch Specialist, *Alyssa Loose*, ahead of a recent Ironman race. Like Cassie, she was fantastically knowledgeable and professional, with a great attitude, empathy, enthusiasm, and energy. As someone with a lifetime of broken bones and soft tissue damage, I know I’m not easy to stretch and mobilize, but in just two sessions, Alyssa put my degenerating old body in good shape for my race.

The overall facility has been very well designed and utilized efficiently. The equipment is first rate, and covers the full breadth of training requirements (with the possible exception of power lifters who want to shift serious tin). The lighting—which gyms usually neglect—is good. The indoor lap pool is a rare treasure, and the outdoor one is great too (when members aren't using it as a social club!). The recovery suite is a fabulous value-add for someone like me who’s falling apart! The Kids Club is wonderful, and the enthusiastic staff knew my son’s name after just one session. All the staff are fantastic with great attitudes. The facility is spotless from top to bottom, and enthusiastically cleaned morning to night. There could be more water fountains and cleaning/sanitization stations on the gym floor, but what there is are good.

The one area that lets down the overall facility is the outdoor catering. Service is frustratingly slow, and orders have sometimes been wrong. It’s a very small menu, and the facility is well-staffed, so I’m quite bewildered as to how this isn’t a sick-running machine like the rest of the facility.

Overall, this is a lovely fitness center. I’m mindful you get what you pay for (it’s not cheap), and it’s still shiny and new, so I’ll check back with another review in a year’s time, but right now it get five stars plus from me.

Loving Life Time and really appreciate all of the wonderful amenities and attention to detail put into the club overall. I’ve enjoyed every class I’ve taken, find the team to be cheerful, helpful and interested in making each interaction pleasant. I’ve never found it overly crowded, even during peak times I can get into the equipment I need. The only class I’ve not been able to attend is the Barre which tends to always be on a wait.

My only feedback is that the pool should have section that’s 14+. There’s a ton of dedicated space for kids, and it would be nice to be able to dip without getting splashed, having kids screaming or kicking you, etc.

Overall wonderful experience—looking forward to being members for years to come.

At $500 per month for a family of four, you get: waitlists for classes, waitlists for infant care (though the staff was great the few times we used it), broken exercise bikes, crowded weight room, waits for treadmills, and the fortune of paying for an extra 30 days after you figure out the facility is just too darn hard and stressful to use and cancel your membership. Waste of $ of a LifeTime!

Need more classes for kids and adults. Need more cheer and gymnastic classes for the older kids. I also would appreciate the child care being open all day with no break in the middle, since Westminster life time does this. I am also paying more for this club and they have less to offer in terms of indoor swimming for the kids and no climbing wall and I pay a couple hundred more and get less for my money when I compare it to Westminster life time. Also men and woman cant sit in a hot tub together so forget about relaxing in a hot tub with your significant other. The weight floor is small and not enough cardio machines. The equipment is nice and new that's a positive. Outdoor swim is also smaller then Westminster. Like another reviewer said this club imo is not all that. I pay more for less stuff for being a new facility you think they would have put more thought into this one and make it the biggest and best club around like they do in Texas!

I am being over $300 and I can never get into a class. I have alarm set up and still cannot get into a class. I’m glad I do not have an infant because the line looks insane and looks like it would take over 30 minutes just to drop off a kid. I’m terrified about the summer and the outdoor pool. I think it’s going to be complete. Chaos I went last time and every single treadmill was taken. I am honestly having a hard time seeing the value in this gym. Everything is so crowded and just like any other business they’re just in it for the money of course. Not what I was expecting at all for such a premium gym.

My wife and I were fortunate enough to secure early spots on the list and we both decided to become members. Over the past three weeks, I have been consistently visiting this location six days a week (excluding Wednesdays, my rest day). Even during peak hours on weekends, I have never encountered any issues in accessing the equipment I needed. It's worth mentioning that getting into classes can be a bit challenging, especially coming from my previous experience as a member of Orangetheory for four years. I vividly remember setting alarms to log in to the app and secure a spot in a class. However, considering the price we pay, I am extremely satisfied with the amenities, the facility, the equipment, and the staff!

