I was looking for a spot I could send some of my medical & therapeutic massage patients that wasn't just Vinyasa Flows and this studio has great variety. I did the intro special and took Thursdays Slow Flow, which is perfect for those dealing with injuries, surgeries, or trying to get back into movement. I also took Flow & Chill was was a bit more of a flow through each movement and I would say is great for those already doing intense sports and are looking to get more mobility in their routines. Finally, I took the Release & Restore Flow which was also a good flow of movements that ended with some myofascial release techniques.
I enjoyed the small studio and class sizes. It's a really cute spot and I saw that they also had most of their classes virtually.

I love this studio and its teachers so much. Amazing space, and they are always offering wholesome collabs with other local businesses; they truly serve as a community studio. The range of classes are also accessible to all levels and they teach a variety of styles of yoga. Highly recommend their outdoor classes and the Awaken the Dance class.

Iβve been studio hopping for awhile now and then attended the flow & chill class. It was EVERYTHING Iβve be searching for; inspiration, calming music ( not indie or pop music), a little bit of philosophy, theory, and a little anatomy. It was very dreamy - rooted in Hatha and both challenging yet oddly chill. Iβll be back very soon!

Having taken classes with many different yoga instructors, I have found that each has an elegant sequence that feels like a journey from beginning to end. The teachers are compassionate and have a reassuring knowledge of anatomy, so I always feel safe. I appreciate that I can take these class on-line and can access the recordings for a week. It allows me to accommodate my work schedule and special circumstances. I love love love this studio.

I recently attended two Yoga sessions and enjoyed both of them. Dawn was the instructor for both and she thoroughly explained the yoga positions and even came and discreetly adjusted me when I wasnβt in the right position. The studio is new and is beautiful. I donβt have my own mat yet and was able to use theirs along with a blanket and bolsters. They have an easy website to register and sign up for classes too. I totally recommend classes at this studio!!!

Whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned yogi, you will soon find that this studio is set apart by its people.
