This is a beautiful place to learn aerial dance on various apparatus, especially pole! All of the instructors are brilliant in their specialties. The community is as authentic as it gets which results in a wonderful studio experience.

I love visiting other pole studios when I travel. I dropped into Lime Light Studios, and wow, Kelly was amazing. I loved her energy and the support from everyone in the class. She was super hands-on (with consent, of course) and attentive to all the students! I highly recommend this studio to anyone looking to try something new, take their pole skills to the next level, or just drop in like I did!

Rating based off of intro to pole dancing. Small intimate class which was great. Bigger classes can be intimidating and not personalized, but this was perfect. As a first timer, I can say this class is very doable for any fitness level. I had a lot of fun, and would definitely give more classes a try if I lived in town. Also kudos to instructor Kim, loved her energy and clear direction. She makes pole dancing look so effortless. Overall lovely instructor and studio.

Just went for my first intro to lyra class and I had a BLAST! I love being around like-minded individuals so I felt right at home(-: the instructor was a substitute but she was amazing and so personable. I can't wait to meet everyone else and continue my lyra (and probably more) journey <3

The intro package of $55 for 5 classes on their website is a great deal and a good way to try out all the different classes. This is a cute studio with small class sizes which is great for getting more help from the instructor. It's easy to book the classes online and in advance once you are signed into the scheduling program. Kim is a great instructor. I really appreciate that this business offers class packages in addition to monthly memberships as I travel a lot for work. When I was looking for a new athletic hobby, I noticed a lot of the dance/fitness/martial arts/gym business in town only offer monthly rates, which doesn't provide much flexibility for people with work schedules that don't allow them to go to classes very often. Really looking forward to more classes here!

A friend recommended Limelight to me when I told her I was interested in trying pole. I went with another friend for the intro class and it was so much fun! Kim is a great teacher and made me feel very relaxed about learning a new skill. I'll definitely be back to try more classes!

I am not a super fit person and I had trouble doing even the most basic moves, the teacher was super nice and had versions of the moves I could try!

I've been a dancer my whole life and have tried various dance studios over the years. Lime Light Fitness is one of my favorite studios to dance in. I booked a private party session for my bachelorette party- and we had an awesome time! There was an initial scheduling mishap with their system, but Kim was able to reschedule us immediately and did so with great professionalism and customer service. We are so glad she did, the class was one of the highlights of our weekend! We did the Pole/Chair combo, and even though none of us had ever pole danced before, Kim made us feel comfortable and everyone loved it, even when we were struggling! ;)
I suggest wearing short shorts for beginners, the more skin the better for gripping to the pole. I highly recommend booking them for a private party if you have a group of people looking for an active, unique, and empowering way to spend an hour!