Love a good Lifetime and this is easily the best I've been to. The amenities are just a step up from other gyms including their other Denver area locations with the exception of Flat Irons which is a close second (for me). The attention to detail is so clear from the ultra dim lights in the sauna to the addition of a cold plunge pool next to the hot tub. Also, the weight area just flows so nicely and has adequate room to work around others without feeling cramped. There are many places to post up and pop open a laptop to get some work done which can be lacking elsewhere. I didn't get a chance to check out the club lounge work area, but form a quick walk by it looked amazing, although the cafe areas make great work areas too. Overall, I loved my time here. My home base gym at the moment is LT Centennial, but I hope to be back more regularly in the future. Thanks for letting me check the place out!

Been twice since it opened and both times were overly crowded and uncomfortable due to the poor layout and misuse of space. They crammed all of the cardio, pickleball, and weight equipment on one floor so everyone who is there for a workout/gym experience is crammed in one space meanwhile there’s work lounges, empty class studios, and hair salons going largely unused on the other floors. Not to mention the amount of space the personal training and stretch lab take up on the gym floor. Treadmills don’t have phone rests or fans and have been completely full on multiple visits. All morning classes (before 9) have been fully booked since they opened so you need to set an alarm a week out to book in advance. I’m holding out to see if it calms down as time goes on but not worth the premium price to fight crowds. Hopefully the team makes some adjustments to the class schedule and considers adding some more treadmills and space for free weights.

Joined my sister-in-law there today on a guest pass... What a great place. It's a family rec center, wellness retreat, gym, spa, salon and on and on. I normally find gyms too intense... This felt much more relaxed and balanced.

HONEST REVIEW ➡️ I am a total gym snob, having had memberships to both Equinox in L.A., and Pura Vida in Denver. I love amenities, and a clean and inviting atmosphere… So we were on the list early when we heard a Life Time was opening up on our side of town.

🏋️ Gym:
The main gym floor is huge with probably about 30 treadmills, plentiful stair steppers, and every single machine you would need, plus tons of free weights and mats located at all corners of the gym. There are also separate rooms for yoga, Pilates, group, fitness. They offer classes like Bootcamp, hot yoga, kickboxing. There are even multiple Pickleball courts available for reservation 🏓

🔐 Women’s locker rooms:
Nice hanging/closet area for winter coats in the front (pictured) Towels everywhere …nice that they are plentiful. They are scratchy but get the job done, and I would rather have that than lugging around a wet towel in my car all day. The fact that they provide make up wipes is a nice extra. Sauna is extra hot and very large🔥 Steam room is hot and always has eucalyptus. Everything is clean, showers are plentiful. Don’t know why they don’t have a cold plunge, unless I have missed that. Hair dryers are very low so you have to bend down on your knees to blow dry your hair and I am not a very tall person.

🥊 Classes:
I have only taken the strike class with Andie so far (twice now), and am obsessed! She is a great instructor. I know this will be a fave for me (pictured).

👧🏻👦🏼Kids center:
Super secure, they print a name tags and put on their backs. Infants are up to a year or until walking, and then there is a toddler room after that. They provide really sweet and fun classes like gymnastics, art, etc.
Note ➡️The infant care center is booked out weeks ahead! So make sure you sign up when the reservations open up -one week before hand. ⭐️ Your membership comes with two hours of free childcare each day!

☕️ Cafe:
There are two sides one is the lounge that has coffee, smoothies, green juice, and some alcoholic beverages. The other side has grab and go items like tuna salad, sliced fruit, and every single bottled beverage you can imagine like Celsius, energy drinks, coconut waters. They had a really nice selection of kids, snacks, and drinks as well. I have had a salad 🥗 so far (pictured-looks like a lot of dressing, but the lettuce was packed in there so tightly it was enough for lunch for My Husband and I both!!) was great value for the money, and delicious dressing.

💆🏻‍♀️Recovery Room:
Compression sleeves, hydro massage, Thera guns, that you can reserve on the app ahead of time.

🧖🏼‍♀️ Spa and Beauty:
Really nice that on most days (besides weekends), you can reserve an on-demand blowout, haircut, facial. They have my some of my favorite products like Eminence organics, and Oribe hair.

