I visited for the first time the other day with no experience and barely any knowledge of the sport, and it kicked my butt in the best way! I really appreciated the hands-on training and the clear instruction on technique—everyone made me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I ended up loving every part of it. Truly one of the best workouts I’ve ever had.

Been coming to la famila for some time now, when Randy said he was opening up a gym in Loveland I was so excited! Randy's helping me huge on my comeback to the ring. He's got tons of years in the boxing world highly reputable coach with a ton of knowledge. I love it here!
