I’m leaving this review because people deserve to know what kind of environment they’re walking into. I had the privilege of being cared for by a stylist here who is one of the most kind-hearted, talented, and uplifting professionals I’ve ever encountered. She not only elevated my hair — she elevated my confidence. You could feel how much she loved helping people look and feel their best.

Unfortunately, the way she was treated behind the scenes was nothing short of disappointing. Instead of being supported and appreciated for her genuine skill and compassion, she was pulled into a workplace dynamic fueled by favoritism and personal bias. Management seemed more focused on gossip and criticism than on building a healthy, respectful team.

It’s disheartening to watch someone who brings so much beauty into the world be made to feel small by the very place that should have championed her. She deserved better — and honestly, so do the clients. If upper leadership ever reads this, I hope changes are made. A brand this big should not tolerate a “mean-girls” culture where good people are pushed out while unprofessional behavior is ignored.

My review is for the salon management at this particular Life Time Fitness location. Under the current manager’s leadership, employees are allowed to openly ridicule potential new hires based on personal feelings rather than the quality of their work. The environment is extremely biased—some staff are allowed to get away with anything, while others are unfairly singled out based on unsubstantiated feedback from coworkers.

The manager herself is not a licensed cosmetologist, yet provides “feedback” without any constructive or concrete examples. This has created a “mean girls” dynamic that makes the salon environment uncomfortable and unprofessional. I hope upper management takes these issues seriously, as this reflects poorly on the Life Time brand.

I am leaving a review for the salon portion of this location. By far the worst group of people that work in that salon. My sweet mother in law who is 20+ SEASONED Cosmotology vet was pushed out because of BIAS amongst their unqualified management (they legit do not have a cosmotology liscense but are suppose to lead a team of hairstylist/hairdressers, make it make sense).

My poor mother in law got the job there only 3 months only for her NASTY co workers to talk shit and feed Management nothing but BIAS. And the manager of the salon (seriously need to be reprimanded, demoted, or outta there) made my mother in law cry in a netting where she suppose to be “supportive” and a “leader” and when my mother in law asked “how come you never give me any positive reinforcement”, this person responded with “I don’t have cosmotology license “…

For those who go to this salon with this particular staff there, think twice. My mother in law is a 40+ year old sweet lady that cares so much about making sure her clients are satisfied and that’s it. This management and staff of the salon ostracized my mother in law to where she felt so distraught to go to work and be around people who have unwarranted BAD energy for her. Now she has put her two weeks in and as her son in law and the person she lives with, I am LIVID at this location and this salon. SHAME on that manager and SHAME on lifetime for allowing this!! (Manager had zero words after the two being in, my mother in law was pushed out for bias and I want EVERYONE TO KNOW IT!!)

BOYCOTT THIS SALON TILL SOMETHING IS DONE!!

The biggest concern is the smelly weight area. Why does it smell light feet? The pool, classes, court, kids area and activities are all good! Every time I come to the weight area it smells so bad 👎 😩

Unfortunately I have tried this gym three separate times and it's gotten worse each time. The staff recent harassed one of my friends who is a woman. When confronted they just cancelled her membership without allowing her to express her concerns even though every response to their emails she expressly asked to talk to management because she was not comfortable in talking with the trainer that was emailing her and following her around. Even though my friend was on my membership and they mentioned me multiple times I find it odd that this employee never once tried to contact me. It is sad that we live in a world where such a cooperation will turn a blind eye to blatant harassment. NOT A SAFE PLACE. If Lifetime corporate sees this, I'd be happy to show evidence, emails as well as any correspondence/ communication to help them better understand the situation so they can provide a safer place to workout and be fit.

I’ve been working with Jordan Quinn at Lifetime Westminster and have seen excellent results. Jordan created a solid plan that kept me consistent while making workouts both challenging and enjoyable. I value the personal connection—he took the time to understand my goals and adjust along the way. More recently, I’ve also worked with Cody DeBoer, who brought a fresh perspective and kept me motivated. These are seriously talented trainers who can help you meet your fitness goals, whatever they may be. For me, that meant added strength, mobility, flexibility, and balance—and I’m grateful for the progress they’ve helped me achieve.

You wanna get swoll? Go see Jordan at LT Westminster! All kidding aside. I've been seeing Jordan for about 9 months and I've never felt better! It's a no-brainer... The one thing I need help with the most is motivation and accountability. Ok, that's two things, but thats what I get from Jordan and his team. Could I workout at home? Sure but I don't. Could I go to the gym and workout alone? Sure but I don't. By having Jordan as my trainer he keeps me motivated AND accountable to getting there and working out! Best decision I've ever made.