…did I miss anything?! Overall I am a fan so far!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I absolutely love the facility. As a household with 4 children, it is such a win for a STAHM. That said, I agree that it is very much crowded. However, I don’t know what we expected give the accessibility from I70 surrounded by suburbs and 15 minutes from the city. Excellent market research. My infant utilizes the kids center the most and she is known by name and is very happy. The kids center staff is wonderful.

The front desk staff at the door, yikes- not so much.

I’m bummed at how quickly you must get to the more specialized classes (barre, yoga, Pilates). If you’re 30 minutes past the opening window to enroll, you’re too late. Same with infant reservations. We avoid the weekends at all costs because it is insanely crowded. You’ll spend more time checking your kiddo in than working out. Kidding, but not really. It’s about. 15-20 minute line.

I’m very nervous about the summer and the outdoor pool. I foresee it’ll be chaos.

Overall, I’m very grateful for the upscale vibe of a nearby gym that has quality childcare. They hold sports skill classes for the older kids (basketball, football, soocer) and do separate by age. The women’s locker room is wonderful. I’ve yet to indulge in the hot tub or cold plunge- too many people.

Update : 4/26/24 still cant get in classes.

I am paying nearly $300 a month and all the group classes are full with 20-30 people on waiting lists.

Also the women's cold plunge has been broken since the first week the club is open. I expect more for this price. . I am not happy and feel a partial refund pr a month’s credit should be given.

I would like to see more afternoon weekday classes. The schedule is vacant. I will give it 2 months to see of they work out the kinks and increase the friendliness of staff.

I am honestly very surprised to see all of the negative reviews.

My thoughts - hoping it can help some, albeit long winded...
It took me a good several weeks to bite the bullet and pay the nearly $500/month membership cost for a family of 4. It's definitely a lot of money and of course expectations are going to be high. But you get 2.5 hours of child care per day! Sure the kids area is going to have some kinks to work out given the volume and being brand new but it's an incredible space with a lot of activities available for the little ones. I get that the kids might be annoying for some, but they also have a paid membership and aren't allowed on the workout floors. It's a family friendly gym.
You also get a complimentary personal training session (which prompted me to pay for more with Ale because she's awesome). You get a complimentary dynamic stretching session (which prompted my husband to sign up and pay for more because Jose is awesome).
As for the staff, they are actually one of my favorite parts. I am always greeted with a smile. At 4am, Daniel at the front desk is as friendly as can be. The instructors for the classes are great. I especially enjoy the cycle class with Joshua F., who's energy and motivation are honestly just so contagious.
Certainly, everyone is entitled to their own opinion. But I would say, give these folks a break. The beautiful facility is brand new and it is inevitable for there to be some challenges. Like losing power for a couple of days that caused the women's cold plunge to be down for a couple of weeks. This was on the app stating they were waiting for a part.
Excited to have this addition to the Applewood neighborhood!

Reed was awesome. Got me what I needed at the recovery lounge and took me on an impromptu tour of the facility (I didn’t get one from the front desk when I joined) definitely went out of his way and was super friendly.

For all the hype, I went today for the first time and the sauna was broken, the men’s
steamroom is the size of a shower and is almost pitch black while everyone blindly finds a spot to stand, and I tried to work in the club lounge (working space) which I learned is another up charge to access on top the nearly $300 this gym wants you to pay for membership. Not worth the price to me.

Beautiful facility with great amenities. At time it feels like a daycare facility and not a gym with how many kids are running around screaming without their parents. Makes me a bit nervous for the outdoor pool. Hopefully they have a plan to enforce rules and policies.

The operational efficiency of the kids' club is notably lacking, with inconsistencies in logistics resulting in unproductive outcomes. On two occasions, my child was enrolled in a yoga class, yet failed to attend due to purported communication issues, where she allegedly did not respond to her name being called or confirm her attendance. I did let the staff member know that my child is signed up for yoga which starts in 10 min, and my child also reminded staff member that she was excited to go to yoga. It's essential to emphasize that as a parent, I am the one responsible for signing her up, and it's expected that the club counselors ensure proper coordination to ensure children are directed to their scheduled activities promptly. My child does not need or should remember her club schedule. I do not wish to receive excuses but rather seek options for resolving this issue.

