Whether you’re looking for a local yoga studio, looking to get fit, or want to know what it feels like to fly, this is your place!! The instructors are friendly, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable particularly when it comes to safety, body adjustments, and injury prevention. They’re also adept at responding to the different needs and experience levels of students. They offer a wide range of classes, so it’s easy to find a time that fits your schedule.

Kate, the owner, is amazing, and has cultivated an inclusive culture and thriving community. Trying a new place or class can be intimidating, but the welcoming atmosphere will quickly put any newcomers at ease. If you have even an inkling of curiosity about aerial arts, aerial yoga, or just deepening your practice, I can’t recommend this place highly enough!

Kate, the studio owner, is one of the kindest & sweetest human beings you will ever meet. Not only is she an amazing instructor but an amazing friend & mentor as well. The studio space is always so clean & organized. The classes are accessible, available at many hours & smaller too so it feels more personalized. My aerial strengths & skills have truly doubled since starting at the studio in April. I tell everyone about this place!

Live beyond limit is a great and welcoming community with teachers who really understand the mechanics of the body. Kate the owner of LBL is a fantastic resource for chronic pain and nutrition advice. She has helped reduce my chronic back pain with a private lesson where she taught me some rehab exercises.

I LOVE being a part of the Live Beyond Limit community! I have tried several of their offerings, all of which are amazing, but my favorites are energy work and aerial yoga with Kate and Buti yoga with Kali. Kate has helped me heal the difficult relationship I had with my body. She is always kind and empowering. She is so knowledgable about healing the body, mind, and spirit in an integrative way. And Kali’s Buti classes are so much fun! I always leave feeling happier and more playful.

My favorite part about LBL is that they’re inclusive and adaptive to individual needs and preferences! As a plus size girl I’m always so nervous about entering into new health and wellness spaces but I truly feel at home at LBL. I’ve never once felt excluded or othered because of my size. Kate and LBL have been such an integral part of my wellness journey and I am grateful for the support. I’d give them a million stars if I could!

Beware - you will never want to leave! This welcoming community and supportive space will draw you right in. Kate’s aerial yoga was challenging yet restful. She made space for me to do the work I needed to. Her teaching is masterful. I dropped in while on vacation. I felt so peaceful. 10/10.

I’ve been going here over a year now. This is a two part review covering different services offered here, first being Kate’s integrative energetics bodywork sessions, and the second being the aerial and other classes. Both deserve more than five stars! So while I can only give 5 in the review, I’ll give in spirit a solid 12.

Kate takes a multidisciplinary approach to healing in her bodywork sessions, including craniosacral, reiki, breathwork, and other skills. When I started these sessions I was chronically tight in my upper traps, had rounded shoulders, an anterior pelvic tilt, and other compensations in my daily movement patterns. To put it plainly, her work in session and advice for outside of session did more for me in just a few months more than a year of physical therapy ever did. Not only do I feel far more aligned and right in my body than ever before, an unexpected and phenomenally marvelous thing happened; my tinnitus got quieter, much much quieter. I do not have words to describe just how positively that has affected my life. The results to my body alone was well worth the money, and my tinnitus significantly improving was a giant bonus! I will always remember what Kate had done for me here!

While I mainly focus on aerial Lyra, I took many of the classes with a variety of the instructors, and they are all top notch. They are kind, attentive and offer alternative motions when you can’t quite do a thing. I’ve had a blast in the classes, as the energy and culture of the people there is so fun and accepting! I couldn’t ask for a better place to learn circus arts and yoga from.

This place is aptly named Live Beyond Limit, for I now live a life now that’s far past the limits I had before I started coming here!

You will not be disappointed by the experiences in any classes, and you will join a wonderful community of people while getting in some playtime and having a lot of fun! Most aerial yoga classes are great for any level and a good way to relax after a long day!

I've struggled with neck and shoulder issues for a long time, which kept me away from aerial activities for several years. After meeting with Kate, I decided to try out the two-week ground and aerial yoga pass. With Kate's expert guidance, I have not only surpassed my physical limitations from the past several years but have also experienced a remarkable 50% reduction in my neck and shoulder pain. My flexibility, strength, and confidence have all significantly improved, leading me to purchase an annual pass and attend classes multiple times a week. The rest of the instructors are excellent too and I highly recommend this studio.

I wish I could put into words what an incredible place this is. Aerial Arts was always something I admired and never thought I could do. I finally put my fears and excuses behind me when I decided to find an activity to build core strength and tone my body. The studio greeted me with open arms. Each of the teachers are encouraging and supportive. The other participants are an amazing support system as well; reminding me that they all started where I am at. In addition, my oldest daughter has decided to follow in my footsteps and try Aerial. She is incredible at it and inspires me every time I watch her. This commitment has built a confidence and a mental health release in her that I never expected and am so grateful for. I encourage any of you looking to try this. The reward has been beyond amazing and the studio has lived up to its name; reminding me that I too can live beyond limit!!!