I'm down over 40 pounds and stronger than ever. Don't hesitate to reach out to them for an appointment. You won't regret it. Unless your lazy and don't show up! That's it just show up!

And, everyone there has always been super friendly and stoked that I'm there! Morgan, Isaac, Lena and everyone else that makes it awesome to be there and as tough as it is showing up, I'm always in a way better mood when I leave! Sweaty too...

Oh I forgot to mention, the Yoga, Spin and HIT classes are pretty fun too even if you're a total noob at that stuff like me.

Honestly, working with Casey was a total game-changer! Not only did she help me get super clear on my goals, but she actually made the whole process of planning (and facing the hard stuff) feel doable — even kind of fun? Who knew?

What I really appreciated was how connected she was. She didn’t just stop at helping me set goals — she introduced me to other amazing staff who could support different parts of my journey. It felt like I suddenly had a whole dream team backing me up.

If you're looking for someone who's smart, supportive, and somehow makes you laugh while you're getting your life together, Casey is your person. 10/10 would recommend!

I really want to give this gym a 2.5 star rating. I initially started in 2017 at the CO Springs location, of which I still say is the best and most affordable spot. At that gym the staff are friendly, you can pace when you decide to workout, it is very clean, and all equipment is working. I'd like to point out that the Westminster location on Huron and 148th is the only location that doesn't have a sports complex, but they charge as if they do. Their rock climbing and pool hours are always closed or having maintenance. I've been attending the Westminster location since the summer of 2020 and it has been a real pain. They dropped their 24 hours access, which was a big incentive for me since I worked varying shifts in healthcare. I think their personal trainers are a waste of time and definitely do not have any real training pass initial certification. I worked with Eric 8 months after I was cleared from surgery and physical therapy. He charged me $86 a session and only worked with me for an average of 35 minutes of which the majority of the time he was playing on his phone and had the most monotone, disinterested voice I've ever heard from a trainer. I used to be a professional bodybuilder, so I'm no stranger the gym but his program was disgusting. I had been bedridden for 18 months post surgery, gained some weight from lack of mobility, and had some injuries post military service. Eric's idea of help was having me do workouts on my own that took +2 hours to complete with 15 different exercises at 5-7 sets at 15-20 reps out the gate. He made me power lift everything even when I told him it was too much weight and my body was having a poor reaction. Furthermore, he gave me a HERNIATED DISC and wanted me to continue training on it despite my growing pain. I reported my concerns to the front desk and they just dismissed it and didn't even let me talk to the manager. I considered a lawsuit, but it would be a little fish against a big fish situation and he would get a slap on the wrist. When I asked for a new trainer I was laughed at and dismissed. That happened February of last year and I am just now far along in my recovery post treatment for my herniated disc that I can go back to the gym. Just be careful.

I was really looking forward to checking out this gym, but unfortunately, my first experience left me disappointed. I had a tour scheduled, but when I arrived, no one was available to provide it. On top of that, finding parking was extremely difficult given how expensive the membership is, I expected better accessibility and availability. The front desk staff member was kind and tried her best to help, but she appeared to be the only one working, which made the facility seem understaffed. Sadly, this experience has made me reconsider joining.

Don’t waste your money here! The management and staff are condescending and dismissive when you report any issues with them. They treat you like you’re just another number in their corporate financial book, and could care less about losing you as a customer. I’ve been going to this club for over six years and am very disappointed with their treatment of their longtime loyal members. Guess they don’t care how many members they lose because apparently they will just keep hiking up their membership fees on everyone else to make up the difference. What a ripoff, go spend your money at a smaller gym that will treat you with respect.

Love this gym! I’ve been going to lifetime for over eight years. Started when it was $80 in Centennial and now it is $180 and unfortunately the hot tub is full of disgusting men and it just feels gross ever since they added the cold plunge.

Cherry Creek club has a hot tub in the women’s locker room, which I wish this location had. I don’t even use the hot tub anymore because it is full of men & kids.

They do have a sauna and a steam room in the women’s locker room which I do enjoy.

Outdoor pool is amazing however, they’re kind of acting ridiculous when it comes to guests, I imagine because they’re so crowded. At the prior club in Centennial they didn’t really act this way. Maybe it is the apartment people they are catering to at the Westminster location. Not sure but kind of sucks.

