I love Lifetime and have been a member for years. The staff is great. But unfortunately this place is soooo crowded now. Great facility but they have way too many members. You can hardly use the gym during peak hours, and for many it hard to adjust your schedule to come during non peak hours. The sauna is always so packed that you literally cant get in half the time you go. Often, you have to wait in lines to use equipment which can be frustrating. We pay $300 a month for the facility and it sucks when you are frustrated being at the gym. It is truly "People Soup". Unfortunately it may be time to try some new gyms.

For the price you would expect the front staff to at least welcome you or smile, at least say “hi”. The gym itself is honestly not that big. The lifting area seems like it’s overcrowded they tried to fill every space up and even then, it’s hard to find the machine you want to use because it’s already taken. They should lower their price or better their facility. Maybe start but giving the staff some customer service training.

Not impressed overall. The expense does not match the accessibility of amenities. Life Cafe advertises appealing meals with quality images, only to receive frozen, heated up food that looks no different than McDonald’s bacon & eggs. Avocado usually browned. I leave more annoyed than I do satisfied.

One star given for the gym/fitness amenities, saunas, showers - which you can access at surrounding gyms for much cheaper cost.

One star for childcare - this is really the main thing setting them apart.

Not impressed otherwise.

This Life Time location is state-of-the-art — from the engineering and design to the top-tier equipment, everything is built to help you succeed. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely supportive, and the environment is always clean and motivating.

It’s truly worth every penny. They’ll push you to be healthier than you even planned to be 😆🤣😂 — and you’ll be glad they did. If you’re serious about fitness, this is the place to be!

Came in with an employee with a guest pass, couldn't get in tried to sign in with another email obviously not knowing how the pass work. How is Miss Michelle going to tell us to leave the building just standing at the front desk?? Then, she proceeds to come at me with an attitude for no apparent reason. We didn't walk anywhere, didn't treat her with any sort of animosity, and stayed respectful the whole time. Talking behind our back to another person for no reason as well. Then, she wants to talk about rules as she lets a guest walk past 9 pm anyways. How pathetic can you really be?? Do better lifetime.

LifeTime Parker is greate location, Ive been going there for about 6 month, but several times I've been noticing non-inforcement of family hours policy at the pool, often even after 9pm small children are still swimming, screaming at the top of thier lungs, entering the lanes and disrupt adults swimming, even with parents present, screaming is pretty annnoying specially when me and my friends come there to relax and we making sure we come after family hours! After several times of complaining, staff doesnt do anything about it. Really frustrating when I want to come and swim in peace and quite! I like LifeTime, it is clean and there is a lot to do there, but this situation with children after 9pm is very disappointing!

We love coming to this facility although if you need a break from Lifetime, you have to book 30 days in advance or they charge your card the full amount that’s my only pitfall. I have been with them since my kids are little and we do enjoy the facility all the staff is so helpful and we just love being there once we are there.

Be ready for an overcrowded workout and not enough equipment if you are lifting weights. They also removed the indoor field to accommodate the pickle ball fad. ...new in 2025: they really need a sign telling people that the A/C is broken and the drinking fountains don't work when it is 90°+ outside. And the scheduled kids classes don't even happen half the time. And somehow the water pressure in the locker room got even lower. The rock wall has also been in disrepair for years and the staff says it will never be fixed. If there was ANY other gym close to our house, we would go there instead. NOT worth $350 a month!!!

The facility and classes at Life Time are excellent — clean, well-equipped, and led by great instructors. Unfortunately, the infant child care experience has made it difficult to enjoy the gym. Securing a spot is nearly impossible, no matter how early you try, the reservations are overly competitive. When you actually do manage to get in, the 30-minute time slot barely allows enough time for a workout or class. It’s a great gym, but if you depend on infant child care, look elsewhere.

I was a member here for a while. I paid for myself and 4 kids, two used the childcare and two did not. The older kids loved every part of the gym. My problem was with childcare. I would send my little guy off and within 30 mins they were calling. I lost $250 in private coaching lessions because I couldn't finish a session, I even shortened them down to 30 mins at a time but eventually I got tired of not being able to shower or enjoy some time to myself. I did ask for a refund do to the circumstances and they said no. I asked if I could transfer it to a different location because they did not have any issues watching my son. They said no. My son has since been diagnosed with Autism so I wouldn't recommend this place If you have special needs kiddos.