My daughter took three silks class and two aerial hoop classes before I enrolled her in the five-day circus camp. At the end of the five days she gave a four-minute choreographed silks performance that left me with tears streaming down my face in front of all the parents gathered to watch their children. The peaceful and patient instructors encourage exploration and creativity while guiding skill development and confidence. 10/10 recommend.

Live Beyond Limit is not just an aerial studio. I it is a community. I joined about a year ago taking lyra lessons, and I had no idea I would become so involved! I was immediately welcomed and supported. I have never been flexible or good at gymnastics-type moves that I thought were required for aerial acrobatics, but the intro lyra instructor, Nicole, was so helpful and accommodating. Then the studio owner, Kate, recoginzed my dedication and asked me to be a part of their ambient art night performance. Being considered for their performance boosted by confidence substantially, and I felt very supported! One night, I chatted with Kate and mentioned that I wanted to teach hoop dance classes. I wasn't even thinking about teaching at the studio, but she told me that she wanted to create a community and would be open to letting me teach there too! Now I am an instructor, and I couldn't be happier to share my skills with the community.

The owner makes sure that classes are affordable for everyone. Many classes and packages include a sliding scale so that people can pay what they can afford. There are also donation classes in which people can pay whatever they are comfortable paying. As a low-income graduate student, I very much appreciate this consideration!

Aside from lessons and performances, the studio often has workshops, game nights, parties, and other social events. Community members frequently seek advice from each other and exchange items no longer needed with each other. I'm very glad to have joined this community.

If you want to get involved and don't know how, talk to any instructor or member. Or just walk through the door! You will likely be greated by the wonderful desk staff or the owner herself, maybe her dog too!

I joined this community shortly after moving to Fort Collins and am so glad I did! I had never done aerial or aerial yoga in my life, and all of the LBL instructors are so patient and supportive as I learn and grow my skills. The community here in general is just so kind and welcoming! The "regular," on-the-ground yoga classes also have such a great balance on both physical and mental form, and I've been able to learn so much. Highly recommend checking out any class here - I've loved them all!

I’d never tried aerial yoga before. I did my third class today, and I’m feeling pretty hooked. The instructors at Live Beyond Limit are so helpful for newbies, without seeming to slow down the more experienced folks, and Kate especially is awesome at recognizing that when I’m not doing a thing, it’s probably because going upside down is scary but a spotter is all I really need - her reassurance let me try everything even the first class, which was really invigorating and fun. I’m loving that the silks let me get into inversions, something I’ve never managed on the floor.

I’ve gone to a few non-aerial classes here too, and they’ve been really nice too - the vibe I look for in relaxing yoga classes.

Live Beyond Limit has a special place in my heart. I met Kate when I lived in Fort Collins a few years ago. After moving West, I was able to reunite with Kate in Costa Rica for one of her yoga retreats. A week of pure healing and bliss! Not only is Kate one of the most caring, thoughtful and intuitive healers and instructors, she attracts like minded spirits at her studio that share their own unique talents and gifts. Live Beyond Limit’s Virtual classes have been such a treat for me to reconnect. Although the ambiance of the studio and the guidance isn’t in person, you’ll still receive the session you need as if you’re physically there if you can’t be. I highly recommend this studio whether attending on site sessions or virtually as they support you to live beyond your limit.

Awesome place to explore the yogic system in it's many facets. The owner has a compassionate and highly informative teaching style, as well as a great instinct for teaches. I see Jean Parker-Renga fairly regularly for energy healing sessions and she has helped me more than I can state here. I have also taken class with her and have always been very pleased with the experience. If you are familiar with the terms "light worker" or "indigo" this place will definitely have a lot to offer you and likely be a boon of grace. It certainly has been for me.

Live Beyond Limit is a studio unlike any other in Fort Collins. Beyond the yoga and aerial class offerings there are other modalities available to help care for you in a more holistic way. As a teacher I find the studio and community a nurturing place where I have clarified my voice and become a more thoughtful and creative instructor. As a client I have been supported and loved though two pregnancies and the recovery after. The classes have helped me reconnect to my body and gain strength back. Energy work with Kate allowed me to find peace though the changes and uncertainty. I am forever grateful for the family I have found at Live Beyond Limit.

I moved to Fort Collins in August 2017 and sought Live Beyond Limit out for a local aerial program. I immediately felt at home with a warm group of staff and students. The main studio has a homey yet creative feel that always allows me to get in touch with my creative process in the air and on the floor. From the start I was impressed with their variety of classes ranging from aerial technique, different yoga practices, conditioning, flexibility and dance/choreo flows (and more)!

I moved to Fort Collins after an initial year of aerial yoga classes in Portland, and found this studio to continue with my new love of aerial arts. I was immediately embraced, supported and encouraged. I have learned a lot and grown in this studio, and have dabbled not only in aerial yoga and other yoga classes, but in aerial silks and circus arts as well. I have formed friendships with staff and students here, and have even trained as a teacher recently and have begun teaching classes. This yoga and circus family is a key component to my feelings of belonging in Fort Collins and feeling empowered to become the best version of myself and challenge myself to overcome what I previously saw as limitations. The name is true! At Live Beyond Limit, there is no limit to where one can go and what one can become-- body, mind and spirit.