Otherwise, I do love the gym. Especially yoga. You have to take classes here for this gym to make any kind of financial sense.

I do feel like they keep it relatively clean, which is important to me.

Staying at Aloft ( across from Lifetime gym), this place is packed. Looked up membership excessive $200/mo. But I guess this membership comes with tenancy at another nearby condo complex, so I see why it's so packed....it's right by where they live.

This gym has great amenities, and a wide variety of equipment. Comparative to other gyms I’ve used like Chuze, Vasa, and Planet Fitness, the amenities here are top notch!

This is also an incredibly busy gym, and it can be really frustrating to navigate around workout classes that tend to domineer the main gym floor. For example, there is an Alpha Conditioning class that takes up the whole open-space area every Saturday.

For $240/mo, I would strongly recommend considering another gym. While the amenities are nice, the cost doesn’t compensate for the sheer volume of people, and some inconsiderate class trainers who don’t keep their classes within the dedicated class space.

(I feel bad writing this review, the admin/desk staff are great! I know some things are outside of their control.)

Taking this down to 2 stars. Quality is just going down hill. Club doesn't enforce its own rules. Locker rooms littered with dirty towels. People leave personal effects to claim equipment and loiter around machines without using them.

While the equipment and facilities are great, overall, I would say the value is not worth the price for this place. No matter when you go, it is almost always too crowded. Several people bring their kids and let them play on the machines, which lowers the capacity for people to get stuff done. There's also a lot of standing around and occupying machines that aren't in use. The gym does not appear to do a good job at either managing its capacity or ensuring there's enough of the right equipment that people are looking to do. Definitely expected better for $230 a month.

Good layout and facilities, but it’s always crowded. There are always early 20’s people in pairs or trios standing around and talking instead of working out, leading to overcrowding. Sometimes kids running around too. This gym is too expensive for that, and I expect a higher level experience at >$240 a month for two people.

Right now for example- Five people crowded around one machine talking while another guy is on speakerphone leaning against an EZ bar.

Update: people are leaving their bags and water bottles to hold machines while they go do other things. Do employees ever go to the weight floor?

There is a 6 year old on the weight floor with his dad. Not acceptable or safe.

I’ve been a member at lifetime around 7 years and I’m extremely disappointed with the interaction I’ve had with the lead stretcher Rene. We had an incident with her a few weeks ago where she approached us while we were using the leg compression machine. She walked up to us and without introducing herself or even letting us know what she was doing she started pressing the buttons on the machine we were using and all she said was that it needed to be on a lower number and then walked away without any explanation. The whole interaction was rude and aggressive but we dismissed it as the stretching section and machines are new so we figured it was a one time thing and she could just be having a bad day
Today I sat down at the chairs getting ready to use the machine and from across the stretching section she yelled at me that she needed me to move because she was going to use it. At first I didn’t think she was talking to me because I didn’t believe she could be so rude but then she yelled across once again and said “I need you to move I’m going to use that”. At that point I asked her to not yell at me and that she could come up to me and ask me politely. She continued to rudely yell so I got up and approached her about yelling at me. There was no reason for her to yell at me in that way and as I was trying to talk to her about it she kept yelling at me arrogantly that she apologized and would not speak to me properly. As I’m continuing to try to talk to her she walks past me shoulder checking me in the process. At that point I ask for her name and that I would speak to her manager and she informed me she didn’t care and that she was the lead stretcher so I could “talk to whoever I wanted”. This whole interaction happened in front of at least 4 other members and was completely uncalled for. Reading reviews and talking to other members after the incident it seems like this is a pattern for this specific trainer and it’s extremely disappointing that she chooses to represent the lifetime establishment so poorly. There is a way to speak to others as a leader and staff member and I hope the management takes the time to work with this trainer and staff on their attitude and approach when dealing with lifetime guests.

Have been going to this gym for the past 11 years. Always had pleasant interactions however today one of the personal trainers was rude as can be about her using equipment which truthfully she was not close or around to. I made the observation that she was on the squat rack and not the cables I wanted to warm up on and she was very rude in telling me she planned on using “this area” and gestured to the whole area covering multiple pieces of equipment. Very disappointing to have a person representing lifetime gyms be so rude and unwelcoming especially considering the pretty penny we all pay to workout here

PARENTS PLEASE READ

The gym is providing a day camp for kids, which is great. But today i witnessed something that I frankly find disgusting.