I’ve been a member with LT for a few years at this point, I truly loved it but I feel like management is letting the building go a little bit. Clogged drains in the restroom that smell, pretty badly. Super cheap/thin toilet paper… 1/2 ply toilet paper in a luxury gym restroom is crazy work. Last time I visited the sauna there was blood & razor head caps on the floor. I just feel as though the price point doesn’t match these conditions and I’m considering cancelling my membership. Very unfortunate as I used to love this facility.

Poor management/staff, lack of desired training space (turf), far too expensive for what you get. See my gripes below.

The gentleman that gave me a tour when I first visited was very helpful and showed me around all the facilities I wanted to see, including the training room with turf flooring next to the basketball court. This, along with having lots of squat racks/deadlift platforms, was one of the main must-haves on my list when I was searching for a gym. I thought this gym met my needs so I signed up!

However, a few days ago I was approached by one of the female staff members in the turf area training room and told that I could not be in there by myself due to "safety" concerns. She also mentioned that the room was reserved for individualized training sessions with a trainer and that I was also not allowed in there for that reason. (I have only seen a trainer using that room one time in the 5 months I have been here). I was not told during my initial tour that the room was reserved or that I could not be in there by myself, nor is there any signage indicating so. This room is the only decent area to do any sort of medball/plyometric exercises, as the upstairs area is far too crowded and there are no walls to throw medballs against. Additionally, the majority of squat racks/deadlift platforms are always being used for a class during prime time gym hours (~4-6pm weekdays), which makes zero sense. As a result, there are usually only 5 non-reserved squats racks available during these hours. Management would be wise to move the classes to later in the evening so that the majority of their members, those who don't participate in classes and like to get their workouts completed at a decent hour, can do so.

As other reviews, and the female staff member I spoke to, suggest, there used to be a much larger turf area that was open for use downstairs. However, it seems the addition of another pickleball court was deemed a higher priority (by who? I don't know) and the turf has since been removed/covered...

Even with all the other amenities, this place is definitely not worth the $160-180+/mo. I would have expected a much more accommodating experience with that sort of price tag. I will be canceling my membership as soon as I find another gym that meets my needs.

I was planning on becoming a member so I went as a guest to check it out and I must admit I was impressed by the gym itself but the problem was with the staff at the front desk. A woman named Cassandra was extremely rude and seemed to be in a terrible mood. Then she started blaming her rude behavior on corporate. So I thought about signing up at a different location but now I am not sure. I've never been treated so poorly before and then her comments made the entire enterprise look bad.

If I could give no stars I will! The customer services are so poor! We are paying our membership, we don’t deserve betrayed like we own them something!

Last week, I took my kids to Parker Lifetime to work out on the second floor. We checked multiple times to ensure that kids with parents supervising them would be fine. A lady who introduced herself as the nighttime manager, named "Jen," approached us and very rudely kicked us out of the second floor while we were trying to explain our situation to her. She was absolutely unbelievable. When we went to the swimming pool, it was also closed to anyone under 12, even with a parent present. They wouldn't allow anyone under that age to go in the water.

PARENTS PLEASE READ (Inside Scoop)

The entire gym faculty is engaged in a high school style popularity contest. The value of knowing your child was taken care of while you worked out has been rooted from existence by poor management, terrible oversight and adolescent games. Both Colorado State & Douglas County statutes which outline requirements for keeping children safe in an institution responsible for it, have for more than two years gone ignored.

If you value your child’s safety you’ll find other arrangements for their care during your workout. If you value quality treatment of your child and those employees responsible for watching over your children, find care elsewhere. You’ll soon witness a mass exodus from this Lifetime specifically for those reasons mentioned above and myriad of others that would take too long to write.

