Katie is an amazing coach! When I started working with her, I didn't really know how to swim or even put a workout together, let alone do that for 2 other sports alongside it. Fast forward almost 2 years later and she's led me to podium twice and finish 4 races. Katie listens to you as an athlete and puts together a plan that will help you achieve your goals, all while understanding that this is a sport and life comes first. Her balance between life and triathlon is amazing, she is super knowledgeable about the sport/nutrition/racing, and is really attentive as a coach. Everyone go work with her!

I have been working with Katie for about a season and half, and I have seen a huge improvement in all three sports in triathlons. She communicates several times per week for most workouts. Sometimes its technical, sometimes she provides a simple "good job," or "this is a huge improvement from earlier." As an athlete trying to improve, I find this invaluable. Furthermore, Katie is an expert in her field. Whether it is advice on fueling, transitions, or a little uncomfortableness in a workout, she provides helpful feedback that keeps me on track for races. Finally, while Katie always professional in her communication, what I find comforting in his sense of humor around the sport. Because of this, I don't feel any pressure to succeed, and it makes working with her truly enjoyable.

With increasing family and work demands, I decided to get a coach to help maximize my training time. I had been running consistently and came to Coach Lexi after my second pregnancy. I wanted to increase volume after having my daughter and was ultimately working towards the goal of running a 100 miler 18 months postpartum. Coach Lexi developed a plan that not only got me to the start line but had me finishing in a time that I didn’t know would be possible for me. She listened to all of my needs, provided excellent feedback and helped to develop a plan that actually worked with my busy lifestyle. I can’t recommend Coach Lexi and Lifelong endurance enough!

After two awful experiences of weak, cramping legs on a particular race, I figured I'd try getting a coach, even though the concept was pretty foreign to me. Right away, I felt like I was in good hands with Lexi. She helped me figure out the issues that need to be addressed, and set the right tone for me to be successful. And I was - no cramping! It's such an amazing feeling when your body finally meets your expectations! I cant recommend Lexi and Lifelong Endurance enough!

I’ve been working with Lexi for a little over a month now and I came to her with complaints of pain from running injuries. I was about to get an mri for my hip and one month into the program I now can run without any pain! I’m really enjoying the routine! I feel it’s holding me accountable to have a coach, and she’s so easy to communicate with!

After a few years of training for ultras, I decided I was ready to have a coach who could help further push me to my limits, while also helping me to stay healthy both physically and mentally. I found my current coach, Coach Lexi. She has been amazing. She really has taken her time to learn about me as an athlete, my history, my goals, and my preferences. She is very knowledgeable, and is driven by data. I love that Coach Lexi takes the time to explain to me why we do the things we do. I never feel like I am lost or don't understand why a training session is in place. Coach Lexi is attentive. She frequently checks in, analyzes my data, and leaves comments and feedback. Finally, it feels nice knowing I have a coach who cares about me as a person. I highly recommend my coach, and Lifelong Endurance.

I've been working with Lexi for almost the last year. Can't recommend enough! Super great program and helped me go from basically no running and coming off an injury to a 50k.

I found Andrew through Training peaks and working with him was an absolute blast! While I was running very constantly before working with Andrew he added a completely different level of structure and support. It was so fun to watch my workouts get more and more challenging and my fitness improve each week. He was always there with a quick reply when I had any questions and taught me so much about nutrition. After only 4 months of working with together I ran a 30min marathon PB!!! (3:06:59). I cant recommend Andrew and the Lifelong endurance enough! If your looking to take your running to the next level you found the right people!

I have been coached by Laura with Lifelong Endurance for almost a year now. Laura picked me up as an triathlete in Jan of 2021 right before my life would take crazy turns. Laura became the only consist part of my life when the chaos of moving and work took over. She helped me maintain focus on training and got me to the finish lines of my first Olympic distance and Half IM triathlons.
I highly recommend Lifelong Endurance to help you get to your finish line. I also recommend talking to Laura to see if she is a good fit for you. I look forward to working with Laura through off season training and getting me to 2022's finish lines. Best of luck to you!

I've been working with Coach Lexi for the better part of a year during recovery following an ankle surgery stemming from a serious over-use injury. Lexi has been fantastic, keeping me moving forward and injury free as I build back up my mileage. I couldn't be more happy with her skill and compassion as a coach, and with the resources Lifelong Endurance offers me as an athlete. Having a one-on-one coach designing my training has been infinitely better than any canned training plan I've ever used.

Coach Lexi Miller really helped me this season as I aimed to start running competitive Ultra races. She gave me a real insight into the volume of training as well as the training intensity as well as accommodating my other interests. This was my first experience with a coach and I would 100% recommend.

The clinic with Andrew was incredible! He did such a great job presenting the information and running through all the drills. Things were executed in a way that made so much sense. I left feeling like I learned so much and had so many new skills to keep practicing!

I have absolutely loved working with Lifelong Endurance! I did a year of their Curated Coaching program and it was a perfect fit for me and my goals. It's super affordable (the least expensive program I've ever seen and still top quality!) and the coaches are extremely knowledgeable. Even when COVID knocked out all the races for the year, they helped me set new goals, stay focused, and work hard in the impromptu off season. I've never been this consistently improving and hitting new goals. I absolutely recommend Lifelong Endurance to any runner in the market for a coach or a fresh new program. They're the best I've ever worked with!