Today I witnessed young boys in the camp group in the grown men's locker room, around undressed grown men. The boys were commenting on how they couldnt believe how many naked men were around them. This is very inappropriate and I thought parents should be made aware as they were not escorted by parents but a gym team member.

I notified management and they were confused about what to do about the situation.

I called Westminster PD about the situation and they said since there was no criminal activity nothing could be done.

Personally I find this on all accounts disgusting. Never in my life have I seen boys around age 8 around grown naked men. This is in no way ok. Children should have a separate facility that they can be with others their own age like it was when I was in school.

If Lifetime can't provide the proper facilities to have kids programs, then they shouldn't have them.

Children shouldn't be around nudes adults. PERIOD!!!

Just thought the parents should know as I definitely would like to know if I were a parent. I really doubt the parents knew their children would be around naked adult strangers.

If I'm wrong please tell me, because this just seems downright icky.

Changing my 5 star review to a two star review.

I moved far from here about 2 years ago and was heartbroken that I wouldn’t be able to come here anymore. I moved back in November and the first thing I did was sign back up for lifetime. In the two years I was gone, the price jumped from $87/month to $120. With absolutely zero added value, in fact:

it’s busier than ever
No longer 24 hours
Staffing has been cut so much that cleanliness has been affected

Surrounding gyms are catching up in equipment and value while being a quarter of the price.

If you love the glamour of the gym it’s by far the most beautiful and a huge selection of equipment and add ons. But as someone that was so loyal to this place for so many years. It’s been completely disappointing coming back. It’s less of a fit community more of an overpriced, overcrowded, rec center.

It’s definitely pricey, however I want to acknowledge how great this location is. It is ALWAYS CLEAN, I’ve witnessed on multiple occasions staff stoping to take the time to really clean the machines even in areas you wouldn’t notice immediately. Locker rooms are pristine! The trainers are so kind and considerate and helpful. I was visiting the cherry creek location and prior to that Buckhead location in ATL and both places I experienced them always being dirty, people who attended were inconsiderate, trainers weren’t professional, nice or considerate themselves.

The staff there for the majority is amazing. For management? Nah, this place ain't worth damn near $200 a month for absolutely no upgrades whatsoever to the facility in 5 years? Y'all realize that's equivalent to a $15,000 car loan right? That's ridiculous. For a gym? Yeah the place is beautiful and the atmosphere is dope. Lower your prices and you'll have actual substance. People that stay longer than 2 months. I know 5 or 6 people that went there for over 5 years, and are gone. I get its all for money. Its all you guys care about. Sad.

Knocking off one star because it is both busy and comparatively expensive. I wish it could pick one, and I would pay more for less crowding. However, I don’t think that there are any gyms in the area that can compete with the variety of equipment, the facilities, and the staff. It’s a good gym.

The gym is nice, but they've restricted pretty much all classes to signature level memberships. And why can't they afford a pool cleaner? Those robotic vacuums aren't that expensive, but I have to swim in Band-Aids.

I’m a bit torn, but I’ve spent a decent amount of time in “premium” athletic clubs and this one really stands out in-terms of its facility and amenities! But with the higher membership dues I would expect Lifetime to cap its active member-base to prevent overcrowding. I came to check this location out for an afternoon thinking I was ready to move away from the cluttered commercial gym I’ve been using, but was disappointed when I had to wait 20min for one of the ~8 squat racks to open up. I found that there was a large population of people in the gym that were on their phones and generally unaware or inconsiderate of the time they were taking on equipment.

I don’t blame them, they pay $180 a month so they can can move at their own pace, but unfortunately lifetime is overselling memberships and not preserving the member experience that people shopping in this price point expect.

I may make more visits, as the facility is appealing, but my outlook toward membership is a bit negative if my 1hr workouts are going to be extended by waiting/queuing for the equipment I want to use.

Membership is expensive, but you get what you pay for. There are plenty of machines of every type and there is a very spacious pool area with a sauna and two hot tubs as well. I think there are about 10 lanes to swim indoors as well as a sizable outdoor pool area.

Decent gym. Outdated for sure compared to other lifetime fitnesses in the country. $120+/month is wayyy too much for what this gym is and for what it offers. Not enough benches/equipment to accommodate massive amount of users. Overall not that impressed.

It's been my gym for nearly five years and I enjoy lifetime. I go to yoga and use the pool and lifting equipment 4- 5 days per week. Overall it is very clean and pleasant to go to. The equipment is high quality and well maintained, in the rare case something is out of service it is usually not for long.