The fact that management has responded to only one or two reviews tells me these reviewers are right - poor management. I will be happy to delete this post if anyone from this facility ever replies. Front desk are usually on their phone or talking to their friends as they ignore and wave the scanner around aimlessly attempting to scan your phone as their conversation takes precedence. Mark in particular is very aggressive and lacks the customer care needed to be at the front desk or face to face with members. Maybe it was too early in the morning for him but no need to take it out on members. His demeanor and way of addressing member concerns is extremely combative and dismissive. He should undergo additional or supplemental training. Lifetime used to be worth the money now it’s just mediocre with mediocre unprofessional staff. They have a bunch of lazy attendants that don’t keep anything clean, locker rooms and showers are atrocious. Hopefully they bring Equinox to the Denver area soon. Lifetime has fallen off, and their untrained unprofessional staff is to thank.

I’ve been a member for 6 years and love lifetime but the changes with pickleball have been disappointing. They ripped out a basketball court plus the turf field to put it in way too many pickleball courts. Most of the time they are empty. I was playing with my daughter on an empty court and got kicked off because of “safety” reasons. We went into a racquetball court and then another staff told us to move over because the light is distracting to the pickleball players. Yet people walk across the basketball courts all the time. Where is the concern for safety there? It seems the pickleball community feels entitled to privileges that other gym members don’t get. Does this gym want a fitness community or cater to pickleball only?

However if you plan on working out in the strength training area, machines or free weights don’t plan on being able to hear your own music if they are having ALPHA at the same time.
They blast their music so loud that no matter what you have for headphones earbuds or whatever it is not loud enough to drown out the music they are playing for the 10 people doing a group class in the middle of the room.
This gym is not cheap why do 100% of the member have to listen to the playlist for 10 people in the alpha class?

My review is for Life Cafe at LifeTime fitness Parker. I ordered ice latte, and the young guy made me hot latte. He basically just add ice in a different cup and then poured the hot latte in it (iykyk). I told him, it tastes like water and he said “that’s how we make ice latte”.
I told him I used to work as barista back in college and you’re not supposed to heat the milk, and he said “oh am I not supposed to?”
I left because I don’t want to waste my time.

I used to be a member of Lifetime Fitness for quite some time, and I have to say, it's not what it used to be. My perception of the General Manager (GM) seems to have an attitude problem. I can't remember a single good conversation I've had with him. It's frustrating when the person in charge of your fitness experience is rude and unapproachable. We rented the kids' area for birthdays, hoping for a fun and well-organized party. Sadly, the last one fell short of our expectations. The room was dirty, and it felt like there was no proper organization in place. During the summer, the pool area is always running low on staff, and as a result, they constantly close the water slides. It's disappointing for both kids and adults who enjoy these attractions. Paying a high price for the membership should come with a guarantee of better service.

Don't get me wrong, the premises are nice and well-maintained, but that's about the extent of it.

Overall, I believe the customer service at Lifetime Fitness doesn't justify the price tag. It's disappointing to see a decline in quality compared to what I remember when I first joined. Hopefully, they can address these issues and bring back the top-notch experience.

Group fitness director Marty and his team is the only highlight of this place. Easy decision to move on.

There's 2 Lifetimes in this review. There's the club, which except for the lockers & a few other minor things is top notch. The lockers BTW are in need of serious overall. A lot are too often broken. A key system would be an improvement also. Much faster.

They could also use some creative cardio like 2-3 Jacob's Ladders & a few of the dumbells smell really bad but otherwise, it's the best club around by far. The outdoor area can't be beat and they've invested heavily in pickleball. Hey I have a Jacob's Ladder at home for sale...

The segway: Pickleball. One of the best things to happen to the club bar none and they did a fantastic job but there are a few very aggravating issues with open play. First though, the vast majority of people that play are great people who are there to have fun, improve or both - there's something for every level.

However, a few bad apples allowed to strategically stack/rig the doubles play deck during open play has ruined the experience for too many. It's a bizarre thing too. Why would an excellent player, even one lacking character and/or emotional intelligence and true competitive grit want to beat up on a much lower-ranked player? Or worse yet, gang up on 2 of them so the outcome is already decided in advance?