I've worked with Nicole at Lifelong Endurance for four marathon cycles. During this time, she guided me to shave 15 minutes off my previous personal best and qualify for Boston. I've learned a ton from her, particularly about interval training and race management. But most of all, I appreciate all the thought and care she puts in to curate my training plan, taking into account my goals, scheduling quirks, and feedback on how I'm feeling.

I began working with triathlon coach Laura Bruck-Renzelman a couple years ago. Shortly after beginning with her, we discovered an obscure vascular injury that was causing me much pain and holding back my athletic progress. Through multiple surgeries, Laura's expertise brought me back to pain-free, stronger, healthier athletic performance.

I have been working with Laura at LE since August 2018 for Ironman triathlon training. Previously I had been struggling to self coach and train. Immediatley I began to see huge growth in the three disciplines and overall strength. This year alone I have achieved multiple successive PR's in my running during a summer run challenge through the pandemic. Racing may be different this year but Laura supported and perfectly coached this change to enable me to succeed and improve my overall strength and fitness, remaining injury free. I recommend 100%

I've been training with Lexi since January 2020 and it was not an easy year! Apart from Covid, I had a pretty bad shin injury (I couldn't run for about 2 months), but Lexi was able to adapt the training to make use of what we can: skiing, biking and even adventures that I could choose - and keep my fitness improving with a steady progress. Great young team at LifeLong Endurance! If 1-2-1 coaching is too much, they have a more affordable option of curated coaching and you get access to their FaceBook group where you can ask any questions and still have professional support from the entire team.

Started using Lifelong Endurance at the beginning of the year and got way more than what I bargained for. Was blessed with Lexi Miller as my running coach who treated me like an old friend she knew from her hometown. Lexi gave me a top notch training regimen that added tons of value to my life as well as helpful feedback from my stats that she viewed from data gathered on my garmin watch. She also helped me in other categories of my life too. Diet tips, injury recovery tips, book recommendations, an ear to vent when I needed to talk about things not related to running at all, etc. Cannot say enough good things about Lifelong Endurance and Lexi Miller.

I’ve been coached by Lifelong Endurance for years now and can assure you, you’re in great hands with these coaches! I am so fortunate for Andrew Simmons, but all the coaches at LLE are so knowledgeable about running, endurance sports, strengthening exercises, injury prevention, and everything else involved along the way. I went from running a mile or two here in there, to running a full marathon and a sub-1:40 half marathon. Things I never thought I could do! LLE Coaches have great communication, understanding, and flexibility. Highly recommend!!! Thank you, LLE!

I have been training with Katie Whidden at Lifelong Endurance since May 2018. Katie is enthusiastic about coaching, and cares about her athletes.

She has recruited a good team of coaches to be part of Lifelong Endurance. Each offering different specialties, and creative perspectives.

Katie uses the Training Peak app to create daily workouts for my schedule. Workouts vary by focusing on discipline and endurance and intensity intervals within those disciplines.
She keeps up to date with what is current in the Training Peak app, attending workshops, etc.
I feel that she does a really good job of analyzing my current fitness level so that i at at my peak for my A races.
If you are looking for a triathlon coach, i recommend talking to the coaches at Lifelong Endurance.

I highly recommend Lifelong Endurance as your training partner.

I have been working with Lifelong Endurance for 1.5 years. Prior to joining I spoke with Katie Whidden, Lifelong Endurance coach. We discussed my short term and long term goals as well as her philosophy on coaching my preferred sports of biking, running and swimming. I interviewed 2 other well known coaching organizations but chose Lifelong Endurance due to the up front investment made in understanding my:
- Current level of physical fitness
- Where I wanted to be
- Identifying how to fill that gap

We got right to work in April of 2019. Using the Training Peaks app Katie scheduled exercise routines for me that began to improve my level of physical fitness. I entered triathlon races and found that I was starting and finishing races with confidence. It was not longer about "finishing" it became "how fast can I finish this race".

My running times have improved 20% and my biking endurance has doubled. I owe this to Lifelong Endurance and Katie as they have helped me crack the code to becoming the athlete I want to be. This is the result of Katie's good upfront planning, tracking output and results, analyzing the output, making changes weekly to accommodate progress and learning how to optimize nutrition while preparing for and running actual races.

If you want to improve your level of fitness the right way and become a better athlete, I highly recommend Lifelong Endurance.

The coaches at Lifelong Endurance make you feel like part of their family and that your successes are worth celebrating, no matter how small. I've worked with both Katie and Laura over the past 5+ years and would highly recommend both if you're looking to accomplish your athletic goals with coaches who care!

Lifelong Endurance as a powerful staff of knowledgeable courses for athletes in almost any endurance sport! Their Curated Coaching program has been a good way to try out individual run coaching for the first time at a more affordable price. Also good for experienced athletes on a budget (I trained for my first trail marathon and ultra on my own and still see great benefit in the program). Perhaps the greatest benefit of working with coaches through the Curated Program is fostering your own ability to tap into how you're feeling- when is it smart to do the workout and when is it not?

Strongly recommend Lifelong! Run fast!

I started working with Lifelong Endurance at the end of 2019. I had been ‘self-coaching’ for years and I wasn’t seeing any major improvements. In three months with LE, my training completely changed and the coaches created a personalized schedule for me. The new accountability, check-ins, and focused attention has helped me reach new heights in my fitness and has helped me reimagine what my goals can be moving forward! I’ve never been more excited about my training. I highly recommend working with all of the coaches at Lifelong Endurance, as they all have something different to offer you!