I do have a few minor complaints. They need to control the day care kids better. Every summer, this place is overrun with kids running up and down the main hallway. They should control the kids and make them walk in a line on the side of the hallway. They also need to keep the kids out of the hot tub area that is clearly labeled for ages 12+. The pool staff never bothers to kick the kids out of the hot tub when their parents are right there letting them use it as a kiddie pool. I wish there was more squat racks and less treadmills, since there is always a bunch of treadmills open and a wait to get a squat rack. Yoga classes need to lock the door after the teacher starts talking and not tolerate disruptive late arrivals, this issue has been mentioned several times but always gets ignored.

Everyone complaining about price does not understand that this is supposed to be a premium experience. Go back to planet fitness if you want cheap. I am happy to pay for a better experience but I get that it seems expensive if all you want to do is lift. I'd actually be fine if they raised the prices even more if they got more people to quit and make it less crowded. It is fairly priced for what you get.

Overall I'm reasonably satisfied with lifetime and plan on being a member for as long as I live here.

I love being a member at Lifetime but this location has a SERIOUS PLUMBING ISSUE in the shower area! When you walk into the shower area is smells like a New York City subway… All they need to do is get some draino in there to clean those pipes out.

Lifetime is hands down the best gym experience. It feels more like a luxury fitness center than a standard gym. It’s not often you walk inside a gym and the smell is pleasant instead of filled with body odor and cleaning products. The cost is reflective of the amenities, but well worth it in my opinion. I always recommend Lifetime to family and friends looking to make a change.

Use to work out here. Things seemed great at first, but management and staff really have put a bad taste in my mouth. There was lots of neglect within certain areas, including areas such as the Alpha Room, that were a part of their 'signature membership'. There is no sense in paying extra for a class with no upkeep on equipment. Overall, it's better off at any other gym. Also, they dropped their military discount on the membership without even informing their members. It's definitely not a club that supports the military that gives it the freedom to operate as poorly as it has been. Unfortunately, 1 ⭐️ is the lowest rating I'm able to give on here.

I had been an membership for Lifetime for a few years and I love it there. Last summer I had to reactivation my membership because I had to move to Maryland. When I came back to Colorado from Maryland last July and reactivated my account for a month then I realized I hardly going to gym because of my marathon running usually outside and don't needs to use gym so I quitted through online app system. Got e mail told me they can't cancel my membership and only charge me online. I was surprised for three months so I accepted.

So finally I set up my account on app to quit again for online app then got my email today they said they refused cancel my account and will charge me to return gym that I had never asked. I was struggling to call you but your voice box was full and I sent couple e mails and keeping get them back telling me I am still member after I asked to stop my account????

Are you ripping my money? FYI I am Deaf Customer and I am thinking of asking my lawyer to sue you to return whole of my money back every since September through now because I noticed that App video don't have captions or any access for me!

Not happy with App System of Lifetime and I don't trust you anymore.

Amenities are great, a ton of things to do. Plenty of work out equipment. Staff is friendly, but you do see many standing around bored. Child care is wonderful although my children did catch nasty bugs right after attending.. A little crowded and some areas are very dirty. The showers, and family changing rooms are quite gross, staff and other non family patrons constantly walking through the changing room as a short cut through the building. I really wanted to like this place, but ended the membership as the perks just didn't outweigh the cons.😔

Not a fan of half of the gym being devoted to Pickle Ball. When winter comes and I can't find anywhere to bring my kid to work on his shot, I'm REALLY not going to be a fan. I decided it was time to cancel my membership for now, as I haven't been going in. The membership services people were rude, demanding I come in person for a signature. When I said that wasn't possible, he responded, "Well we'll just keep charging you then. I certainly won't help you cancel."

The online chat was much more helpful, pointing me at an online form that lets you do it conveniently. I will never consider rejoining considering their rude member services.

I have been here for two years now. It is a great place to workout and the employees are always so kind. Kenny is always so kind and cheerful in the mornings. I gave 3 starts though because when I started here my membership was 79.00, I am now paying 93 a month but I don’t see any improvements so I am just wondering why the membership keeps going up. The other reason I’m upset is they don’t even let you know, you just look and suddenly your membership has gone up. Please do better.

Wow.

So as previously mentioned, I’ve been doing a tour of Life Times near the Denver area and by far this is my least favorite.