Where's the glory in that? I don't get it. What's next, semi-pros taking on people using walkers? Or 10 year olds? Guys like this (and there are only a few) are a cancer on any club or growing sport. It's gotta be addressed. Most members stay silent too - they vote with their $ and time. They're so nice too. A few don't even realize they're being manipulated until later...then they have a bad experience.

While I've heard of this issue elsewhere, this doesn't appear rampant but the club is either attracting a few of these folks or not saying something. From the comments during play, it's causing some to stop playing, freezing memberships etc. A lot of people are no longer coming too which is a shame. If it were me, I'd warn them then frankly drop anyone causing a club to lose dozens of people...at least from pickleball...all because they want to beat up on lessor opponents?

It appears the club is trying to correct this issue by adding intermediate open play so there may be 3 levels plus a 55 plus group but my concern is unless they bring in more ACTIVE pickleballers we may have lost too much of the base At certain play times which can cascade. All this has to be gently enforced too which I didn't see many times.

Several of us have decided to begin backing out of games where it's going to be very uneven (typically with my partner of the moment vs the other 2 players who definitely see the disparity). If this can be corrected, the club can be even better for those want to see pickleball mature here for the rec, intermediate and advanced players alike.

This club is excellent! Originally from the incredible, state-of-the-art headquarters in Chanhassen, MN. Management and operations do a great job here. Do I wish they would update the tile and grout in steam shower and showers? Yes, but I realize it is a corporate decision that has little to do with management at this location. Classes here are second to none and are such a blessing! Regarding the online complaints for this club...have a bit of gratitude and appreciation for the hardworking staff, people! Also, someone please give Mark at the front desk a raise! (:

I’ve been at the Parker lifetime for over a year now. Been a lifetime member for about 7 years. My experience has been nothing but great here! I’ve spent most my time at the Omaha lifetime and a few brief stints in KC and Des Moines. The energy here is amazing. All the trainers I’ve interacted with are all incredible, classes are great and everyone is so inviting to all levels of fitness.

I am also incredibly particular when it comes to hot vinyasa flow classes/the teachers. Omaha has an extremely high level program(thanks to Liz Hagestad) so expectations were high. Kelly and Jaylee are absolutely amazing!! Great energy, flows are well thought out, play lists are great and they cater to all levels of yoga. My
Only request would be more options to flow at 5:30 am throughout the week.

Appreciate the entire facility and I couldn’t ask a better environment!!

My experience with Lifetime Gym has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing, thanks to their extremely poor management. It is evident that there is a complete lack of accountability and ownership when it comes to their own mistakes, as well as a disregard for the well-being of their customers.

One of the most egregious errors made by Lifetime Gym was an erroneous increase in our membership fee. It was their mistake, yet they failed to rectify the situation in a timely manner. When we reached out to the management to address this issue, they promised to reduce the fee promptly. However, they did nothing to resolve the problem, leaving us feeling deceived and undervalued as customers.

The lack of transparency and communication is indicative of a larger problem within the facility. It is clear that the management at Lifetime Gym is not properly equipped to handle customer concerns or take responsibility for their actions. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and demonstrates a lack of professionalism and integrity.

It is disheartening to witness such a lack of effective management within Lifetime Gym. The facility is in dire need of competent leaders who are willing to take ownership of their mistakes and prioritize the satisfaction of their customers. As paying members, we deserve to be treated with respect and receive the services we are promised.

I strongly advise anyone considering a membership at Lifetime Gym to reconsider. The ineffective management, lack of accountability, and poor treatment of customers make this facility an unsatisfactory choice. It is evident that they prioritize their own interests over the well-being of their customers.

Lifetime Gym must make significant improvements in their management practices if they wish to regain the trust and loyalty of their members. It is high time for them to take ownership of their mistakes, enhance communication, and prioritize customer satisfaction. Until then, I cannot recommend this gym to anyone seeking a positive and fulfilling fitness experience.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Buyer beware. Whatever price you join at will be different in 6 months. They used to raise rates at the beginning of every year but now they are sneaky and raise the adults rates every Jan. Then a couple month later they will raise your kids rates. The entire gym had been taken over by groups squeezing the individuals space. They ripped out the awesome turf field they had and replaced it with pickle ball. They ripped out 1 of 2 bball courts and replaced it with pickle ball. So basically you now have a gym that is full of old people playing pickle ball and groups using the equipment. Nice work Lifetime.