Overall amazing, I am being nitpicky but have listen a few cons below.

Simply gorgeous gym! Extremely well thought out floor plan, nice separation from class space, gym floor, and cafe.

This is a family gym, the demographic can be a bit older, and there are often kids. This facility is brand new and has every piece of equipment you could possible need. Compared to the other Colorado locations, this one is superior in my opinion when it comes to the amenities. I drive 40 mins to get here, it's worth it.

Pros
- Upscale "country club" vibe, very modern and posh.
- Tidy gym floor.
- Ample amount of classes.
- Has a cold plunge, hot tub, sauna and steam room (non co-ed)
- Friendly and helpful staff.

Cons
- Monthly fee is high (if you come often and use the amenities, I feel it is worth it).

- As someone that works from home, I often enjoy working at the club. However, the lounge and cafe, while it has tables available and is a suitable place to work, is often crowded. The tables are not bussed as often as they should be, and there are LOTS of children (even midday during week). Love the kids, don't love the screaming in the background on Zoom calls.

This location has a designated co-working space on the second floor, but is an additional fee on top of the already pricey monthly membership.

- Can become very crowded from 6-8am and 5pm-7pm. This is typical for most gyms though.

- As previously mentioned, the tables in both cafe and lounge are often covered in crumbs and should be bussed more often. The staff works hard, and have been quite busy, so I always just wipe my own.

Facilities are nice and not too busy if you go early enough and can go from workout to workout equipment without waiting. Classes seem to be full all the time and cold plunge has been closed for the last 2 weeks with no update.

They have lots of amenities including coffee and drinks that’s supposed to open at 6:00am. It’s only been open and ready ONE time in the am. They should change their hours to accurately represent operational times

Like others have said staff can be rude, had that experience with the lady in the cryolounge area. She seemed like she hated being there and pretty much told us to figure out how to use the equipment we’ve never used.

Absolutely floored by this gym. We used to go to the Lifetime in Cherry Creek and this new location blows that one out of the water. I think this is the nicest gym I’ve ever stepped foot in! 1000% recommend to anyone looking for a gym that’s got everything!

Such a gorgeous facility with great views and good food! The Kids Academy is the best part. Kids can go do activities or tutoring for 2.5 hours a day! 👏👏
As for the reviews saying they're too crowded, it's a brand new facility. Everyone's excited to try the classes and check it out. By May it'll all be fine!

Not really liking the layout of the new design. Also seems like the membership is over the top on price. I hear that if you belong to one home club you may not be able to go to the new one. Makes zero sense.

This place is a disaster. The staff are full of conflicting misinformation. Can’t even get a tour to see the facilities. Front desk was pretty rude to me about it and sold me on NOT getting a membership. It’s too expensive for the level of customer service provided. I would, at a minimum, wait until they get their act together but I would look elsewhere for a gym. Not worth the price tag for poorly trained staff and it still looks like it’s under construction. Like another review said, if the experience is this bad/difficult to even get a membership, the experience after you join will be worse.

This place has only been open for a week but so far I’m thrilled with the experience. The facilities are constantly cleaned and maintained and there are great amenities that make the club worth the price.

Really looking forward to the outdoor pool opening and when I can put my cafe order into the app. They are very family friendly which is cool but I also hope they schedule some kid free times at the outdoor pool as I’m expecting it to get pretty busy and crowded on the weekends.

So much space, equipment, a lot things included. The extra costs I know about would be the optional dedicated stretching expert, office area and the on-site chiropractor. I love that all the classes, alpha training, recovery room and pool are all included. This is a beautiful facility with great views as well and excited to be part of this community. I will have to report back about the experience once it opens tomorrow. The preview tour rally made me excited and everything an be controlled through the lifetime app.

Had huge issues with their customer care representative and general manager. Did not answer any of questions about new memberships and were very rude and condescending the whole time. If it’s that hard to get information BEFORE a membership, imagine the nightmare after.