This place is Awesome!!

I’ve been doing Reiki with Kate for almost 2 years now and it’s been great. Honestly I was a little skeptical about Reiki - but I’m really glad I decided to go for it. Kate is a great teacher/guide. She has helped me work through some really difficult personal issues. I’m in a much different (BETTER) scape now and I could go on and on about how awesome it is!!!!

Anyone else out there who’s curious about Reiki like I was I highly, highly recommend going to see Kate. It’s a game changer for sure!!

I’ve also done some of the journey work - which I was skeptical about as well - and those were some really great experiences. Not just the journey work but connecting with people who are on their own journeys is a really powerful thing! All of the people I’ve met at LBL have been awesome and I’m really grateful to this place.

I’m running out of adjectives - go check it out for yourself!! You won’t regret it!!

Thanks Live Beyond Limit!!

Live Beyond Limit has diverse offerings from yoga, aerial yoga, therapeutics and energetics, all the way to the unique offering to the Fort Collins area of giving one the ability to explore circus arts at any age. They emphasize form and technique for longevity of movement and cross training.

They meet clients where they are at and what you are prepared to explore in one’s health, movement and spirituality.

I have felt embraced with community from my first time here in 2015 and have met some of my closest friends under their roof. In that time I have advanced in my fitness, flexibility and life drive. Thank you for feeling like a home and family in some of the most challenging times of my life!

After my second lower back surgery two years ago, I met Kate, we talked in depth about what they did with my back, and how a specialized yoga therapy could help with my back by increasing my core strength. We started slowly and carefully based on my issues. Two years later, I'm doing aerial yoga, inverting in silks and feeling much stronger and confident about my back. All the ppl here are great. I've taken privates from Kate and others. They talk so each one knows my situation before training. I've referred many to come here, my wife for one. She has been going almost two years as well. I'm so greatful to have met this amazing group of people!

After hearing about the aerial and acro yoga classes from an instructor at another studio, I decided to try the 2 week trial for $30. Being who I am, I was determined to try as many classes as possible with my free trail.

From the moment I walked in the door the staff were warm, happy and welcoming. The classes are diverse and each practitioner brings a unique set of gifts and talents to their specific classes.

I quickly became friends with several instructors in a very short time. The many like minded, open and caring people are just what I have been searching for for a long time. This studio is now a key part of my life and home for me.

Since I have joined the community I have participated in the Bali yoga retreat, a journey breathwork workshop, and mountains of Arco, aerial, and infrared therapeutic yoga classes. All amazing. All to be repeated.

I have also recently begun the Journeywork/Reiki energetic practitioner mentoring program to begin to learn how to take much of what I am learning and experiencing into the community as a practitioner myself.

This place is wonderful and incredible. I love the community of people that have become part of my family.

Thank you LBL! Love you all.

I have had a TERRIBLE experience with Live Beyond Limit. I was interested in purchasing an aerial pass for my little sister to attend classes there, and had some questions. I called the number for the aerial instructor and left a voicemail. After three days with no return call, I called again. Nothing. TWO voicemails and no call back! Then I tried the main line for Live Beyond Limit, hoping they could answer my aerial-specific questions. The message says "We'll get back to you within 24 hrs." That is a joke. Their voicemail was proclaimed full BOTH times I called, so I was unable to even leave a message. This business is ill-run and has zero customer service. Be warned!

We had a big trip to Colorado and Wyoming planned. The trip was to include hiking and sight-seeing. We flew into Denver and spent Wednesday and Thursday in the Boulder area. We hiked for a few hours on Thursday. By the time we got to Fort Collins, my already injured right foot was throbbing.

I knew about Live Beyond Limit and was planning on checking it out but now I really needed help. My husband and I wanted to see the studio and massage therapy rooms. The place is lovely and serene. We were unable to go into the studio itself because a class was going on but, the whole space creates a peaceful feeling conducive to personal growth.

We had hoped to participate in Kate's Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga class later that day. Instruction and equipment rental for only $35 for an hour and a half class. But, my foot was complaining so Kate helped me evalutate my current treatment plan. We decided to forego the class this time around.

She spent time evaluating my walk and how I was doing my previously prescribed physical therapy exercises. After observing and evaluating, she showed me little adjustments to make my current regime more effective. She also showed me new stretches and breathing techniques to help me.

Kate's philosophy is holistic and healing. She is also extremely knowledgeable. I am an RN, so I appreciate her command of anatomy and physiology. She also practices what she promotes as evidenced by the ease at which she performs the yoga positions she teaches.

I wish I lived near Fort Collins! I would attend classes here every week.

I came to Live Beyond Limit after spending almost two years cycling through various western medicine treatments and therapy's, for injuries I sustained in a car accident.
After two months at LBL I am staring to feel huge improvements! Kate has really helped me settle back in to my skin and reconnect my mind with my body.
Some of my injuries are lifelong ordeals, in my sessions with Kate I am receiving the tools I need to continue to get better and to maintain a healthy life.
I think the toolbox you build with LBL is what really sets them apart from other practices, I now know that I am capable of mending myself, and that is huge.