I loved this gym but they don’t make it very affordable unfortunately my membership doubled in less then two months… I got priced out and had to cancel. When so many gyms are not even a third of the cost it’s hard to justify paying to be a member.

I really don’t understand how I was paying $40 a month not even two years later its $180 a month… lifetime make it make sense.

The Lifetime in Parker is literally my sanctuary. I love coming here and refuse to go anywhere else now. The cleanliness and service is top tier.

Lifetime is a very nice gym. There are plenty of great amenities including use of towels, large hot tubs, water slides, and best of all.... pickleball. However, it is 7 times what I pay elsewhere for a similar experience. They do not have a track, and the classes aren't held at times that are convenient for working parents of younger kiddos. I can't justify the price for the minimal differences.

Over rated rip off. They take advantage of people with higher prices than they can get online, and then raise the rates of long-time customers while offering much cheaper deals to new customers. The perfect example of now NOT to treat customers and be a "customer focused" business.

I had Tiffany cut my hair about two weeks ago and from our conversation I felt comfortable booking a hair color appointment for yesterday. I absolutely LOVE the way my hair turned out. I have been alive for a few decades now and for the most part I’m never quite happy with my hair cuts or colors to return to someone. But Tiffany has changed that. I can confidently say there is no one else I’d rather have work on my hair. I saw my mom after my appointment and now she wants to go see Tiffany too! Thank you so much!

I called today, 9/24/2022 because I wanted to swim outdoors. I spoke to Zach was told me the outdoor pool was open to adults. I drive 25 minutes to find out once I was in my swim suit heading to pool that the entire pool was closed. Teach your front desk people what is open and what is not and they also should be proactive to find that out as well. The outdoor pool is always so nice here and no reason it was closed so soon. It was 75 degrees today and gorgeous and there sits the pool, water drained and not being used, I went over to Lifetime Cherry Creek and got a beautiful outdoor swim in at a place who seems to be more cognizant of the service they provide.

Steam room is always broken in the men area, hot tubs sometime has filth on the walls. Hot tub, jets half of them functioning, half of them not. The outside jacuzzi, same thing, jets not always working. Centennial Club was probably once in a life a great club, but management doesn't care to keep the amenities working.

Parker LifeTime in the other hand seems to have it together, they even have a sign posted in the Steam room area that reads to not pour water on the little faucet that steam the room. I will need to write a review just for them, they will be a 5, great place.

Love this lifetime and have been coming here for a couple years now. The pools have been a disappointing situation however. The lifeguards are always finding a reason to shut down the outdoor pool and hot tub, (which is only open for a short summer season) and preventing use of it even though we are paying for it as part of our membership. The membership is also not low cost, it’s one of the most expensive gyms in the state. Currently all the pools are closed and we come here on average 4 days a week and 90% of the time the outdoor pool is closed for some reason. Lightening is sometimes the reason, which is definitely understandable, however it doesn’t often reopen afterwards. Frustrating because currently the indoor pools are also closed for weeks. Bummed to be paying for such an expensive membership and not be getting access to a large part of the amenities I signed up for. I’m always asking the lifeguards if we can use it, but am always told no and that it’s closed.

It is truly country club type facility without the golf. There is great variety of equipment and a number of complimentary workout classes, however things have changed and it is no longer open 365/24/7 and there seems to be a lot more "up selling" than in the past. That is all understandable from the pandemic but even the upkeep isn't where you would expect for a place that is supposed to be in the level of a country club (lockers dinged up, locks broken and loose).

This gym is actually terrible and I highly recommend staying away from it. They don't care if you're a member for years on end - they'll raise your rates regardless. And if you think you're getting a higher end gym for what you're paying for, you're wrong. The staff is rude and unfriendly. The best part was one of the maintenance staff trying to incite a fight with me while I was working out. It's been really sad to see how downhill this gym has gone; I'd been coming here for years prior.