Some of The machines are older and the mens locker room was a mess. I went there around 10a on a Tuesday morning and towels were all over the locker room benches and floors. The floors of the showers had all kinds of water with towels hanging over them. The shower heads were dated and the big one was the old school way of doing their lockers by using your membership card and getting a key. Switch these locks out already. One more thing were the small mens towels at this location. Sucked.

Do yourself a favor and skip this club and make the trek to the Flat Irons location or even Centennial.

I used to love lifetime, but recently I've been disappointed by the changes to memberships. They seem to be trending towards making the more valuable aspects an add on option, like the new pool rules. It reduces accessibility and reduces the feeling of relaxation and being taken care of at the club. Sure, loyal members keep their pool access for now. But, likely this will change and in the meantime you have to carry a phone or card (that is used to lock the lockers) to access the pool. Carry valuables while I swim laps? No thanks.

This club is fast becoming a nickle and diming joke. Not the feeling of luxury.

And that's a shame because the atmosphere slaps.

We just canceled our membership after a seven days trial. It costs $189 a month for a two-person, and I don’t believe it is worth it. We wanted to try it because it’s just next to where we live, but we decided to cancel right after our first workout at the weight training area. It was too small for that big of a building, and also, the equipment seemed pretty old. They didn’t have enough yoga mats to stretch, and they all were ripped halfway. It was also so crowded at 6 am on a weekday. They have a climbing gym we were interested in, but we decided it’s not worth spending almost 200 dollars considering how old the machines were. They have plenty of cardio machines, though. Overall we decided to drive 10 mins to our old gym and canceled the membership at lifetime.

Been a member of Lifetime for 6 years. I typically alternate between this club and Flatirons. The staff is professional and accommodating and the facilities are great. However, during peak hours the club is unusable. It has always been crowded, which comes with the territory of working out in the early evenings, but there has obviously been a philosophy shift recently to add as many memberships as possible without regard for the overall member experience.

I wish I had the luxury of using the facility during different hours, but it has gotten to the point where there isn't value in continuing to try and work out here. Members pay a premium to get a full, satisfying workout at the end of the day and we are no longer able to do so. I will be seeking alternatives to this club and recommend you do also if you value your personal space and sanity. There must be much better experiences to be had at this price point.

This place was such a great find for the money it wals 40.00 for a one day membership and I took 3 guests! We all had a great time. I took my daughter and a guest first, we swam in the open area and lap pool it basic but just what we needed for the day. Then after my husband and I went to the hot tub and sauna. The gentleman at the front desk was so helpful and answered all my questions. I told him i was going to mention him and ive forgotten it, it might be Jacob or Justin. So if thats you, great job and well be back! You can buy a membership for a while or just a day to try it out. They have a full gym, a snack shop and work out classes. And in the summer i know that they have a fun looking outdoor swim area. Ill be back to try that out...

The price point weeds out some of the riff raff. But ironically it's the staff here who doesn't have gym edicate. Many of them are maniacs who will mess with you, your stuff, and do all of the macho things that you pay a premium to avoid.

Theres one place in the back to sort of hide from these tyrants that they call the alpha room. But the other day one of the trainers came in and changed all the way down to his jimmys while i was working out, yesterday the staff fully took the room hostage, not during a class, scattering weights and stuff everywhere with no room for the people paying for a membership to work out. And today, they claim they were doing a personal photoshoot, only for themselves saying the one room to escape is closed. Theyre egomaniacs.

Sauna isnt better , the only people causing problems are the staff. On the phone, loud, no personal space. Also a few days ago one keeps holding the sauna door opengoing in and out loosing about 20 degrees of heat.

Im ironacally way less mentally healthing after wasing 3 months payimg a premium here because these people made me so mad. Canceling immediately.

This Life Time fitness has been a bright spot in my day for the past year since we moved to Colorado. The front desk staff were amazingly friendly and accommodating, every single day. During quarantine, I found refuge in the large pool area and jacuzzi, where I could easily social distance. Once vaccinated, I relished all the cycling classes - by every instructor. The large basketball courts make for great free form exercise when not in use.

Every once in a while this gym has really fun perks. I was given a rose on Mother's Day, even though I am technically not a mom (this made me cry). I was handed free coffee and almond creamer (yay!) for "do something nice" day a few days ago.

We're now leaving Colorado, and I didn't get to make much community here due to the pandemic, but this gym made it bearable. I'd like to thank Kenny especially for his consistently professional, friendly regard, especially at the early hours of the day.
